This newly remodeled 4 Bedroom/2 Bath home is set up to accommodate a family of 10 with 1 Queen in the Master bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Twins in bedroom 4 and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

This spacious home is wonderful for a large family gathering or for 2 families to come together to share their time at the beach and it's Pet Friendly! Enjoy the open living room and dining room, the newly renovated fully equipped kitchen or the upstairs den with a private balcony to take in the beautiful Atlantic. Also provided for your enjoyment are 3 TV's, DVD, free Wifi, a Foosball Table in the upstairs den as well as a card table, a new walk-in shower in the downstairs bath, washer/dryer, outdoor patio with a charcoal grill and 2 car parking. Pet friendly (dogs only) with $200 non refundable pet fee.

Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Spacious family rental
Our adult children and and grandchildren spent one of our two weeks at 922 Strand with us. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on separate levels gave everyone space and privacy as needed and there was ample room for everyone to get together for meals and playtimes. We were very pleased with the various amenities included in the rental."

When we arrived at our rental, we immediately discovered the rental would not work for our family. (Due to errors on another's company website.) I call North Beach Realty and with in 20 minutes they found a rental that would work for my family that was still in my budget! I was very impressed. unit was dirty, was very disappointed in the cleanliness and appearance of the rental. Linen dirty, mattress pads, rugs dirty. Blinds upstairs in poor condition, need replacement. Sower doors no clean. Upstairs bathroom ceiling in terrible condition."

"Great Pet Friendly House - Close to Beach
We loved this house. Great access to the pool and beach. Nice living room areas for gathering. Our dog was very comfortable. The place did not have any pet smells for being a p[et friendly property. Although some furniture updates are needed, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. Hope to be back at this house again soon."

"Myrtle Vacation Perrin Place
Our vacation rental was in the perfect location and had all we needed for the weeks stay. Unfortunately, the home smelled of animal urine especially in the downstairs living room area. Maintenance was prompt in addressing this when contacted but the smell still remained although improved.
The home is in obvious need of a deep clean in the downstairs living area. Many dead bugs were noted behind the TV stand and when we had to move the recliner one day it was noted to be dirty with lots of dust bunnies and bugs under the chair. We had a great time, I just wish the place had been cleaner without the bad odor.
Also at check in the gal was not friendly at all. But staff were very friendly on the phone and the maintenance fella was extremely nice."

"Beautiful property
This is a really nice house for large groups. VERY clean and well appointed. Since it was off season, it was only my husband and I, so it was roughly the same price as a two bedroom we usually rent in peak season. Way too expensive for just us two in peak season, sigh. A bit of a stroll to the beach with all of our gear, but the weather was drop dead gorgeous."

"Labor Day Weekend at Perrin Place C
Perrin Place C was a fantastic house and we enjoyed ourselves very much. It's close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was refreshing. The house was "clean" but could definitely use a deep thorough cleaning. We did try to inquire about a late check-out and couldn't get in touch with the office to do so. My 2nd time renting with North Beach and will definitely use them again."

House was nice considering pet friendly. Could feel and smell the cleaners in furniture. Had to wash dishes and glasses. Fingerprints seen on most glasses. Silverware dirty. House not cleaned very well. Also black mold upstairs discovered after some were having headaches. "

The home was very spacious for our family of 5 plus an extra teenager (son's friend) and our two fur babies! Great location for beach access. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and able to do laundry is a must when on vacation - this place had both! Will definitely be on my list to stay again in the future. "
