This 3bd/3ba private beach house, called "Beaching On The Dunes" , is only 0.2 miles from the beach (4 minute walk) and has been recently renovated. "Beaching On The Dunes" features a private pool, game room and screened in porch with fire pit, TV and comfortable outdoor seating. This house can accommodate a total of 12 guests with1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 bunks beds in the 3rd bedroom with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top (2 fulls, 2 twins total) and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
"Beaching On The Dunes" has all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-FI, free parking and BBQ grill. This house is also pet friendly so your fur babies are welcome to come. (Dogs only, $200.00 non-refundable pet fee)

"Beaching On The Dunes" is located on Dunes St. in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach (hence the name "Beaching On The Dunes"). To get to the beach, you simply walk down Dunes St. to 37th Ave South and then 2 short blocks to Ocean Blvd (0.2 miles = 4 minute walk). This house is also just a 5 minutes drive from Barefoot Landing which has several restaurants as well as shopping & attractions.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.
