Walk all the way to the end of the hallway and use the stairs to go downstairs. • Please make sure physical keys are returned, as in case of a loss, a fine of $25 will be applicable. • Please note: this condo is on the 1st floor but has 6 stairs and may not be appropriate for people with disabilities. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine For late check out you will be charged: • 1-3 hours = 1 night charge • 4 hours = 1 night charge + $100 • 5 hours = 1 night charge + $200 And every hour rises accordinglyCancellation Policy: Full refund 41 days prior to arrival and no refunds after that
