If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Great time
Location was perfect. The amenities at Bay Watch were great , from the multiple pools , restaurants and bar. The one minute walk to the beach was the best part. Only things missing from the condo were a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Next year we will have to find a rental with those. The condo was super clean and just what we needed. "

"Baywatch Resort Condo Rental
The staff at North Beach Realty were very professional and welcoming. The rental wasn't as nice as I feel the photos showed on vrbo. You could tell the place was very used. There was a rug over the main carpet that probably needed to be replaced from all the foot traffic. The furniture in a lot of the photos on vrbo was different, and there were accutlly more seating options as well, even though I really didn't want to sit on any of them. There were random landline phones in rooms, and none of them were plugged in, which was strange. The fridge worked great, but there was a lot of wear on the handles and rust on the sides. The fire alarm was extremely sensitive. We used the stove, and I only had it open for about 10 seconds when the fire alarm started going off. We had to go buy dish soap even though the rental said there would be a small bottle. The linens on the bed were clean, and the towels were soft. During our short stay, we had three different sets of neghibors, while the clean staff were doing their jobs, they were extreamly loud and slamming doors. All that to say, the walls are thin. There is a exterior window from the bedroom to the main hallway. I was definitly not a fan of that, there was a curtain, but if a person angled just right, you could see the bed. The elevators were very clean and FAST. The parking deck was a little tight. Honestly, the best part of the condo was the view of the ocean, the proximity to the beach, and minimal walking to beach access. I would recommend North Beach Realty and the Baywatch Resort, but not this specific condo until some updates are made. "

"LISTING PICS R OLD!! Stained,dirty,smelly,Bedding,carpet &sofa!!
GROSED OUT! I would never stay there again! I was fooled by the listing pictures that showed a perfect, clean, new looking condo. It smelled the bedding was stained and dirty. Pillows were flat, stained and smelled like pee! Carpet, sofa, throw pillows are dirty and stained! The refrigerator was noisy and the tv channels didn't work. I had to have a blanket cleaned so I could cover the sofa so we could sit on it! The murphy bed had and nasty odor, the mattress cover was stained and dirty and had no sheets or pillows. The only extra pillows were in the tiny bedroom closet. Nasty pee smelly dirty!
The ocean view and location was good. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES! "

"Baywatch Resorts in North Myrtle Beach
We enjoyed our stay at Baywatch Resort. The place could have used a few updates. The mattresses were not very comfortable. They could definitely be replaced with some new ones. The place was very clean. The property was a very good location. The staff were very friendly. Overall I would give it 4 stars just because of the mattresses. "

"Poor out dated not clean

"Horrible place to stay
We were so disappointed when we got to our rental. It shouldn’t be rented, there is a horrible musty smell in the bedroom and mould which is covered up with paint! The entry way to the room is awful too. This could be a beautiful spot but it should be taken off as a rental until the issues are fixed up properly, the shower drain was disgusting.. the only good thing I could say is that the water pressure was great and the location was great."

"Vacation Rental Review
The location was nice. The unit was smaller than expected. No dishwasher. All of the "fully equipped" kitchen utensils and cookware were dirty. You could not find a luggage rack at all for transporting your luggage to/from the room. The room was VERY stuffy and damp smelling. Was not worth the money and would not stay here again."

"Okay unit good amenities
Unit seriously needs update with regard to carpeting, bed mattress and sofa mattress. Also not kept well cleaned. Found various items and dirt, etc under furniture. Sliding door needs to be replaced (seal is broken so it is fogged up all the time), door handle on outside of slider is broken. Ac vents filthy. Stains on mattresses. Should replace all beds/mattresses and sofa. Could use a fresh paint job."

"Beach Vacation 2021
It started well,till the fire on the 15th floor on Sunday. Due to the fire, it resulted in water leaking into our condo (939)causing water damage to the carpet in the living area and bedroom. As the carpet dried,we had to deal with the mildew smell for the entire week causing us to almost get sick. Victoria was made aware of the situation and did everything she could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I am hoping we will get some kind of comp back due to this inconvenience we experienced. All else was great. "

"Good holiday...
My wife and I enjoyed a 10 day vacation at Bay Watch. Great location and good value. Pools were great and facilities are well maintained overall. A little more care regarding cleaning in the unit would improve the evaluation from very good to great. We would return for another stay."

"A week at the Beach
The unit had a terrible mold/mildew odor in bedroom. The bathroom fan needed cleaned. It needed new furniture on the balcony. The ice maker didn't work and it was 90 degrees everyday. The TV had a green line on the side. We enjoyed the view and location but unit needs TLC especially the mold problem. We asked for compensation for the inconveniences but haven't heard anything from the rental company."
