Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Please note: This a two-level unit with a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. This unit is not handicap equipped. • Take the trash out. The trash cans are in front of the building. • Please make sure physical keys are returned to the keybox #4 , as, in the case of a loss, a fine of $50 will be applicable. • You are not permitted to park your vehicle in the parking lot. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. For late check out you will be charged: • 1-3 hours = 1 night charge • 4 hours = 1 night charge + $100 • 5 hours = 1 night charge + $200 And every hour rises accordingly
