The Summit, located at 4701 S. Ocean Blvd. in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach is a great place to stay while on vacation. This oceanfront resort features an outdoor pool (heated when needed), a sundeck, BBQ & picnic area, free parking, and wireless internet.

Unit 6F is beautifully decorated and well kept. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a washer & dryer in the unit. From the oceanfront balcony, you have beautiful view of the ocean & pool area.

"Awesome condo!!
The condo was awesome! Clean with wonderful views! Close to barefoot landing although nothing within walking distance although there are a few restaurants between the condo & Barefoot landing still not within walking distance no bars around. You will need a car or Uber other than that we had a great time thank you!!"

"The Summit
The check in was chaos. We arrived at the office at 2 to check in. There was only 2 people working the front and there was several people trying to check in. Waited for about an hour to be told they would call us when ready. No call had to go back and it was pure chaos at this time. Got to the unit at 4:45. Parking here is just terrible. We had to use the very back overflow just about every night. I am pretty sure that most of the cars there either didn’t have a tag or had written on them overflow. So the condo was ok. Several things thats needed fixed.. there was a towel in the master bedroom in the sliding glass door. Sand still all over the floor. The pots and pans need to be updated. When your cooking there is not enough to do anything. Last thing.. my grandchildren wanted to sleep in the living room and watch a movie. So I pulled out the bed in the couch and there was food in the pullout along with sand. I think those things needs to be addressed after every stay. Then on Friday before we left we killed 2 roaches. "

"Just ok, dirty and security issues.
Summit unit 6F was your typical beach condo. As someone who owns a unit very similar in a different state this one was a little dirty and run down. My family arrived on a Monday and had to visit the real estate office on Wednesday to complain about the place not being cleaned at all, as well as a little encounter we had with some younger people who snuck in the building trying to find a party. As someone who was concerned about not only my but my other family’s safety they didn’t really have anything to say. The side doors said they where on a door code lock system but failed to work. I don’t recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a quite location due to that experience. "

Condo was perfect! Right on the beach. Rooms were good size. Furniture was perfect. Read previous reviews that carpet was needing replaced, but that must have happened bc there was all time and wood floors throughout. "

"Perfect Family Getaway
The experience here was amazing. It is right on the water and was very toddler and newborn friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the view on the ocean was right in arms length. All of the linen was clean and every toiletry and cleaning item was provided. My family had an amazing time at this location and we will definitely stay here again. "

"Memorial Day stay
Overall it was great! The kids had a great time and the 1st time at the ocean. The rental was clean. Only problem was the refrigerator did not work. The freezer was fine. We did notify the rental company."

"Great beach getaway
We had such a fun time at North Myrtle. We booked last minute, so I was worried about the condo and the location but both pleasantly surprised us! The view from the condo with the corner balcony is spectacular and the location worked out great. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice with granite countertops and nice dishes. Missing a decent cutting board but we made do. Main criticism: the condo had an odor—it wasn’t horrible but not pleasant either.

The condo is situated among other larger high rise complexes. I wish it was a bit more secluded, but the beach is large so we were able to spread out a bit. The Summit is nice with a multiple showers/hoses to spray off sand by the pool, nice parking area, and locked, air conditioned lobby with 2 elevators. We rarely saw others on the elevator. Convenient trash chute at the top of our floor. Loved the proximity to Barefoot Landing and spent three evenings there. My teenagers LOVED that area. It was safe and classy and a lot of fun. They begged to stay another night!

Such a special getaway during COVID no less. I never felt unsafe or at risk. We would stay here again. "

"Great place to stay
We had a great time, the condo was as described, had lots of room. The showers had bars in them and that was great for my mom. The view was awesome, the kitchen table and the chairs was a bit to high for us, The one thing I did not like was that you can only have one car on the property and the other car about a blook away and if you had more than two cars you would have to park them at the realty company, I just think that you should be able to park more for a 4 bedroom condo. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 was because the carport need to be clean and the realty company know but did not have time to get it clean before we got there. We would stay here again.
