This beachy 4 Bedroom/3 Bath house can comfortably accommodate 11 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, 1 twin over 1 full (bunk) in the 4th bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa.
Enjoy all the comforts of home while you are at the beach in this wonderfully decorated beach house that offers 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 kitchens, 6 TV'S, Wifi and full size washer/dryer. The ground level resembles a mother-in-law suite with 1 bedroom w/king bed, a full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room and a screened in patio. The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa & covered balcony with outdoor seating.

This private home, called "On The Beach", is just 0.1 miles from the ocean. You can take a quick walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for convenience. Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.
