If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Very close to the Beach, GREAT View
We really enjoyed our stay. You could sit on the couch and see the ocean which is always a plus. I could sit and look at the ocean forever!!! The condo was clean. You could tell they had recently redone the kitchen & it is really nice, along with the floors in the living room area. The only negative is the carpet in the bedrooms needs to GO!!!"

The unit was fine. Rather small, but still OK. What I did not like was the VRBO page for this property saying it was $62/night. Thats a joke. Due to a $249 mgmt fee, $200 cleaning fee, and other fees the actual cost was $240/night. How can any owner/mgmt company think that will do anything but leave a bad taste?"

Our week was amazing! Great views from the livingroom and master bedroom balconys. Just steps to the beach and pool. Condo was very clean and well managed. We had an amazing time and our stay was wonderful! We will definetly be back for sure!!!"

"Best location
You can’t beat this location. The balcony overlooks the pool. So if you have older children they can go down to the pool while you watch them from above. The ocean is also a very short walk. There are a lot of cute shops and restaurants near by. We would definitely like to stay here again. The condo could use some upgrading and repairs but the location and view of the ocean made up for it. "

"First Visit to Myrtle Beach
My family and I enjoyed our first visit to Myrtle Beach and the condo we rented was in a great location, right on the beach. The amenities were good, with the unit having a washer and dryer, as well as a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

However, the amenities were somewhat dated, with the cabinet doors being crooked, the dishwasher being difficult to close, the bedroom doors not closing and the closet doors in the master bedroom being difficult to open and close.

Overall though, the place was clean and comfortable."

"Ocean view
The check-in and out process was very easy. Reasonably priced. I loved being able to hear the ocean - so soothing. The unit could use a little updating. The beds were okay. For the first day or so after arriving, the tile floor in the entry and kitchen area was very slick. I don't know if it was from humidity or the cleaning product used but you need to be very cautious."

"Cozy condo
Nice clean unit! We were there when it was way too cold for the pool, but it is right off the deck, but you need to walk out the front door and around to get to it. Not a game changer by any means! There is a path to take to the Beach where sea shells are plentiful if you or your kids love seein what the sea brings in. Close to tons of restaurants and things to do. Would stay there again. Reasonably priced. Kitchen was well stocked with what you need to prepare and eat your own meals. Heater/AC in each bedroom and in the family room. Felt safe there. "

"It's the Smell That Gets Ya
First impression walking in the door was the smell. Lots of Damp Rid buckets throughout the unit still didn't beat the musty odor. Property management did quickly addressed our concern and sent someone out. Furniture is outdated and kitchen utensils were like baby spoons. We still laugh about that. It was like the leftover stuff you'd use at your extra home. Eventually we got used to it all and had a great time, but would definitely not booking again. Location on beach is great."
