"Birthday getaway for sisters
Hi I am Lavada I came down with my two sisters for the youngest 60th birthday we enjoyed the place a lot only problem the living room
Balcony door, would not push open easy it was messed up they came right away and looked at it was not able too get it fixed while we were there and be very careful if you get the doors open and have air off the floors get very wet we had too lay towels down too walk on so be very careful but others than that we loved the place thanks for letting us stay ������oh they could use new furniture in the living room the couch was fine bad I’m very uncomfortable but we made it lol"

"Great location
This rental was spacious enough for 5 adults to relax.
It is a nice condo, however, it definitely needs a deep clean and some paint. Curtains need cleaned and rehung better. Had to wear socks or shoes while inside. "

"2023 Vacation
We had a great time visiting Myrtle Beach and staying at The Summit. Overall experience was great staying in Summit 6F. Condo was spacious and had a great view! Condo pool was great and NOT crowded! Parking was ample. Overall cleanliness was fine, except for large stains on the couches. Quick fix was to cover with the sheets for the hide away bed. Many lightbulbs were burnt out and we wish the light switches were labeled to make it easier to turn on lights. Wasn't sure why the bedrooms stated "don't turn off, will turn off the power". Would have been nice to turn on fan with the switch.
The VERY frustrating part of the condo was the oven. The burners were unreliable and we had to hold the pans on the burners so they wouldn't 'slide off' while cooking. The burner pans were dirty and caused the fire alarm to go off. Tried to clean them the best I could. Light above the oven was not working and the kitchen could use a few more pots/pans.
Overall, it was a great location and we would definitely stay again! "

"Family Getaway
Overall we were pleased with the rental. It was a little smaller than we would have liked but we made do. The rental was very clean and modern. I would recommend this rental to anyone that is close with whoever they are staying with. We will mostly stay again. "

"Review for our stay at 6 F at the Summit Condominiums
When we arrived at our condo the room was hot and uncomfortable. The AC was locked on 75 degrees. We called and maintenance came immediately to fix also changed a disgusting air filter that was literally in shreds and obviously wasn’t changed this season. We could feel sand under our feet as we moved our things in, the children’s Sox stained black after a short time. The floor was obviously given a quick sweep but definitely was not washed since the last renter, with no mop that we could clean it ourselves . Sliding glass doors to the patio were very difficult to open to the point we stopped going out after a couple days. The curtains were filthy and couch obviously stained. We put sheets over them to feel comfortable allowing the children to sit on them. Master bath shower black in the corners. Kitchen was adequate. Location of the Summit is great, right across the highway to Barefoot Landing. Had the place been clean and adequately maintained we would have loved it. "

"Love myrtle beach but this particular condo is so so
The review is coming from a family that’s been vacationing to myrtle beach for 20 years. I’ve rented condos all up down myrtle beach .... From murrels inlet, all the way to north myrtle beach. We had tons of fun and will continue to come to myrtle beach but I have a few complaints. This particular unit we rented is a corner unit. It’s very choppy inside and even though it was clean and ready it’s kinda beat up with needed paint work and old washer and dryer. Our door locks didn’t work in our master bath room and the main entrance door to the condo has a door stop on the bottom that flips down and doesn’t stay up. So imagine a whole family going in and out the main door all day and night with a door that constantly jams opens because a bolted door stopper at the bottom. Most All the remotes had dead batteries to the TV’s and that was a nightmare figuring that out especially having children who love the tv’s. There’s very very little parking for the summit complex and and there is a over flow lot but that was definitely a hassle. And also there gotta be a better way to check in to a vacation property then all guest Checking in at the same time and waiting in line with 30 people just to get keys. Most other places I’ve rented you just walk in and there’s no lines and plenty of receptionist to get u checked in quickly. North beach realty can do better to check people in faster. For the money spent on this particular unit and building, there’s much better options out there. We had a great time but we won’t rent at this particular location again. "

The condo was awesome! Clean with wonderful views! Close to barefoot landing although nothing within walking distance although there are a few restaurants between the condo & Barefoot landing still not within walking distance no bars around. You will need a car or Uber other than that we had a great time thank you!!"

"The Summit
The check in was chaos. We arrived at the office at 2 to check in. There was only 2 people working the front and there was several people trying to check in. Waited for about an hour to be told they would call us when ready. No call had to go back and it was pure chaos at this time. Got to the unit at 4:45. Parking here is just terrible. We had to use the very back overflow just about every night. I am pretty sure that most of the cars there either didn’t have a tag or had written on them overflow. So the condo was ok. Several things thats needed fixed.. there was a towel in the master bedroom in the sliding glass door. Sand still all over the floor. The pots and pans need to be updated. When your cooking there is not enough to do anything. Last thing.. my grandchildren wanted to sleep in the living room and watch a movie. So I pulled out the bed in the couch and there was food in the pullout along with sand. I think those things needs to be addressed after every stay. Then on Friday before we left we killed 2 roaches. "

"Just ok, dirty and security issues.
Summit unit 6F was your typical beach condo. As someone who owns a unit very similar in a different state this one was a little dirty and run down. My family arrived on a Monday and had to visit the real estate office on Wednesday to complain about the place not being cleaned at all, as well as a little encounter we had with some younger people who snuck in the building trying to find a party. As someone who was concerned about not only my but my other family’s safety they didn’t really have anything to say. The side doors said they where on a door code lock system but failed to work. I don’t recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a quite location due to that experience. "

The experience here was amazing. It is right on the water and was very toddler and newborn friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the view on the ocean was right in arms length. All of the linen was clean and every toiletry and cleaning item was provided. My family had an amazing time at this location and we will definitely stay here again. "

"Memorial Day stay
Overall it was great! The kids had a great time and the 1st time at the ocean. The rental was clean. Only problem was the refrigerator did not work. The freezer was fine. We did notify the rental company."

"Great beach getaway
We had such a fun time at North Myrtle. We booked last minute, so I was worried about the condo and the location but both pleasantly surprised us! The view from the condo with the corner balcony is spectacular and the location worked out great. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice with granite countertops and nice dishes. Missing a decent cutting board but we made do. Main criticism: the condo had an odor—it wasn’t horrible but not pleasant either.
The condo is situated among other larger high rise complexes. I wish it was a bit more secluded, but the beach is large so we were able to spread out a bit. The Summit is nice with a multiple showers/hoses to spray off sand by the pool, nice parking area, and locked, air conditioned lobby with 2 elevators. We rarely saw others on the elevator. Convenient trash chute at the top of our floor. Loved the proximity to Barefoot Landing and spent three evenings there. My teenagers LOVED that area. It was safe and classy and a lot of fun. They begged to stay another night!
Such a special getaway during COVID no less. I never felt unsafe or at risk. We would stay here again. "

"Great place to stay
We had a great time, the condo was as described, had lots of room. The showers had bars in them and that was great for my mom. The view was awesome, the kitchen table and the chairs was a bit to high for us, The one thing I did not like was that you can only have one car on the property and the other car about a blook away and if you had more than two cars you would have to park them at the realty company, I just think that you should be able to park more for a 4 bedroom condo. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 was because the carport need to be clean and the realty company know but did not have time to get it clean before we got there. We would stay here again.
