This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, townhouse located at Madison Villas in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet and all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 7 with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sleeper sofa and 1 futon.
This townhome offers a 2 story layout. The living room, dining area w/futon, fully equipped kitchen and a half bath are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features the master bedroom w/1 king, 2nd bedroom w/1 queen and a shared full bathroom. Enjoy all the comforts of home with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi & free parking for 2 vehicles. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a patio area off the back of the unit which includes a charcoal grill and community pool.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.
