Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if (Property Management)s is able to re-rent the property for those dates, (Property Management)s will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

"Big and overpriced
Each room had distincted flaws from sheetrock cracked in several places. Floors dirty!! Had to keep shoes on at all times due to feet being black from dirt. Area was nice. Found out that bed protector sheet and comforter was not part of laundry pull--made me wonder if I slept on someone elses secretions. Mandy was great to talk to-staff great! House in not desirable "

"Thanksgiving in North Myrtle Beach
We had 25 people, adults and kids. Kids stayed busy in the pool. All families had there own bedroom and bathroom. Any problems were taken care of quickly and professionally."

"Not a Cherry..
Roaches and bugs all in the house, multiple bath tubs would not drain, a/c unit froze and could not keep house cool, beds uncomfortable and pillows that needed to be thrown away. Do not waste your money. Pictures of property were not what the actual property looked like, must have been taken years ago and were taken at misleading angles to make the spaces look much bigger than they actually were. "

"Extended Awesome Family Vacation
Best part the Walton’s kitchen table. Great stop for meals and games. Even had room for a puzzle!! I would recommend more counter space in bathrooms. Just add some cubbie holes or shelves. Also more bath towels would be best. "

"Awesome Location/Nice Place
The location was great! However,we had several house issues some were fixed and 1 in particular not like lights in the pool. One person from our group fell into the hottub b/c no lights. Wedding rings were missing after maintenance showed up to fix a light in the back bedroom. We have learned from this experience. "

"Family Gathering 2021

"Care is Needed
This company specializes in large group rentals. However, due to the pandemic, we requested changes in dates. I had to secure an attorney to get the appropriate date and location. The company did not want to refund my money but offered me a fall date which did not accommodate my family's desired activities. Although very clean, the property wasn't taken care of very well. The doors were dirty on the outside and bugs were all around the garbage and we found some inside the house. "

The vacation rental was the perfect place for my family of 22. The place was very clean, and spacious. "Amazing set up in this home

"Would love to go there again
We had a great time. We loved the house. It was exactly as described. Loved the fact that there was a bathroom in every bedroom. The doubled kitchen appliances were great. We’ve rented many houses and never had that perk. It made cooking for so many people a lot faster and easier. All of us were impressed with the house and the maintenance crew. Galina from (Property Management)s stopped by almost every other day to check on us and addressed every question and minor issue we had right away. We loved our stay and would love to do it again next year. "

"Large Family Retreat at 1022
This vacation home was just what we needed. We truly enjoyed our rental. There was quite enough space for a family of 29. Everyone mainly gathered in the kitchen space, when my family wasn't in the pool area or the family room area. The kitchen table is amazing especially when it came to everyone eating meals together. Melissa was very professional and welcoming. She answered our questions and concerns quickly. The cleaning crew needs to show the rental more tender loving care especially when it comes to cleaning the bathrooms. Also, there are were a lot of marks on the walls in one of the bedrooms, just a little spot painting or wiping off the walls may help. Operating the televisions were an issue too. One of the televisions upstairs could only get one channel. All in all, my family truly enjoyed our time spent at the rental. We plan to return in the near future. "

This house most certainly served it's purpose. A group of us were there to play golf & the we each had our own room which was great. The dining room & living/game room were large & fun. The pool area was nice as well. I would recommend this property to anyone in Myrtle going on a golf trip. It's not that close to the beach so I would suggest renting a golf cart if anyone is going for a beach vacation."
