If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE
This is the second time we rented this house. The first time we rented there was a hot dog in the hot tub and the hot tub was never fixed. We thought it was a fluke and we liked the location. This Time the pool was never Cleaned and AGAIN the Hot tub was not working. The Pool had half tree limbs in it and they claim they come and clean the pool daily. It wasn't once cleaned. When we got to the home the cleaning lady wasn't even finished so we had to get in 30min later than scheduled. The chairs in the living room now have stains all over them and the master bedroom door you can barely close due to the terrible foundation. The Location is good but the house itself isn't worth the money. "

"First time family trip in a house
This was the first time our family decided to stay in a house. We really enjoyed having our own space without having to deal with stairs parking decks etc. The house offered plenty of space and outside area for our family to enjoy some time together. The screened in front porch was also nice to enjoy during a rain shower.The beach access made the walk to the beach very easy. "

"Fleas!
The pool was fantastic. The house has fleas. We contacted North Beach realty they sent someone out to spray. When the bug guy arrived to spray we told him someone was already out to spray the day before. He responded 'Okay I'll have to get in touch with the owner of the property. That's the last we heard from North Beach realty. Stuck with fleas for the week we did our best to remedy the situation on our own. It's too soon to say for certain, but hopefully we didn't bring them home. North Beach realty never reached out to us to even offer a slight discount. To spend $5,000 for one week and not have North Beach realty do anything I found to be completely outrageous. "

"NEED TO HERE FROM MANAGMENT

Great experience. Pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily by Joel, housekeeping came with extra towels, washcloths, and trash bags as needed. Staff at North Beach were super nice nd we were able to reserve this home again for next. Great location."

"Bday Getaway
It was convenient, clean, spacious and everything worked. The backyard is very spacious. The neighborhood was very welcoming and peaceful. The whole layout of the house and location is perfect. Its definitely worth the price paid. I would definitely rent from North Beach Realty again. The kitchen was fully stocked of everything needed. The jacuzzi needs to be cleaned. "

"Disappointing
The property was dirty. The hot tub has some kind of slime in it. The pool was dirty. The porches were filthy. The inside appeared to have had water damage at some point and was poorly fixed. The furniture inside was stained and nasty. One pull out bed that was part of the rental had no mattress when it was pulled out!! The rental company said they knew and understood. They had been telling the owner. No offer of any refund was offered even though all amenities advertised were available. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Also during our stay the house next door was approached by a bail bondsman, guns were drawn and the police showed and were there for several hours so we had to stay inside the house. Overall very disappointed"

" Beautiful vacation home!
We love this house! Everything about it is perfect.. location is awesome ! Very close to everything! We have rented this same house the last 4 years! we love that we can walk to the beach .. we love that it has a private pool that is always clean! The only thing we would like to point out is that the grill is unusable! Same grill has been there for 4 years.. it’s rusted out so bad that you can’t put charcoal or the grate in.. we’re really hoping it’s replaced by next summer’s stay.. we love buying seafood locally and bringing it back to grill and enjoy there. That being said every thing else is always nice and clean .. it’s a very peaceful place to stay with your family.. North Beach is a fantastic company and I recommend them all the time! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!"

"Sea Breeze at Myrle Beach
We had a nice stay. The house has no number on the front so at first we had trouble locating it. We were
surprised that a number wasn't required by 911.
The house was nice, but when we arrived there was a lot of sand in the living room and and the two small bed rooms. It was a nice location and a comfortable house. We love Myrtle Beach and all the fun things to do. Thanks for a good time"

"Could be nice but needs TLC
Needs deep cleaning, some repairs mainly just TLC. Had a roach issue and pool was not heated when we arrived. Drains were slow. Pool area very nice. Overall nice house just need more attention. Repairmen were prompt once the weekend was over. Would have enjoyed it more if these issues were addressed before we got there. Wouldn’t recommend.this until issues are dealt with."

"Great Vacation
House was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room, everything we needed was provided. As others have mentioned, the house is in need of an update but that in no way diminished our enjoyment. We enjoyed the pool (although the water was quite cool) and the hot tub. But the short walk to the beach was the best. Would not hesitate to stay again. The folks at North Beach Realty were friendly and helfpul."

"Pros: Fully-equipped kitchen, very nice pool with light for night swimming, hot tub, close to the beach, comfortable beds.
Cons: It could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. When we arrived, there were 3 used condoms next to the hot tub in the backyard, an old half-full bottle of juice under the kitchen sink, and smelly liquid from a leaky trash bag in the kitchen trash can. Also, the loveseat in the master bedroom smelled of urine, and the place was terribly dusty. We didn't see any roaches IN the house, but they were all around outside, and ran underneath the house when the light was turned on. I will not stay here again. "

"Great Location
The house is in a great location. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to beach. We had 4 adults and 8 kids staying at the house. It did not feel crowded, and everyone had a place to sleep. Having the pool and hot tub right in the back yard was a defined plus and we all enjoyed our stay!!"
