Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. - The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. - The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. - If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. - If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. - If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
