All your swimming needs will be met all year long with heated indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a splash pad and a lazy river with a slide! Did we forget to mention the multi-level fitness center, lighted tennis court, hot tubs and saunas? Guests of all ages can enjoy amenities galore at The Oasis at Orange Beach. This gulf front unit is located on the 22nd floor with a large, open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows. This 3 bedroom/4 bath condo gives ample space for up to 10 guests and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is a king size bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• House parties are not allowed at the property.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
