This spacious beach house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths allowing accommodations up to 10 people with 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 Doubles in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Doubles in the 3rd bedroom. New mattresses installed 2023!! Extended families are accommodated when the Barnett House TOP unit is rented in conjunction with Barnett House BOTTOM unit.

The Barnett House gives you all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, 4 TV's, DVD, and heat/AC units in each room. Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.
