"Sisters Trip
We really enjoyed the condo. It was great and the view was awesome ����. However, the only issue we had was the throw rugs throughout the condo. My sisters and tripped on them but thankfully we did not fall. Otherwise, great place to vacation. "

"High end rental that is great but might not be for everyone.
Beautiful bay view, boats everywhere all day long. High end luxurious rental, super nice master with jacuzzi tub and nice shower. All rooms have bathrooms which was awesome. Comfortable couch in living room along with a blow up mattress in closet and a pull out couch in master. Resort was amazing, a kids dream! Ages 3-17 would have a blast just doing stuff at the resort. Multiple pools and hot tubs, along with a wet and dry sauna, lazy river was amazing and very long, they have mini golf, basketball courts and lots of other things. The restaurant Colbalt that is by the resort has amazing food as well! Cons: you can tell its ran by a company and not an individual. There were no "extras" like beach toys, puzzles, there was 1 board game, there was only 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry powder, 2 trash bags, no spices, salt or pepper anything like that so bring everything you might possibly need especially if staying for a week. The washer, dryer and dishwasher all take forever to run as well. The parking spot is also not ideal, some people might not be comfortable parking in a larger vehicle as its angled and tight especially when the condo next doors car is also parked there. There was also no information in the condo like hours of the trolley to take you to the beach, where you go to get on trolley, where to get basketballs or golf clubs, etc. We asked the trolley driver most of this information as there aren't a lot of workers just wondering around or anything. They are very strick on no early check ins or check outs however we had to wait 30 minutes past check in for the cleaners to finish. There are 2 elevators on each side of the building, one was broken almost the entire time we were there so its best to just avoid that side when one is down.
We loved the place and would definitely return, just might not be thr place for everyone, especially if you are looking for a place that feels like home. "

"Good Ol' Caribe
We returned to Caribe after a 12 year hiatus, mostly due to our children now being young adults with children. We remembered it as being a great place to take children on vacation, and it still is. The pools are unmatched in the area, and our grandchildren were delighted with the water slides, the pirate ship to play on, the lazy river, the beautiful and plentiful pool options, and also watching the sea life from our balcony. It's very easy to get around the complex, from the parking spaces to the wide walkways.
On the less positive side, D1103 needs some work. We rented three condos, and they all were in need of some freshening up, but in particular D1103. The pots and pans were beat up, the paint was peeling, the cabinet finishes were peeling, the tiles in the living room were cracked and missing grout, the master toilet needed repairs. The toilet was "repaired" promptly, but didn't flush properly the rest of the stay. The toilet seat also is too small to fit the urinal, resulting in a gross situation whereas I had to wipe it down every time before sitting on it. My husband had to start cleaning up after himself each time he used it. The couch is stained, and I know it's hard to keep white fabric clean, but still - and the wine frig didn't work either. Additionally, the master bed needs to be replaced, and the balcony furniture was missing a cushion.
We've stayed in rental units dozens of times, and this condo was not up to par with our other experiences. I don't like to complain, but this is my honest feedback."

"Beautiful but less than tidy!
While we loved our condo rental, location was great, view was beautiful and we had plenty of room. However, the cleanliness was not up to par. I'll say the place wasn't clean upon our arrival. Despite bed linens appearing to be clean and new, pillows were missing cases, sheets were gritty with sand and the floors were covered in sand/dirt and counters riddled with stains from the previous stay. The place really just needs a deep clean. "

Great rental was 8 of us 4 kids 4 adults the three bedrooms was great. Loved the couches, beds were comfortable and loved the couches, had two ice maker which was great. Only bad thing was the queen is more like the full/queen so it was small. But we made it work. Will rent again "

"Vaca at the Caribe
We had a lovely time and everything was great.... A couple of things.... The furniture, lamps, etc need dusting. The vent in the master bathroom needs changing. Also, I feel like it is misleading to act like the Trolly just drops you off at the beach! The walkway to the beach and then to the chairs and umbrella wore us out! We only went once. Trolly made us wait 30 min for pick up and we had small children. They also didn’t answer twice when we called. The pool was wonderful and very breezy. We stayed there most of the time! "

"Labor Day Getaway
We met our daughter, son and their friends here for a long weekend and had a fabulous time! The biggest surprise was how much fun we had on the lazy river and the views of the intercoastal from the 11th floor literally topped off the experience. Some of the furniture and rugs in the common areas are showing wear, but the overall decor of the condo was very much up to date. We would definitely visit again!"

"Not as nice as PICTURES!
It was our second time back to Caribe; we were supposed to stay at a different unit but due to maintenance we were notified in a timely manner to be moved to another unit. The resort upon booking said the lazy river would be open and also said the resort provides pool towels. Neither were available to us and we were not notified about it prior to arrival. The unit was filthy! Dishes in cabinet were dirty, towels were left behind, under every furniture piece was filthy. For a $245 cleaning fee for a 4 day period then it is not being used for the benefit of the customer! The unit was nice but the owner should be notified for its cleanliness. The lazy river being out will make it break the trip. There’s other pools; but it’s one of the biggest reasons we stay here. If I had known we would have delayed our trip. It significantly impacted our vacation. "

"Pretty Nice condo but poor property management company
Nice condo overall. Balcony gets really hot all afternoon but is shade in the am. Signature properties added an addendum to a completed fully paid contract the day before check in that was a bunch of rules with fines and violation fees. Rules posted all over the condo with threats saying stuff like if there is a washcloth missing, you will be fined. Felt like i was being sued, not paying them 4 k per week for a condo.
Definitely felt like a monitored profit center, not a premium price d paying customer. 169$ worth of add on junk fees (processing fee and miscellaneous) the contract addendum sent after the original contract was already executed the day before check in was a bit much. They said their new software didn't send page 2 of the original contract by accident. But it was clearly an addendum, not page 2 of an original contract. Felt like they got a new lawyer and added stipulations after the fact. I didnt buy either the 2 stories they fed me. For 4k a week i dont need rules and fines posted all over the condo and last minute addendums with threats the day before i check in. (Property Management) is a real estate company. This condo must be for sale and not moving. All of the written communication was communicating rules and fines all shifting liability to the customer and felt like i was being sued before i checked in. Been staying in condos in orange beach for 30 years (including at Caribe) and have never had so many rules with threats of fines in my face. Adding an addendum with threats the day before i checked in was just a bit much.....and spinning it as a software mistake was insulting. It was clearly an addendum to the contract after the fact"

"Great location
The condo is in a great location. It was very clean and decorated nice. The master bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve liked but happy it was a king size. The manager/ renter was quick to respond by text and very friendly and professional. The lazy River was being repaired so it would have been nice to know ahead of time however, the heated indoor pools and hot tubs were great especially on cool days. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend to family and friends. "

Loved the gorgeous views, large balcony and beautiful furnishings. Easy to check in and out. Everything was perfect in the condo, nice to have the extra ice maker! This unit is great but definitely needs to install the taller, new toilets. The toilets are so low!! Crazy request but much needed!"

We enjoyed our stay other than the weather didn’t cooperate which is nobody’s fault of course. We were happy with the rental agency who tried her best to help us in any way she could and when we needed extra time due to health concerns she was there for us. "

"AMAZING CONDO WITH A MILLION DOLLAR VIEW
Well first, the condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed. The deck was great! We so enjoyed watching all the boats come and go. Just absolutely wonderful!! Caribe is a very nice resort. Walk right over to Cobalt’s Restaurant next door. You must try OSO EARLY for breakfast. First time to bring the boat. Great trip. "

"Labor Day Stay
Condo location was great and the kids had a blast. There were some small issues with the condo: the ice maker didnt work, the coffee pot worked sometimes, and the light bulbs were out in the bathroom fixtures. Our other concerns were that the instructions were not specific i.e. check-in time and check-out time and because we didn't book through the Caribe we had to purchase parking tags and didn't get extra keys to the condo. "

"Amazing Condo!!
This was an amazing condo with plenty of space and high end features. The balcony was a perfect place to view the Bay and Enjoy perfect sunsets. The location is in the middle of all the fun activities. We walked down the path and rented jetski's and also a 10 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor amenities were perfect,from bocce ball to playing tennis, enjoying the wet sauna, dry sauna, hot tubs, pools, lazy river! We would rent this unit again in a heart beat."

"week with the family!
Overall it was a good experience!! The dishwasher was out and it took 2 days to look at it and 2 more to find and replace, then the tech forgot to hook the hose up, so pretty much we were without the whole trip. The condo is beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the elevators-even at peak times we didn't have to wait an extended length of time!! The view was amazing (loved watching the boats go in and out)
We love Brick and Spoon for brunch, Pirate's Cove on boat day, Playa at Sportsman's Marina (but the wait is long), the Tike bar at Sportsman's (for lunch) and of course the Cobalt (again the wait is long)"

"Caribe-you never have to leave
We recently rented this unit for a girls trip and it was fantastic. There was plenty of room for 7 adults in the condo and balcony. The condo had everything we needed and more. If you have never been to Caribe do yourself a favor and give it a try . While it’s not directly on the beach or gulf side of the road the views of the Bay are amazing . There are plenty of pools , hot tubs and there is a trolly that takes you to the beach. Do yourself a favor and try the restaurant Cobalt right next door , amazing seafood. Julie made this vacation rental a breeze and was their to answer any questions we had. "

"Lazy Days
We had a wonderful vacation relaxing and watching the boats from our balcony. I worried about staying on the 11th floor, but loved it. The luxurious condo had everything we needed. Dolphin cruise is a must!

The condo was very roomy and comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony. My grandkids loved watching the boats. The lobbies of the buildings were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a wonderful time. The management company was the best we've ever rented from. They communicated with us regularly and handled a couple of minor issues immediately. They wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our vacation time and we so appreciated that."
