Guests are provided 2 carport spaces while staying at 5D. *will need proof of insurance on your boat and purchase a $100 pass for the duration of your stay to use the boat launch and docks.

This coastal inspired unit is situated near the community pool with a balcony looking over the pool, as well as close to pier and boat launch. 5D offers 1,040 SQ. FT living space and is perfect for a quaint getaway. Close to shopping and restaurants, the location could not be better.

This unit offers guests a fully equipped modern kitchen with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s dining room table. But don’t stop there! Move into the living area to relax or choose to watch another episode of your favorite series on the area’s Smart HDTV. The living room also provides guests with a Sleeper Sofa.

The Master Bedroom offers guests a King bed, HDTV, and private full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom offers 2 twin beds.
There is a second full bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This unit offers full-size washer and dryer.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Two parking passes are included in your reservation, amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, community pool, linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
