The "Sea Princess" is a luxurious raised beach house and is only 0.2 miles from the beach, which is about a 3 minute walk. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the house can comfortably accommodate 14 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, 1 queen in the 4th bedroom and 1 queen & 2 fulls in the ground floor 5th bedroom.
The "Sea Princess" offers an open floor plan with LVP flooring throughout and tons of space to spread out and relax. The bright and airy fully equipped kitchen features everything you need for preparing meals along with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops.
All 5 bedrooms have memory foam mattresses and Smart TV's. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity's and a walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity's. The 4th bedroom features a private bathroom with walk in shower. The ground floor 5th bedroom features access to the outdoor patio area and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.
The outdoor patio features comfortable seating and a Smart TV. There is also an outdoor kitchen complete with a built in gas grill & charcoal grill, mini fridge and bar seating. Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.
