This is a stunning 3bd/3ba condo on the 2nd floor with incredible views of the pool, Intracoastal Waterway and marina! This unit is beautifully furnished and has a king in the master, a king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 8. (note: both king beds can be separated into 2 twins)

The North Tower of Barefoot Resort is located at 4801 Harbor Pointe Drive in North Myrtle Beach. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops & modern appliances, washer & dryer, flat screen TV’s in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, upscale decor and furnishings. The balcony overlooks the marina & yacht club and is a great place to sit and enjoy the passing boats as they sail down the Intracoastal Waterway.

Enjoy the Yacht Club Marina with outside fireside dining. "An overall nice stay
Nice spacious unit perfect for our trip however they need to learn how to clean. Window sill in bedroom was filthy upon arrival looked like it hadn't been cleaning in a LONG time. Didn't help there was a cockroach sighting either. Lot of pets on property which is fine but not when you can smell their urine in elevators"

"Amazing
This condo was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful,clean,comfortable and the grounds were well kept. The people that live in the building year round are so friendly and the views from our u unit were so nice. The rental company had the nicest staff. We are already planning our trip next year to stay there again. You are so close to everything,but you never know it as it is so quite. Just adds to the relaxtion."

"Great Condo in North Myrtle!
We have stayed at Barefoot Resort North Tower before but it has been about 12 years. The condo was great! Nice and clean, beds are comfy - love the big bathrooms! It is on the 2nd floor so our view was kind of hidden by a palm tree which isn't a bad thing. Key pickup and drop off was something new but easy to do. I would definitely stay again!"

"It was ok
The unit location is great. Close to the elevator and right by the pool. We loved the there were two king bed rooms and plenty of bathroom space. The kitchen was well stocked and all furniture was comfortable. Parking was also a breeze, never crowded and only a short walk. Unfortunately, the state of the unit was dirty. There was a film of dust of many of the surfaces. The glass dining table was smudged. The pans had old food left on them. The kitchen floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while behind a quick sweep. The bathrooms needed a good scrub from mildew. Beyond that, we had a very disappointing experience with management when one of the sprinkler heads broke and started leaking water. While maintenance was quick, we never heard anything from NBR until we reached out. Not a call to check in and see if it was resolved, no apology. The person in charge, Victoria, was incredibly rude. Such a shame. We’d gladly rent again, but not through NBR. "

"Smooth Experience
Pretty straightforward - picked up key, pool pass, & parking passes at office. No problems getting to or from the unit. Clean, well-maintained unit with plenty of space. Some of the decor is dated, but it didn't have any impact on our stay. Would rent this unit again. Common areas - hallways & stairs, were dirty in some places. Also wish there were an ice machine in the building. Had to go to the building next door for ice."

"Spring Break Get away
Our stay at North Tower 206 was amazing! Location, location, location! Condo was spotless and well appointed. Loved the view of the pool and marina. Had to call management company for a very small fix. They were timely, friendly and extremely helpful with our questions of where to go and what to do. Would def go back and highly recommend this property! We had a ball!"

"Beautiful condo in beautiful Barefoot Resort
This property is beautiful! The condo is well decorated and nicely stocked with everything you need. The pool was clean and never too crowded and the hot tub was so relaxing at the end of the day.
The location was excellent, close to Barefoot Landing, the beach, and not too far from Broadway at the Beach and Top Golf. The Marina Grill is right next door and has great food/drink. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again."

"Card Club Ladies
The condo was very nice and had everything needed for our stay. The pool was pretty amazing except our last 2 days they closed it because of gate issues which was frustrating that they couldn’t allow it to remain open (claiming safety issues)They had pool staff every day monitoring guests and making sure no glass in our bags, kids running and etc but they couldn’t monitor gate issues so no children entered without parents. Female from Ponderosa Co./property management was not a nice person on the phone when we called to question why pool was still closed on second day. "

"Great stay.
We were six golfers and used the unit only to have a place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a minor problem with the plumbing but it was resolved by the maintenance crew first thing in the morning.

The beds were comfortable and there was ample room to relax before and after golf.

I recommend this unit.."

"Nice, clean condo
Nice location, clean condo. We had issues with a TV in one of the master bedrooms (3 different TV's installed in first week, finally fixed) but the internet was horrible and was NEVER fixed. I wish I would have known that the wifi was NOT secure. Would have made a big different in renting. Maint. men were GREAT. Thanks Raymond & Dylan. Weather was wonderful as was the balcony."

"Great repeat stay
We had a great stay in this unit. This was our 2nd time as we had stayed there in May and booked again for our September trip. The condo is clean and comfortable- we love morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony. It is perfectly located with a short walk to Mariners grill if you don’t feel like driving."

the condo was dirty when we arrived, disgustingly dirty!! people came to clean next day, still not totally clean!! third bathroom fan didn’t work, master bathroom sink didn’t drain. WIFI barely worked. TV had very few channels.

"Filthy condo! Not worth the amount I spent.
The condo was filthy. Counters were dirty. Bathrooms had not been cleaned. Dead bugs & hair in the showers. Toilet had a poop stain on it. Obviously they were not cleaned. Nail clippings on the ground on the patio at the condo. The pillows were horrible. Flat and dirty under the pillow case. Felt like they were 10 years old. North beach staff was rude and the cleaning crew blatantly did not care about the dirtiness of the condo. They were rude and felt compelled to lecture the guest about being upset . Spend $1600 to have to clean on vacation is very upsetting, especially when North Beach Realty handed out a flyer on Covid cleaning procedures. Were told the pool would close at 10pm, it closed nightly at 6pm. Children were not allowed to have any pool toys in the pool. Rules changed daily. Total waste of money and vacation time. By far, the worst vacation rental we have stayed at. This was a vacation from 2020 I had planned due to my son coming back from a deployment that we never took due to Covid. North Beach refused to issue a refund in 2020. Staff with North Beach threatened to refund the money while we were there, in the condo but where exactly would a family of 8 go who flew in from Florida, Illinois and Missouri?! Very poor customer service and just human decency. "

"Beautiful vacation retreat
Wonderful 3 bedroom condo. This had all the amenities you could want. Plenty of space for everyone. The property management company was fantastic to deal with when there was an issue with the lock.

"Cable out
We checked in around 4pm, by the time we unloaded and got settled the office was closed this was on saturday so we report the cable out and it's not fixed til Monday at 12pm and we checked out tuesday at 8am. Dining room table had glass rings on it."
