"Beyond Disappointing
I must say, our recent stay at the together resorts property was beyond disappointing. We were excited for a relaxing family vacation, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. The property had multiple issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.
First and foremost, the presence of palmetto bugs was distressing and unsanitary. No one wants to deal with pests on their vacation. Additionally, the broken floor boards posed safety hazards, making it difficult to move around the rental without worrying about potential accidents.
The broken toilet was another inconvenience that inconvenienced our entire family. It's unacceptable to have such a vital fixture out of order during our stay. Not to mention, the broken fridge doors made it challenging to store and access our food properly. As well as the broken projector in the media room.
The state of cleanliness was appalling. The dirty carpet and furniture gave off a sense of neglect, and it's evident that proper maintenance and cleaning were lacking.
The discomfort and frustration we experienced led us to cut our vacation short and leave the rental prematurely. It's disheartening to have high hopes for a vacation only to be met with such disappointment.
I sincerely hope the property owner takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues for future guests. No one should have to endure such subpar conditions during their vacation. I strongly advise potential renters to think twice before considering together resorts until improvements are made."

"The Thanksgiving from **** !!!!!!!!!!!!
1st, the cable, elevator and televisions didn't work our entire stay. The refrigerators stopped working during the night causing my family dinner to spoil. The flooring in the kitchen were taped down.the dining chairs needed to be refurbished. The downstairs toilet didn't work,and l'd texted/called the on call supervisor( hostess)who did not respond in a timely manner stating that she was having dinner with her family. Meanwhile,salads, a huge pot of gumbo Seafood dressing all spoiled. We had handicapped family members and having three floors we needed that elevator to work.The maintenance man came out twice, that Friday/Saturday. We were "Never" offered a different house and the supervisor said that she would come but never showed up. I had to call for my deposit almost 2 weeks later. I'd called and texted several times about some sort of reimbursement for our loss,but was told it's the owner of the house who would contact me, NOT!!!!!! My family and l are extremely disappointed. We took a chance with this company and lost tremendously!!!!! I have lots of pictures of all the food that had to be thrown out When we travel to other cities, we have never had Major problems with other rental companies such as this. Communication is the key that is lacking with this company in Myrtle beach. And this is my 2nd review. I don't know what happened to the 1st one."

It was excellent! The home (not house) was soooo comfortable and clean. All you need to bring is your suitcase. It felt like my own personal home and I had enough space for 26 people. It was invaluable. You will not be disappointed!!!!"

"Great Place for a Family Reunion
The location and space were superior for our family reunion. The house was very clean. We did have some maintenance issues, Issues resolved: property manager supplied ice since the refrigerators were not dispensing ice and there were no ice machines; a lock was provided for the gate into the pool; hand soap in each bathroom was provided since there was no soap in any bathroom upon arrival; one of the hot tubs that was nonoperational was repaired. Issues we discovered that we did not report: no batteries in several remotes, one dishwasher on side A not secured in place, missing towel racks in a few bathrooms; media room on side B not operational; duct tape was used on one of the refrigerators on side A to keep ice maker in place. Despite the maintenance issues, it did not stop us from having a marvelous time. Aside from the pool and beach, we really loved the kitchen; it was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils. "

From start to finish my experience with together resorts and Melissa the property manager made the transaction very smooth and seamless I definitely will be returning with my business and recommending her services to my fellow colleagues! Everything from payment to unsure questions were all handled and answered accordingly in super fast time! She even went the extra mile by getting us in the property early! 5stars isn’t enough to give in my opinion "

Location was great plenty of parking. Cleaning crew was running late still cleaning after 4. TVs either didn’t work or didn’t have remotes. Hot tub and pool were not working due to missing parts wasn’t advised til we called after arrival. Place needs a little TLC. Door knobs loose or broke shower rods coming off wall. I rent homes all over USA look at my previous history it wouldn’t take but a little maintenance to fix. Tks Terry Dugan"

"Family of 30 vacation rental review
The property had a couple items of concern to me upon arrival, such as bee hive on the upper balcony and the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked, but after putting my own cleaning skills to go use it meant my standards. The property management came a couple days after I reached out about the bee hive and resolved that situation. Overall the rental meant my family needs and we had a wonderful vacation."

"The Most Wonderful Christmas Getaway
This was our first time renting a house away from home. My family and I never dreamed the house rental would be as amazing as it was. The space was beyond our expectations. My father enjoyed the elevator the most. My mother who is a caterer was in awe of the kitchen and the various amenities provided. My 8 siblings, brothers in law and sister in law and I enjoyed the massive kitchen table which allowed us to have every meal together as a family. My nieces and nephews loved the theater room and also having a bedroom with double bunk beds separate from their parents. We were all impressed with the location being across the street from the beach and in very close proximity of stores. There were a few items broken in the house upon our arrival but that did not hinder our super fun times. To sum it all up: We will be back next year ~ same time, same place."

Couple concerns were that silverware was hard to find. Didn't know where it was until the last night. Had to go buy plastic. Multiple sightings of cockroaches in bathrooms, kitchen, and ice machine. "

"Not ideal for corporate events
The location is great, it's conveniently located to the beach, food and shopping. It's a new property so using Lyft or Uber was a bit difficult because the properties address is not listed on Google Maps and the driveway is a hard to notice. We had to use the address for the property next door.
We booked the property for a corporate retreat and one of the main attractions was the theater room. We were disappointed because the internet ended up not working in the room, it worked elsewhere but any device inside the room couldn't pick up the signal. When I contacted the house manager at the beginning of our stay, she said she would arrange for someone to come out. They never showed.
Cleanliness was an issue. One of our guest found towel paper in her sheets, also I observed roaches in the kitchen in the evening. There was roach poop in an unused drawer in the kitchen and one of our guest saw them in his bathroom. A cleaning crew was sent to re-clean the kitchen. They did a very thorough job, however I feel like this should be done every time and consistently as this property is far too nice to have roaches from it not being clean. It was embarrassing for me as the event organizer to have guest see roaches. This property definitely needs to be better maintained, especially for the price. It should be immaculate."

"Excellent rental Property.
I had a group of 16 guys stay at this property for a golf trip and we all couldn't be more please. Everything was in excellent condition and every bedroom was first class. It's literally like having your own personal hotel. Every bedroom had a full bath, plenty of washer/dryers for anyone that needs one, 3 fridges and plenty of overall room. Being a block from the beach and close to everything was awesome. Randy was fantastic to work with if we had any questions and was very responsive. Overall first class visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a property as a big group. Don't hesitate about the cost, it's well worth it. Thanks!"

"Nice for a large group
Overall, a nice place for a large group. It's not luxurious but is adequately kept. Bedrooms are small (some barely large enough for your suitcase) and wish they would upgrade the pillows & mattresses. That would help a lot. The large kitchen is the best feature of the unit! It's well-stocked and helpful to have all of the appliances. NOTE: There is NO beach view from Unit B. Only Unit A has the ocean view. Even so, it's across 3 other rows of houses and 2 busy streets. Not necessarily relaxing, but you can see it. And the pools are very small. Okay for young children, but not a group of adults. It was clean except for the floors, and a little worn. Definitely could use a coat of paint inside to spruce it up. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions."

We stayed here over the 4th of July and had a mostly pleasant experience. It was a family reunion composed mostly of adult age family members. We did have 2 small children. The best part was the kitchen amenities as each family member took turns cooking for all 26 people. The table was great also in that we could all sit down together and eat dinner once a day. We did have some issues with the internet,and the ice maker had a hard time keeping up with the demand.
The location was good not great. It is a 300 yard walk to the beach and you had to cross a fairly busy highway.
All in all a very pleasant experience."

"Great place - a few 'Gotchas'
We rented side B thinking (from the pictures) that the house is split in half vertically, but the house is split so that side A gets the entire front with all of the balconies facing the pool and ocean and side B gets the parking lot. It made the common area impossible to really split up. Side A has the clear advantage there. Overall, the house is great - it's clean, new, and comfortable. One thing that was tough - there are NO dressers. Some rooms have REALLY small closets and some don't even have that (they are taken up with a water heater). And the rooms are really small, so if you put your suitcase on the ground, you're stepping in it or over it and no one is sleeping on the floor. For us, we had a lot of large families and planned on having some younger toddlers sleep on the floor in their parent's room - don't count on that! We loved that the rooms all had bathrooms and the common area was large enough for us all to sit down and eat. It's a great house if you're looking to spend your time at the beach, etc. The pool and associated area was nice but REALLY small. The movie room was awesome! "

"Awesome property for golf group
A group of 15 of us spent 3-nights here for a golf weekend and we had an amazing time. The house was as described and the layout was perfect. The large main floor was the hangout spot with the TV and pool table. All the bedrooms were clean and came with towels and linens. I would highly recommend this property to anyone."

"Fabulous
Property was everything we hoped for. Very clean and updated. The bedrooms are smaller but all have their own bathrooms. How much time are you spending in your room on vaca anyhow ? The house was meant to entertain large groups and that exactly what it allows you to do. Contains all the amenities of home , plus ! The entire group enjoyed their stay and are looking forward to going back. Ms.Randy from the management company was very attentive and accommodating. She helped make our stay pleasurable. Great overall experience. "

"My Myrtle Beach retreat BEWARE!!
We were extremely disappointed with the conditions of the house. Some of the pictures were accurate but most were not. For starters, the bedrooms were very small with some , only the bed would fit. There is nowhere to put luggage or clothes for that matter. No counter space in the bathrooms, just a Pedestal sink.
The house was dirty, we had to clean, vacuum and wash sheets. Most of the appliances were new however, most did not work nor did the elevator that we needed for an elderly family member. There were roaches in drawers and through out the house.
The swimming pool was extremely tiny, Slimy and dirty. Furniture was OK but not enough. If you are unfortunate enough to have neighbors, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! Also, you DO share the pool area, the pictures and owner say otherwise. I could go on and on. We tried numerous times to get problems addressed to no avail. The owner had our money and that's all she cared about. To be advertised as an upscale home with an upscale price was a big rip off. "

Overall, I would give our stay at Myrtle Beach Retreats property "Excellent." The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout of the house and amenities. Online photos accurately depicted the actual property. We found the property clean and could tell it was well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glasses -- everything we could possibly need was there. Dina, the property manager provided excellent customer service and was very responsive to me. We did not frequent local restaurant. Our family size was 21 people and we did not want to deal with getting everyone to a restaurant, so we hired a personal chief who came in and prepared our meals. She was thrilled to be able to cook in the huge kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. In fact, my husband and I are thinking about booking our next Myrtle Beach vacation."

Was good, but could be better with a few upgrades/changes...could use towel hooks in bathrooms, bedrooms are small so no room for dresser for your clothes, but could easily be remedied with shelves. Floor in kitchen was very dirty (turned your feet black when you walked on it with bare feet). Should have been shown how to use the heater for pool/spa and need to clearly mark which pool is for which Unit. Could use 2 tables with umbrellas by pool (so each Unit has one). Elevator worked some of the times and was very tricky to get working, due to main door on ground level."
