This spacious 4 Bedroom and 3 Bath unit can accommodate your family of 10 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Twins in bedroom 4 and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

This nicely decorated 2nd floor condo offers a large oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 Flat screen cable TV's (47" flat screen in living room and 32" in bedrooms), 3 DVD's, a washer/dryer and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bathroom.

Beach Club II amenities include a oceanfront outdoor pool, a street side pool which is heated in April and October, a large sundeck, nice grill facilities, outside showers, elevators, plenty of overflow parking across the street and free Wi-Fi. This property is located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which is close to Alligator Adventure, Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets.

If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Overall a very good rental experience. We were given the wrong keys to our unit so we couldn’t get in, but the office quickly sent someone over with the correct ones. The condo was very clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. This is a spacious unit with a nice balcony. The only disappointment was that the pools were not heated after stating they would be for the month of October in the unit description. They were so cold there was no way we could get in."

We love the location and the condo set up suits our family to a T. The unit we stayed in this year need some attention and the carpet needs replacing. This year for the first time the unit was disgustingly dirty and after making a complaint to a maintenance worker nothing happened after he said he would report it. We will definitely stay in the area again but will consider other locatios. "

"Beach Club II 2E - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section
Was pretty quiet, a bit of banging around upstairs for a few hours a day but reasonable hours were kept. Loved the 4 separate bedrooms and 3 washrooms, except, the shared bathroom sink didn't drain very well at all. The deck sliding door in the master stuck pretty good, the kitchen was sparsely stocked. No toaster for instance. If you look to cook-in be wary of the tools required to do it. We didn't get pool passes, so no pool access for us. Could use some more coat hangers, bring your own. Bring your own laundry supplies. The top half of every wall plug in the entire apartment did not function. Directions say to flip the breaker but the panels are locked-out, so impossible to conform. If you want a light and a tv running at the same time bring plenty of plug banks with you."

"Good But Could Have Been Better
The condo was in a great location. I always love a beach view however, the dishes that we used, we had to wash them because there was food on them, and were just nasty. The master bedroom shower had mold around the door, and needed to be cleaned better. The couch and lamp shades had food or something splattered on them. I also wish there had been a lounge chair on the balcony. The chairs that we used were ok, but not comfortable for someone as myself due to my size."

Perfect location, nice condo that could use some serious updating of appliances etc. Main bathroom had mold in the shower and the furnace room dust was seeing out of the closet door. Otherwise had a great trip. Will rebook again but not this condo."

This is a typical rental property where the owner is trying to get as much as they can out of the property without putting anything into it. The property is oceanfront so the location is ideal. The condo itself is outdated and not very well cared for."

"Nice Getaway
Our group of 7 found this condo to be perfect for our Christmas at the beach. The pictures are accurate and while we thought the unit could use some cosmetic upgrades, everything worked and was clean, so we were pleased. We loved being right on the beach and, as the weather was unseasonable warm, we also made full use of the balcony. We liked the location in relationship to amenities in the area as well. Would definitely come back!"
