"Our family vacation
We loved this house. We had between 25-30 people stay for a week, and everyone seemed satisfied with the house. So conveniently located, near the beach, Bouleneaus, ice cream, and shops. Everyone loved having their own private bathroom. House was in good shape overall. Floor could have been cleaner. Would have also been great to have a 1/2 bath near kitchen"

"Blessed Family Time
The house was great, despite no closets/dressers for clothing. Cleaning crew MUST do a better job, not rush for the next guests. House is in walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, water activities and other stores. New pool chairs are needed as well as chairs on decks to allow guests to enjoy the views. Overall, great place to stay for large group."

This property was great for our needs. Lots of bedrooms with bathrooms for everyone. Close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants.
The floors were a little dirty but I asked for a mop and bucket and I cleaned our bedroom floor as I like to be sock-footed."

"Perfect for a Bachelor Party Weekend
Wow, where do I start? This place is everything you can ask for, which in my case was a bachelor party. Had a pool, grill, enough space to comfortably sleep my party of 24 & actually had space for 5-10 comfortably. All plates, utensils, and all cooking pots and pans were provided. Check in and out was easy and the communication was great all around! WOULD book again & WOULD suggest to anyone looking for a place like this one!"

"Family Reunion
This was a great house for a large family gathering. Loved having 14 rooms and private bathrooms. Everyone had their privacy. It is a block off from the beach and close to many restaurants. Communications were great, they always answered my questions fairly quick.
The house could use a little TLC. We had a few issues with some of the toilets. They sent maintenance out. It was not immaculate as far as being clean, but for a large house that probably has lots of guests all the time it is hard to keep everything pristine.
I would overall still recommend this property for large gatherings.

"Issues
Stay away if you don’t want to walk up and down a lot of stairs. I stayed here with family on a three night stay. I had elderly people with me and thought this would be a good place to stay since it’s like twenty one of us and it has an elevator. Well we arrived the first night and the elevator wasn’t working. I was told someone would be out the next morning to fix it. Well 12:00 PM came and no one came out. I reached out to the office and was told someone will be out shortly. I then received a call stating someone came out and the part wouldn’t be in for another two days. To be honest the elevator looks like it never works but I could be wrong. It just doesn’t look safe. The floors could also use a good cleaning and there’s holes in some of the walls. One of the tubs upstairs drains out really slow and a lot of other things (too many to name)."

"Never Book with Together Resorts
We booked a large house in Myrtle Beach for a company retreat. A few weeks before, the company informed us that the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed for months. We asked for a refund or credit and they offered to switch us to another location but didn’t give any guidance as to how it compared to location/set up of our current unit. Thankfully we didn’t have an employee who needed the elevator, so we stayed with the current location but then had a Covid outbreak before the event and had to cancel. Together Resorts refused to offer a refund or even a credit for the over $10k we spent with them. They said “this is why we tell you to get trip insurance” which we had a they refused to honor our request because we couldn’t provide doctor’s notes for all of the infected employees. Please do not waste your money on a company that just wants to take your money, provide shoddy locations and not work with you to build a relationship. "

The prices was easy to rent. All the staff were friendly and helpful while booking and the day of checkin. The house was really nice and it looked like the pictures. I will say the walls are a little thin but that didn’t matter too much. We stayed in there back at the pool and spa. Created great memories and would do it again!"

"Pack Light!
My family and I have been to MB many summers and rent properties to stay in. This house was definitely not my best experience and far from my favorite. The property was large enough to hold all us but I would not say comfortably... each room had little to no space for luggage and walking (pack LIGHT). The vents were filthy upon arrival and there was mold in the bathrooms. Management sent someone to clean and offered to “paint over” the mold. Our decks were pretty much out of service because a step was loose and HAD to be repaired while we were there. We were able to enjoy a construction site, loud tools, and caution tape for the duration of our stay. The house was not what I expected after seeing the pictures, talking to Susan, and paying the large amount of money to stay. My family always makes the best of vacation but I’m pretty sure we won’t use this house or Together Resorts again. "

"Marriage Retreat
I coordinated a annual Marriage Retreat. The weekend was beautiful and our space was very nice and comfortable.

"Enjoyed our time
Property was very nice. The wifi didn't work well and needs to be upgraded. There were some cleaning issues, however the staff responded appropriately and resolved the issue. A property that can sleep 50 should have more amenities for the price, something other than just a billards table. The pool is nice but of course in the winter there is an extra fee for having it heated. The kids enjoyed the pool. Property is in an excellent location. A few additional attention to details could make this a phenomenal destination. Upgrade wifi, assure cleaning of ceiling fans and filters are changed, dressers or something that clothes can be put in so a person is not living out of a suitcase for an entire week and additional amenities within the property. These would really enhance. All that said, the people you travel with really make the trip and we had great time with family. Each room having it's own bathroom is definitely a plus."

"Best Beach Weekend!
The rental was amazing! Everything was very clean and exceeded all of our very high expectations. We loved how close we were to the beach which made it all that more comfortable of a stay. "Perfect House to host my Wedding/Birthday Celebration
For my 40th Birthday, my fiancé (now husband) and I decided to also get married! We invited some of our closest friends and family and we stayed at this house. It was PERFECT. The location is close to everything. Just mins away from the beach, as well as the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and beach shops. The house was very spacious as described and clean. Our stay was enjoyable however there could have been somethings that would have made it better like the elevator working (I knew it was broken before arrival but I did not know it was that many stairs). The pool water was not clear and the lights around the pool would not stay on at night. The dyers were awful & the TVs were hard to operate. Ceiling in one of the king bedroom and walls could have been cleaner."

"Cherry Grove Getaway
We had a group of 12. 5 adult parents and 7 kids ranging from 24-15. This was our 1st time ever renting a beach house. The property was very large and worked well with a large group. We all had our own bedrooms with plenty of space leftover. Kitchen is large with plenty of everyday items that I wish I knew they had as I packed way too many things from home. They even had crockpots, waffle makers and blenders. Please check dishes, silverware and serving items. Many are dirty. We washed as much as we could in both dishwashers and had the bottom shelf in cupboards be our clean and use only areas. Since this is our 1st beach house rental I was surprised to feel so much sand when we got to the unit. Floors and bedding were very sandy, but maybe that’s normal being a block away from the beach? Maybe it’s like glitter at Xmas. It just never goes away. The pool looks much larger than it is. There’s not much space to gather and hang out around the pool. Another key note if you’re traveling when pool temps could be cold, the heater if you choose to pay extra for can only heat either the hot tub or the pool. The hot tub overflows into the pool so eventually if the hot tub is on and set to 102-104 your pool water will get that temp too. Very hard to have use of a hot tub then jump into the pool to cool off. It’s impossible to do that here. One last thing. I’m not sure what we did wrong when we keyed in our code when we arrived. But the main door into the property was very temperamental and didn’t really lock again during our stay. Ones we’ve used in the past once you enter your code and shut the door it’s automatically licked. You have to re enter your code every single time. Not this one. But maybe it was broke? I did tell management and they said they’d look at it. Overall we had a great trip and would travel to this same North Myrtle Beach area and even rent this unit again. Location w"

"Followup On My Experience
Good afternoon,
I would like to thank you for the use of the property at 2201 Spring Street in Myrtle Beach, SC. My family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation and the opportunity to be together in one place. I would, however, like to bring to your attention some concerns/issues that we encountered with the property.
1. On Christmas night, we had a gas leak from the stove. Luckily, many of us were still awake and talking in the kitchen when we smelled gas. After a call to the gas company, the technician determined that a knob was not attached properly and was malfunctioning. We are grateful that we were still awake at the time as the circumstances could have been tragic enough to make it the last Christmas for much of our family.
2. One of the biggest selling points to the property was having an elevator. We have a number of family members who have mobility issues and very much looked forward to having the elevator. I know that mechanical issues cannot be anticipated and unfortunately, this was highly inconvenient especially when moving out. The elevator repairman remarked that it seemed to be outdated and possibly needed to be replaced.
3. I love that you have washers and dryers available for use. I just want to comment that they probably need to be serviced as they did not dry well and required multiple cycles in order to dry the towels. One of the dryers did not work much at all (the second dryer on the 3rd floor). I would ask that you think about the process of washing towels prior to departure. Since many people have allergies these days, someone could use a detergent that could be harmful to someone else.
4. I would suggest having instructions or simplifying the operation of the televisions. It was not as simple as pushing a button on the remote. There was much trouble shooting involved and luckily one of our family members was tech savvy enough to serve as unofficial IT during our stay.

"Family Reunion Venue
We held our family reunion here the last week of June 2019. We were overall very satisfied with the house. The location was great - an easy half-block walk to the beach and grocery store a block away. Upon arrival a family member did find a spider in their bed, which I'm assuming was a result of that bed not being used for a while. There were some minor issues that arose during our stay, but they were immediately taken care of by the property management. The bedrooms are small, but it was worth it to have the whole family in one house. The bedrooms could also use more bedside tables. The kitchen/living room area worked perfectly for sharing many meals together and socializing. The 3 refrigerators, 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers were a big plus! The ice maker needed maintenance, but I did not report that to management until after our stay and I was told I should have reported that right away so they could have taken care of it. Nice size elevator for bringing belongings inside the house. "

"Golf group paradise!
Fantastic house with enough beds for a huge golf group. We hired a private chef to cook dinner one night, and he loved the equipment and dining table. Beach is literally across the street. Location is convenient to everything in North Myrtle. Grocery store one block away, and Atlantis is wonderful for breakfast (also one block away). You won't regret this rental!"

"A weekend with a lot of family
We arrived after a rough day of travel and everything in the home was ready to go. We divided up the 14 rooms perfectly and the kids went directly into the Theater. The adults started to play pool and gather around the biggest granite table everyone had seen since our last time in the home. Keep in mind we had exactly 40 people in the home and everyone was more than comfortable. The residence was clean and well maintained. Spices for food preparation were provided as a nice added touch but a waffle iron, blender and many other tools were provided as well.
I'd worked with Melisa setting this trip up for more than a month and we were texting back and forth whenever I had questions about the home. Very, very helpful and appreciated.
I would and have recommended this property and the one right beside it many times. Great place for a pseudo family reunion or large get away.
Also right across the street from the beach and an IGA is within walking distance.

"A Great Family Reunion
A great location, very short walk to the beach access! Our family, 39 members had plenty of living space which made family meals possible. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare large meals. Bedrooms were a little small and somewhere to unpack clothes would’ve been helpful. Our only real complaint would be that we contacted Randi to address the hot tub not working and an oven not working but no one showed up to address these issues. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a large family. The minor complaints did not impact our fantastic week! "

"Wonderful family vacation
What a great place to stay! We had 9 kids ages 6 and under. It was great to have the movie room on the main floor where we could keep an eye on their playing/viewing, but having them out of the kitchen/living area. Beds were fine. Floor could have been cleaner when we arrived -- it was well swept, but doubt it was thoroughly mopped (dirty feet from day one). No closet/drawer space, but everyone managed fine. Loved having multiple appliances. Pool was fun, beach was wonderful. Groceries a block away. A smoke detector battery started beeping, and someone was there in no time to ensure it was functional. Could use a few beach chairs. Overall a wonderful vacation. Would go again, for sure."

We loved the location and the theater room. The bedrooms were adequate but we would have liked to have some storage. The pool was nice. The floors were dirty and when we walked on them our feet were black. There was sand in some of the made beds. We had some mechanical issues and they were handled quickly. Perhaps it would help to have printed instructions on some of the equipment usage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

It is a nice place for a large crowd that is not staying long. Baby closets, no dresser or drawers. Nice media room, without instructions. NOT user friendly. Marvelous kitchen with eery thing you need except garlic press and wine opener. You need to label where silverware drawer is located. When 12 people can't find that is a problem."

"Fantastic Weekend Stay
The homes at 2201 and 2203 spring street in Myrtle Beach are Amazing! They had plenty of room, and are set up great for large groups. They have double appliances in each house, and a gas water heater(which means everyone gets a good hot shower), there's a grocery store literally within walking distance, the beach is right across the street, PLENTY of parking, etc. These homes were perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend them if you have a large group event. "

The beach was less than 5 minutes away and there was plenty of food options around. We could not figure out how to work the big projector in the theater room, and the elevator wouldn't work. Worked with us well after closing time to get us situated and had someone come out and show us the place at 10:30 pm! Very professional and great to work with. "Softball team stay
The stay wasn't the greatest. To begin Ms.Randy gave us two keys for 11 families telling us the key code will be installed Tuesday. Well it was never installed. No ice maker (softball team, need ice). It was finally put in two days before we left. Ants and roaches in the house. Bed linens were sandy, had to wash them. As new as this property is you would think it would be better. Oh and the yellow house they keep putting out there in the picture...well it's not that house..its a blue house that doesnt look like that. Happy stay!"

The house was clean, but there was sand all over the floors and ants in the house. 1 of the 3 refrigerators did not work along with the giant ceiling fan that did not work, nor the ice maker that wasn't present. The elevator was slow and very fidgety and therefore we were afraid to use it the entire week. The pool has some weird wiring and you had to flip several switches to get it to filter which took several days to discover. The rooms with only 1 bed in them are extremely small and don't have any place in the room to put suitcases/clothes (dressers, etc.). Overall I would not recommend this house to anyone I know."

This house was an amazing house and was very new. I had a great time the weekend that we rented the house and it was situated great for the beach. The people that I came into contact with while trying to rent this place were very respectful and kind to us despite the young age of our group. However, the only thing that I would suggest is to have a broom and dustpan easily accessible for us to clean the house before maintenance arrives and before we leave so that we can feel good about leaving it as close to the way we found it. "Worked well for a corporate event
Overall, property was clean and worked well for hosting a 20-person corporate event. Very close to beach, restaurants and grovery store. Kitchen was great. Theater room was perfect for meeting. No BBQ tools, knobs missing from hot tub, no lights in hot tub or pool (CR2 next door has lights), towel racks in almost every bathroom fell off the wall, one TV not working. All very minor issues that were easy to work around. Segway tour at local park was awesome. Would definitely recommend CR1 to friends."

Overall we had a very good experience. Tim reached out personally when we had a HVAC issue to make sure we knew he is working on it.
The house wasn't quite finished when we were there - ie stairs from 1st to 2nd floor had no flooring. We are General Contractors so we pickup on stuff like that - overall a GREAT HOUSE for lots of people! "
