This unit can comfortable accommodate 12 with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 fulls & 2 twins. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, vinyl plank flooring throughout, in unit washer & dryer, cable TV and free WIFI.

Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Lovely Condo
This is a very lovely 4 bedroom oceanfront condo decorated in cool browns and blues colors. The condo appeared very clean but layers of dust were found under the beds which I hope they resolve asap. The indoor pool was extremely small. "

"Initially Pleased, But Disappointed with Kitchen Issue
When we initially arrived at the condo the place met all our expectations. However, on the second day the kitchen sink collapsed causing the discharge pipe to break. Thus, we were unable to use the sink, disposal nor the dishwasher for nearly half our stay. The maintenance team was pretty prompt arriving on site after contacting them with the issue. It did take four visits from repairmen to diagnose and fix the problem. The rental agency did look to see if there was optional accommodations for us, but none were available. Thus, we had to work around not having use of the kitchen sink and dishwasher for two days.

Spoke to the representatives at North Beach and they provided a refund that was less than 10% of our total cost of the entire stay. We felt that this was not compensatory with the inconvenience we encountered for about half our stay. Followed up with the management team to see if they would reconsider the amount of the refund, but they refused to provide any additional compensation for our inconvenience."

"Ok condo - parking a nightmare!
This complex has hundreds of rentals and 3 parking spaces for 15 minute unloading. Guests had to park across the street and roll buggies through traffic to their room. Many guests & owners complained of elevator access on check in day as lines were backed up outside the building. Should’ve been notified upon booking that parking was not at unit. Rented a smoke free condo and one of the bedrooms reeked heavily of cigarette smoke - realty company dropped off a tiny air freshener which did little to remove odor. The dishwasher components were coated in slimy mildew and stunk. Fridge filter was flashing it needed to be replaced. Ceiling fan in smoky room wobbled so bad it couldn’t be used. All wall outlets were shot and plugs fell out - needs updating. Heavy trash presence under furniture. View of ocean was beautiful and site observed pool shut down times. Gardens and property well maintained. "

"Wonderful Girls Long Weekend
The unit was beautiful and spotless, that is saying a lot because I am really picky! We had everything that we needed for our college friend getaway. We are now in our 60s, the unit offered us each our own bed. The beds were the only negative as far as comfort. This was a minor thing for the 4 nights we were there. I will absolutely come back for a return visit."

"It was just Okay
Space was somewhat small for advertised ability to comfortably house 10+ people. We were mostly adults and grown children and felt to be ‘on top’ of each other. Sheets were rough and low quality. Door handle to balcony broke off on day one, although repaired by the next day. Being on the first floor, able to hear all the pool/hot tub conversations and noise. I wish there was a vacuum that worked too, lots of sand dragged into the place. The cleaning staff beforehand was questionable as wads of hair were left inside the shower and stained bedsheets. Check in day very hectic!"

"Perfect Place!!
I have stayed at many beachfront condos over the years but this is by far the best!! It was perfect, the beds were all very comfortable, the view was amazing, it was immaculate, very clean. It has everything in it that's described. I brought a few extra garbage bags and toilet paper because it was explained on the site how much of everything that was already supplied. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is definitely a plus. There is a storage unit right outside the door that is full of lawn chairs, boogie boards, toys for kids (sand buckets, etc). Check in and check out was very easy. The code on the door is a plus going in and out, you don't have to worry about losing keys. I hope this review helps, I would definitely stay here every year when vacationing there. "

"Family Vacation
Great view from the first floor. So close to the beach with easy access. Condo’s kitchen is well equipped. Furniture comfortable. High top table (inside and out) and bar seating is not always convenient with young children so they mainly ate at coffee table. Highly recommend Noah’s Ark (info given with condo rental) for toy rental for young children. "

"A Wonderful Stay!
We recently stayed at the Crescent Shores Unit 105 and it was a lovely experience. I was a bit nervous knowing the ownership changed during my booking; however, everything turned out great! It was clean, everything was updated and the kitchen included all of the necessary items you could think of! The view was perfect, the different pool areas were the best and we were thankful to be on the 1st floor unit since there are only 2 elevators! The A/C worked great and kept us cool and it was a huge plus there was a closet full of beach supplies! We even added some more. :) We would definitely recommend this place! "

"Crescent Shores Stay
Loved this unit. It was as described with adequate furnishings, kitchen supplies, and even items we could use at the beach were available. It is a spacious unit, but seemed smaller than usual because the furnishings were so big. The only complaint is that the beds were so hard to sleep on. They were not very comfortable. Overall, though, I would recommend this unit. "
