"Great Stay
Wonderful environment and great place for a family of 36-40. Kids loved it and walking distance to beach. Gas and groceries close by. It was wonderful. The only downside is the beds were not comfortable for anyone. And the water took a long time to get hot even though they have two tankless water heaters. "

"Fantastic
This place was fantastic as we used it as a team house for a travel softball event. The house is more than spacious with plenty to do from the pool table, a TV in nearly every room, the pool/hot tub....you name it.
The kitchen was definitely the star of the show as there was a ton of space for us to cook meals for the team and not trip over each other in the process. There are three refrigerators, two full stoves, and plenty of seats at the table for everyone.
The location is close to almost everything and also close enough to major highways to get where you need to in a reasonable time.
Overall, a great experience with the house as well as communication with the owners."

"Not the worst not the best
This rental looked great in pictures but didn’t live up to them when you see it in person. The couch, stairs and the beds were completely stained, walls scuffed in every room. There was leftover food and garbage found underneath furniture from the last guests and dirty bathrooms in most of the rooms. The worst part was the outside area around the pool. The bricks made sink holes you had to avoid while walking around the pool and also walking into the pool. The hand railing that is there to assist you walking into the pool is completely useless, as it is not secured down and has three small pieces of wood keeping it from falling down. Both of these things were a huge hazard as we had a handful of children with us. They have a list of HUGE fines they wanted us to pay if one thing would be out of order when we left but they don’t seem to care about the upkeep of the rental so I don’t see how that’s very fair. "

"Golfing Couples from Aylmer
The property was ideal and in wonderful shape. The only issue was charging 150 dollars a day for heating up the pool and hot tub above what we had paid for the week already. Still we would recommend that house to anyone"

"our over all stay at the location was everything that we wanted
the location was perfect near the stores and many places to eat. close to the water if we wanted to go. the house had everything that we needed inside and outside. The staff has always been very professional."

"Thanksgiving Family Vacation
Office staff Communication with me was excellent. The home was clean, the only problem the trash bends outside the home was over flowing upon arrival, once reported it was quickly handled. We all really enjoyed our stay and I/we would highly recommend staying with (Property Management)s."

"July fourth week
The house was big enough to accommodate our 23 people. The bedrooms are minimalist in the decor and quite small. Some beds were not made when we arrived. The floors were filthy. Our feet were black within a few minutes. There were 3 cockroaches killed. The dishwasher tray was broken. Celenoid for pool filtration was disconnected. Getting hot water in a shower was a trick! You had to run the sink faucet also. Wire connection between the two tankless hot water heaters was disconnected. Card table was broken and missing. Poor lighting in pool area. Food from previous group was on top of frig. Couches stained and dirty. Place overall is not being maintained well. Their response to minor problems was very good. In the 12 years the family has gotten together, this is the one we wouldn’t return to. "

"Decent
This property was decent, but not worth all of the fees/etc. we were told about not smoking within 15 feet of the property but there were cigarette butts out by the pool which means no one cleaned out there. The pictures show a poker table in the game room but the table was gone. The floors had dirt/sand all over when we arrived & several rooms had fixtures that just fell off the wall. The hot water doesn’t support the number of people we had staying (20). The house was plenty of room for all guests and the pool/hot tub was nice to have but I expected more for $5k "

"HUGE and modern fun home for any group
This amazing and huge home provided a great stay for my college friend group of 17. We enjoyed the modern look and huge kitchen. early check in was greatly appreciated and the communication between the host and I was welcomed strongly. Besides a few bugs here and there, the house was spectacular and having a TV in every room was very impressive. Even the neighbors were easy going and had some fun with them. The beach is a 15 minute walk and everyone felt comfortable enough to do so. We had some issues with the hot tub/pool but we didn't mind it too much as we made the most of it. 10/10 would stay again for sure!"

"Family Retreat
I really enjoyed staying at this location but there are things that would have made it a better stay.1-clearer steps in operating the tv’s. It was such a bummer and inconvenience with them half working and the Spectrum provider service sucks along with the internet! A house of this size need stronger signals all around for tv and internet. 2- I suggest you redo the kitchen floor it’s unsafe. The floor has raised places that people stump or stumble on continually. This is very dangerous! Last, an elevator would be nice or make it known about the stairs and the steepness of them. It was very very hard for the elder to get up them and some adults well as kids. The size of the house, bedrooms and wonder kitchen full of everything you need made it worth while."

"Easily accommodated our large family.
The house is huge and easily accommodated our large family. We lived that every bedroom had a bathroom. The house had a few minor problems that needed to be fixed but as soon as I texted management they sent someone right over to fix the problems. "

"Golf Vacation
We originally rented this house thinking we were going to have close to 20 people for a golf trip. With COVID we ended up only with 10. Still a great size house for 10 people. We loved having the pool out back after some hot rounds of golf. Amazing kitchen, we were able to cook all our meals and never had to go out to eat. The customer service throughout the rental process was amazing. Thank you for a great experience, we will be back!"

"Awesome! Just Perfect!!
Everything was perfect!! We had tons of family and everyone was extremely happy w everything. The kitchen was the best feature by far! There were two of everything in it. Two ovens, two dishwashers, two refrigerators. And even a set of washer and dryers in each floor. The GIANT table n the middle of the kitchen was perfect for us to ALL sit down together!! If ur looking for a place perfect for a large family, this is it!!!"

"Great stay with friends!
We had a great time at this resort! It was big enough for everyone to have their own space. It was clean and the kitchen was awesome! It had a big farm table to sit all of us. Played games, cooked, and had a blast! The company really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. When I said there were not enough chairs by the pool, they went and bought us more. The living room was a bit corporate looking so we moved the furniture around to make it more family friendly. The pool area needs some work. May be some flowers, plants and was a little sandy but other than that, the stay was wonderful. We rented golf carts to and from the beach which made it so easy. Great stay! "

"South Carolina Vacation
We've been wanting to go on a trip to the ocean for many years but we were apprehensive for the longest time for fear of the unknown. Like, where would we stay and could we afford it. Contacting (Property Management)s was the best thing we could have done. Our rental property was reasonably priced and it accommodated my entire family of 23. After a day of vacationing, it was nice to come home to a welcoming environment. Bottom line... Our home had everything we could ask for."
