"Time and Money Well Spent
Had an absolute blast with this property, it is accommodating and spacious as to fit my 36 teammates. The location is great, being only a mile to the beach and, and in between the strip for easy access to shops and tucked away enough in a residential neighborhood as to not be too busy I couldn't ask for much more. Great time, great realtor, very helpful and friendly- will be booking there again!"

"It was very spacious!
I recently stayed at 1004 hunter ave from 9/30-10/4 during my stay the home was very spacious it accommodated all 32 of my guests. Each room had a television and plenty of beds.. we truly enjoyed ourselves the only issues I had was I paid for an heated pool for Friday and Saturday but the pool was not heated at all! I contacted the office first thing Saturday and they did send the pool guy out to turn it and I’m still working on getting a refund.There were a lot of dead water bugs in the house I cleaned them up before the guest had arrived so I’m just not sure how often the house is cleaned the floor also didn’t seem to be mopped as our feet became dirty from walking barefoot throughout the home. I’m unsure if I would rent the home again the cost did not meet my expectations.."

"Together Resort has it Together!!!
The resort was very accommodating. The entire group enjoyed the stay. The one maintenance issued was settled right away. The water for showers and washing was always hot. The only issue was the refrigerators took to long to get cold. One took almost 24 hours which was concerning. Location to the beach and other amenities were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. "

"1004 Hunter Ave. Vacation
I expected a more upscale place for the price I paid. The best part of the house was the kitchen area. The pool and hot tub wasn’t ready on arrival. Location to the beach was not too bad. The bed I got , the comforter was just pulled over dirty sheets that smelled like cigarettes . I had to laundry them myself before I could sleep on them. I made lemon juice with the lime I got. Me an my guss had to tolerate neighbors who would let their dog poop on the boundary of the two properties and left it there so we would have to endure the poop scent while sitting outside at night."

"Birthday celebration
The property was amazing. The week was better than I could have hoped for. We were 19 adults, 1 teenager and a 2 1/2 yr old. We could have used more chairs for around the table. We had to use two wicker loveseats at the ends to fit everyone. The pool table room got a lot of use - would have liked more seating area. The pool area could use some attention- lots of weeds. Housekeeping needs to clean the baseboards. Cable boxes hanging on the walls is definitely a hazard. The kitchen was amazing. Had everything you could possibly need. "

"Annual Couples Retreat
The property accommodated 8 couples (16 people) wonderfully. We enjoyed the location. The property was clean and it was great that every once could dine together. The only thing we missed was a living room area that could accommodate everyone. "

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. A 2 min drive, or 15 min walk right to the beach! The property description was very accurate. Outstanding customer service from the manager and maintenance! We were greeted at check-in to show us how the sauna worked and any other details we needed during our stay. We had a couple of concerns, but the manager response was great! Sent someone the very next morning to correct them. Overall, the property was well-maintained and clean, however there were a few areas throughout the property that could have used a little more TLC and attention to detail in cleanliness. I would recommend this property, location was perfect! Everyone of my family was comfortable and enjoyed their stay!"

At first glance it was clean but there was somethings that should have been cleaner like some of the dishes, there wasn't a dish towel, no mop or vacuum also the bedding had spots on in a few on the bed an covering over the hot tub and pool due to the leaves continuously getting into them but overall it was good. "

"Patterson's vacation
We enjoyed every bit of this house. The long tables in the kitchen was all that. They had every item we needed to cook with in the kitchen. 2 dryers & 2 washers was right on time for the amount of kids we had. Every bedroom had big screen TVs. The pool was bananas. I think the adults enjoyed it more than the kids. The house is less than a mile to the beach. We will be back next year. "

Place was great location and had just enough space for all my family only problems was one of the stoves kept smoking, the showers wouldn’t get hot, the there was no tissue in the house, the propane tank was completely empty we had to buy a new one, and refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold."

"Group Golf Outing
We are a group of 12 men who have been getting together every year for 34 years for a week of golf. The Cherry Grove Resort was the best house we have ever rented. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms so no one was sleeping on air mattresses this year. The size of the kitchen with double appliances was great.
The property was clean and well maintained.
The property managers were very friendly and helpful.
The location was close to shopping and restaurants as well."

"The best family reunion we ever had
The house was large enough for our family of 26. The kitchen was very large and the table held our whole family which was unusual. The pool was salt water so we didn’t smell like choline all week. The beach was not far away. The night life was great.all and all the house the beach and the night life was great."

"Golfer's trip April 2019
The house is really nice and all of the things like dishwashing liquid and soap and toilet paper etc being provided for us was nice and saved us some money by not having to purchase from the store. One thing we didn't like was the pool table in the middle of the living room. The floor plan showed it there, but the pictures did not so I thought it was located in a different part of the house. There isn't a lot of room there to shoot due to the walls being so close so it wasn't used like we usually do. We also prefer to be closer to the beach but we knew going in that it wasn't right across the street. I don't think many of us made it there."

"Family reunion
This was our first experience renting a house. We had a family reunion with 30 people. The house accommodated everyone well. For this house being available for rent just over a year, I was disappointed in the condition of things, I.e. the towel racks weren’t secured properly to the wall and many of the bathroom vanities were missing the drawers. Also, one of the ovens would trigger the fire alarm to go off every time it was turned on, even though nothing was burning. That being said, our family had a great time and the staff was very helpful!"

"Worst vacation rental experience
This house and the management company were a disaster. Problems began immediately when we were denied entry for an hour after check-in. Despite housekeeping taking the extra time, the house was filthy: dirty floors, countertops, tables; pubic hair in bathrooms. Also, an outside door would not latch and several smoke alarms were chirping. A maintenance worker was dispatched; he licked a couple batteries to test and determined that they were just chirping to indicate they were working! The contact person would not answer the phone or return any calls, so we were forced to spend the first night with the smoke alarms chirping every few seconds. An electrician was sent Sunday afternoon and he replaced all the batteries as the maintenance worker should have done (he also fixed the door). The two refrigerators kept our food just above room temperature all week; the same maintenance worker telling us that they wouldn't work as well being packed with food. I'd describe the lack of space to put toiletries in the bathrooms, and the lack of pool sitting area, but why bother? Just steer clear of this house and this company."

This is a great house inyoi have a lot of people to sleep. All of my guests had their own bed. The kitchen was great! Lots of space and equipment. The pool and hot tub were well kept and easy to use. The only complaint I have is the owners said the beach was only a half mile away which isn’t true. It is probably closer to almost a mile.,"

Overall, we had a good stay. The pool was not clean for the first day and we had to stay on top of rental management to Have it cleaned. One of the biggest reasons we chose this rental was because of the listed “heated pool.” This was exactly what we needed for this time of year at the beach. Then we were informed that we would be charged to heat it. This was not advertised and when we called Together Resorts prior to our stay they confirmed the pool was heated and working at this time of year WITHOUT informing us we would have to pay more to heat it. That needs to be adjusted in the listing because that put the biggest damper on our stay. Other than having to swim in a cold pool, we had a nice stay."

"Overall Experience
Overall, Together Resorts was an easy company to work with and their staff was kind, understanding and flexible. The house itself was in a good location and close to food options and grocery stores and walkable from the beach. One concern we had is that although the house looked simple, clean and fresh it was poorly built and was settling throughout the whole time we were there, just from having 30 people there. The smoke detectors went off every time we used the oven which was incredibly annoying to cook with. "

"Softball Team - It was a Homerun!
We had 8 families staying in the house. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone had plenty of room. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had a couple of questions, but the staff was very quick to answer and help. My only recommendations would be to 1) ask for the pool heater to be turned on a couple days in advance 2) add additional hanging racks for towels in the bathrooms and 3) supply a new can opener."

"Amenities are important.
Overall the experience was good. We choose to rent the 10bedrooom 9bath beach house to celebrate, cook at the house, and hang out at the pool. However the only Hot Tub Which was outside by the pool Never worked. One of the two refrigerators was down. So NO late night relaxing in the hot tub and We ate out more than we planned. Other than that the Property was exactly what we seen online and the location was great."

"Wonderful "Team House" - Nice accommodations
We rented this house for a team of volleyball players and their families. The accommodations were perfect; each family had a private room to retreat to (each with its own flatscreen TV), but there was ample space in the kitchen and pool area for the large group to come together. Kitchen is very well appointed. Pool is nice, but there were no instructions provided for turning on the lights and filter / pump (we figured it out eventually). Check in was easy; Ms. Randy, the property manager is easily available by cell phone, and met us at the house w/ the keys right when we asked her to. The only thing that is a little odd is the pool table right in the center of the "family room" area - the room is way too small to have a pool table in it, so if people are playing pool, no one can sit on any of the furniture. Overall though, this was a great place!"
