"Family Gathering
Upon our arrive at the resort we were met by the hostess, who by the way was very friend.
I received a text from Mandy letting us know that resort was ready for us to occupy.
Let me tell you about the amenities. It was great. All we need was the food to cook. They had everything, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, coffee makers, Keurig, and towels. Just like being at home. "

This rental worked out perfectly for us! There were 9 different households in attendance. Several of the households had children and we had no problem placing moms and dads in rooms right next to bunkbed rooms for their children. I absolutely love the layout. The home was very clean. It was Thanksgiving and we spent lots of time in the awesome kitchen with more than enough space! The kids loved the heated pool! If we ever stay in NMB again will more than likely book here again. Together Resorts staff is great! Whenever we needed them they answered and was on site to help within minutes. Thank you Mandy! This was a great experience. Our family loved it! "

"3rd Avenue Side A - NMB
I had a great experience interacting with the people that help book the beach house. The process was seamless and very easy to get completed. Online payment was great. Check-in is usually 4 PM but we were able to get into the unit at noon. We have people flying in from multiple states and it was nice to allow them to get in and unpack and relax. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The nights did cool down a little bit and it was nice to get into the hot tub. The house itself was very nice. We were not fans of the unit not providing any soap or shampoo for the showers. There were some minor imperfections with things in the unit, like a big crack in one of the bedroom doors, and some unfinished space in the kitchen. All of the appliances were not plugged in and at least one of the dishwashers didn’t have power. The pool table was great. There were also multiple coffee pots which came in handy with so many of us in the house. We also enjoyed the shuffleboard and foosball table. All in all our stay was amazing. We will definitely go back and love the house as well as the location. It’s only two blocks from Main Street where all of the bars, restaurants, and shops are in that area. We’ve had our annual golf outing for around 30 years and this was probably the best one we’ve ever had. Thanks to Together Resorts and their team for putting this package together for us. We appreciate it and it did not disappoint. "

"60th birthday celebration with family
Definitely not luxury and the floors were so dirty our feet were black washer tore up clothes and the pool table had no sticks had to request them and they were not really good "

"The accommodations made the trip!
We have a group of 16 guys most of whom have been traveling together every year for as many as 30 years. In all of those years accommodations have ranged from double hotel rooms to what together resorts provided for us. To have each person have their own bedroom and bathroom with all of the facilities available and being steps from the beach was the pinnacle of the perfect accommodations for our group. Whenever we return to Myrtle Beach, we will undoubtedly seek a similar, if not identical lodging. In addition to the facility, the together resorts team was extremely responsive, very helpful and delightful to work with. The comments from the guys were so complementary of the accommodations that they literally made the trip outstanding. Keep up the great work, and we will be looking for other locations or simply to return to Myrtle Beach again soon. "

"Awesome Vacation Rental
We rented this property for our first family reunion Sept 30- Oct 2. The house was awesome. It looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were there during Hurricane Ian so we loss power for a few hours, but we still had fun with family. The property manager, Mandy was super nice and helpful. We needed help with the grill and the maintenance man changed out the regulator and we were able use it. The early check in and late check was a special bonus because we all wanted to have breakfast together before we left.
Only negative I have is the numbers of parking spaces. We only had 7 parking spaces and we had 11 vehicles. Luckly our neighbor cancelled their trip, so we were able to use their spaces. Otherwise, we would have had to take 4 cars to the overflow during the storm. Overall, our vacation was awesome!"

"Myrtle beach family vacation
Came to myrtle beach with 20 family members. Outside of house was nice —nice carport, nice pool and hot tub and good location. Kitchen had all the appliances and pots and pans, etc that we needed. Nice having 2 sinks, 3 dishwashers and 2 fridges and a table that seated 20. Plenty of good washers and dryers However furniture in living room and TV room was filthy. We had to throw sheets on it in order to sit on it. Pool table in living room looked like it needed to be trashed years ago. Place needed a good paint job. Beds comfortable but bathrooms needed place to put stuff besides on the back of a tiny sink. Floor tiles sunken in several areas — water damage? "

"Great location Needing a little TLC
My husband’s family had their family reunion there June 2022. The house accompanied 37 adults which worked out great because everyone had their own bathroom, which they loved. Also the walk to the beach was great. We walked to the beach to take family pictures was worked out perfectly. However there was a few things about the house that needed some TLC.
1. The pool was very cloudy when we arrived. The pool man had to come to shock the pool several days. When we left the following week, the pool water finally was clear and clean.
2. One of the downstairs washing machine was leaking water so we couldn’t use that.
3. Several of the toilets ran hen you flushed it.
4. The freezers doors would not open all the way so we had a hard time trying to open the doors.
The property would be so much better if the management and maintenance outdoors put some TLC and fix the place up a little more. "

"Amazing Family Reunion
The house was perfect for our group. So much room you wouldn’t know there were 40 people in the house! Very roomy, clean, and everything we could ask for. We had a small issue with WiFi on day one and they were so quick to get that resolved for us. "

Our experience was good,, just a few things that we had to do, the floors was filthy we had to mop, because of our toddlers who would not keep shoes on their feet and their feet was so black from the dirty floors and there also was a broom but no dustpan so we had to buy that too."

"No Hot water for 9-15 people in a house for 50!
We originally were scheduled to get married last year when the Corona hit and we were not allowed to enter S.C. for a very valid reason. We requested a refund as we were unsure of when we could have a destination wedding. (Most of our guests were out of state.) We were given one year to use our money or we would be out of luck. Instead of having our 80 people attend and stay at the house, we had 5 families stay. There were 15 people Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the time we had 9. I tried to shower Thursday night and ran out of hot water (9 people and nobody had showered yet). My fiancee showered Friday with no hot water as well. Our guests were also saying they didn't have hot water. We called twice during our stay about the water. Someone came on Friday and went into the attic to unplug the system and switch the breaker. He came again on Saturday and had to do the same thing. I had hot water right afterwards, but other guests did not. The maintenance man was very nice and stated that On Tuesday they would have someone come and check out the tanks. This didn't help us out as we were leaving Tuesday! I was told that on Monday someone was going to come over and they gave me the name of the company that was coming. Everyone besides me left to enjoy the day and I stayed and waited for someone to come. They never showed and I missed out on spending time with my family that made the effort to fly down. When I messaged management they were always very polite, but they never took care of our problem of hot water. I can't imagine having 50 guests there if there wasn't enough water for 9-15 people! It was quite embarrassing for me to have my guests state they couldn't take a hot shower. We even waited as some of the feedback said that it took a long time to get the water hot. As soon as I felt the hot water I jumped in only for it to be cold with shampoo in my hair! The dishwasher must have not had hot water because they were still dirty."

"Phenomonal House & Customer Service
Amazing house with a great number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Together Resorts puts out a great product, and should be commended for the upscale amenities that they offer. Beautiful interior with lots of space for people to have some privacy. Will definitely stay at a property like this again."

"Great Golf Trip
House was great and in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Great proximity to the golf courses in North Myrtle. All of the amenities got plenty of use and the rooms were comfortable. Maintenance needs to take a look at the two sinks in the kitchen, the water pressure was extremely low. "

House was very nice and spacious plenty of room for the 30 people that stayed there.. Hot water and water pressure would be the only draw back. 2 mins into the Shower water was cold, you can contribute that to a lot of guest but if there is a way to fix would be outstanding"

My family had a great time at this location. The facility was very nice. We did have a few minor issues but the Together team responded very quickly to the minor issues. This is definitely a place my family will consider renting again. It is located in a great spot with easy access to the beach and any store you might need. "

The first sink in the kitchen has a leak.
The water pressure and it took about 5 to minutes for the water to get hot. The TV's had problems connecting to the cable. But the overall stay was wonderful. The hot tub and heated pool was great. The location was great, too. "

"Fun 80th birthday party
We had my father's 80th birthday party at this property. Everyone was really happy with the property. There was plenty of room for us but no guest bathroom. We used ones of the room bathroom for the guests to use and that worked well. There were minor issues with the outlets in the kitchen and the dishwasher. They tried to fix it but was not successful. It didn't get in the way of anything. The elevator was really touchy and the maintenance person came and fixed it right away. We were comfortable even though there were thermostat wars on the second floor! This is a great property for large family gatherings. Thanks!"

"Best time ever!
My girlfriends and I have been going to N Myrtle Beach the same weekend for 16+ years to go Christmas shopping. We have anywhere from 20-35 women going and usually had to rent several condo units. This year we decided to try Together Resorts and stayed in a 14 bedroom unit. It was so much fun being altogether! We all cooked and ate together at the long kitchen table, watched movies in the theater room and we had plenty of room to spread out! The unit was conveniently located near the beach night clubs on Main Street for those who wanted to go there at night. Also it was nice being able to park underneath the unit instead of across the street in a parking deck. This year we had 24 in our group. "

"Solomon's (early) Thanksgiving!
Our vacation experience with Together Resorts was an absolute outstanding one!!MY FAMILY HAF A BLAST!!I was so very pleased with the kind and courteous ladies that booked the home, and impressed by their knowledge and efficiency with the entire process. Loved how they accepted and worked with my offered payment arrangement.Mandy was a charm also. Even the clean up crew was complimentary on how we left the home on our exit. YES! We will be back!! I have already given pertinent info to others as we were THAT impressed. Clean up in a couple areas was a little leftva little to be desired, but we took care of that����I will be visiting/searching for our next gathering soon. "Incredible stay, entire 75 man chapter loved every second.
We all had an incredible time hanging by the pool and beach. Super convenient beach access just down the road, very friendly and fun neighbors, and all-in-all a weekend we will all remember for the rest of our lives. Together Resorts had everything ready, allowed us to check in past business hours (Thursday night), and preheated the pools so we would be ready to go."

"Relaxing and trouble free
The rental was very clean and a very short walk to the beach. Only downfall to the house was the hot water when taking a shower. It would get hot then go cold then back hot again in the middle of your showers"

"Not as expected
Two of the three refrigerators did not work. One oven did not heat for the first 2 hours and when it finally did it smoked heavily due to improper wiping down. Smoke set the smoke alarms off repeatedly. Waffle makers did not work. One of two garbage disposals did not work. The worst is I called TogetherResorts after the trip about the issues, and they passed it off to Melisa who manages the property. When I tried to reach Melisa she responded she was not in the office and told me to call Together Resorts. For $5,400 for two nights and three days, housing 24 high school boys and 4 adults, we needed working appliances as we did all the cooking in house. Unacceptable. Everything up to the trip was amazing - great communication, flexible, friendly - awesome experience. Was not expecting so many issues with the appliances themselves. Great spot for big groups. Perfect for our needs."

"OUTSTANDING!
I was a bit leery about this rental at the beginning, being that we were not from the area. No one I talked too had heard of Together Resorts. But after I talked with the staff a few times I was fine with renting this place. The communication between the office staff and myself was good. They did as they said, a couple of days before my arrival, I was emailed all the info I needed to stay there. I’d been planning my 40th class reunion for well over a year and I didn’t want to disappointine. Upon arrival I discovered that it looked just like the photos. Each room had its own bathroom and the other amenities were awesome. The kitchen owed us nothing. This place is wonderful for small groups of at least 50 people if there are children probably more. This place didn’t disappoint at all. I am so glad we found this place.
We thought we had s broken coffee pot, notified the person over the property and they brought another pot. We found out that it wasn’t the pot but an electrical problem. The knob in the stove was broken too and we informed them of that. We wanted to experience the jacuzzi but were told that there is a $50 fee to turn on the heat.
Over all, it was a great place to be. Only a stones throw away from the beach, but it rained and couldn’t enjoy the beach. The pool table and televisions gave us something to do in the meantime. We had a lot to trouble getting the TVs on, there needed to be instructions on how to use them and which reposted to us. The furniture is very worn and is not comfortable.
Is rent this place again. "

"Great weekend spot for a big group
The house was in excellent shape when we arrived and had all the amenities that we could need to fit 45 people comfortably and have supplies to cook meals for ourselves. The beach was a super easy 5 minute walk. Parking was easy. Would absolutely stay here again with a big group! "

I arranged my friend’s bachelor party / golf trip to Myrtle Beach and was looking for a place where our group could all stay “together”. Well, Together Reaorts provides the perfect place for our lodging preferences. And the condo was amazing! We took advantage of all the amenities (pool, billiards, grills, ping pong, you name it!). It was such a great experience. And I received tons of compliments from the group for finding the place. It did not disappoint! We would love to book again in the future. Fingers crossed that Hurricane Florence spares the property and the area in general. "

"An Amazing Place to Stay!!!!!!!!
We stayed at the 3rd Avenue location and we LOVED this place! We stayed there this past weekend 4days! If it wasn't for the extra cars belonging to the ppl next door we wouldn't have known they were even there. The place is ultra modern and very well appointed. And it's CLEAN!!! NICE pool with changing colored lights at night and a hot tub, ceiling fans in every room, elevator for ease of transport, a nice 7ft pool table for recreation,a BEAUTIFUL large, and open kitchen with several large platinum refrigerators and large chef ovens, large family rooms with big flat screen tv's, gas grills on parking deck and nice patio furniture on bottom level.......also a huge movie room that can seat about 25 and several sets of high end washers and dryers...we had a GREAT experience there and highly recommend it."

"Good Spot for a Beach Trip for a Large Group
It worked out well for our group of friends that get together every couple of years. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the location was great for walking to the beach. Overall we liked the place with a couple of minor complaints. The kitchen was well equipped but no spoons? The floor hides dirt well but our feet found it! From the moment we checked in, before we went to the beach, our feet became filthy from walking on the floor. Although the property was new, we found a couple of things that were damaged or of low quality, nothing that hurt the enjoyment of our vacation though! However the property manager and booking process was top notch. I spoke with Kathy several times before and after I arrived and she was always polite and helpful. Thanks for a great trip!"

"Wonderful Home for Family Vacation
My family of 30 stayed at this location March 31-April 5 and to say that we had a good time would be an understatement. We had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room, so much that we never felt overcrowded; everyone had their own space. This is the 3rd time our entire family has stayed at a rental and I can definitely say that this one was the best. "

"Amazing Place for a Corporate Retreat!
We had 26 leaders from all over the country for a week of meetings and rented both sides of this amazing home. Ownership / staff was amazing and I could not have asked for a more professional experience. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Right near everything but incredibly private. We have rented a number of larger homes in the Myrtle Beach area over the years and this is truly the best around!"

This property had everything to make my birthday family gathering the best ever. The size was perfect....all my just had their own room and most importantly their own bathrooms!! The property was stocked with the essential kitchen supplies...absolutely perfect!!! The pool table ping pong shuttle board pool gave my guest plenty to do!!! The only thing I wish is that I could have stayed longer!!! BUT I WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN AND REFER ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO YOUR PROPERTIES!!!! Only thing I would mention is only one grill worked but that's was minor🤗

The house was in great shape and the rental property company was always helpful to work with. The only complaint I got from the group was a minor setback that the hot tub didn't work while we were there, but it was a small issue overall, and I got a lot of compliments as the host for what a great house we had. I would recommend to any big groups!"

"Together resort review
This was a new facility, there was no WIFI, contrary to what we were told. Most people rely on WIFI to carry out activities and do businesses away from home. We were disappointed. It would have been nice to get some compensation, but no body has returned my calls. Other than that all was perfect. I will rent again."
