"Thanksgiving 2023
I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving with my wife and 2 daughters. From the pictures and in-person, it's probably in the top 5 2br/2ba unit in the Club building in terms of view and finishes but there are some things we did not like. 1.) There was a shortage of hot water, even when spacing out the showers. 2.) The toaster was old and cheap. 3.) The patio was floor was filthy and had not been freshly cleaned since the unit was not rented the week prior to us arriving. 4.) Light bulbs were missing in some light fixtures. 5.) The TV in the master bed is mounted too low and not centered on the wall. 6.) Some of the dishes had chips in them and should be replaced with new ones. 7.) Unit does not have the updated glass balcony panels."

"Amazing vacation
We absolutely loved staying in this condo! It had everything we needed and more! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the pool was always refreshing but the beautiful white sand beach and blue water was amazing! We will definitely be back!!"

"My Favorite Vacation EVER!!!!!!!!
This was the best place to stay for my family. We have two younger kids. The space is great and it's very clean and nice. Everything is very up to date and has been nicely renovated compared to most other units in the building. We highly reccommend!!!"

"Fantastic Beach Condo
We spent three weeks in this condo on the beach and had a great time. It was perfect for a “work from home” get-a-way. Two large bedrooms with their own baths. Master was large and with the sliding doors open you could hear the waves all night. The second bedroom had two full size beds and in-room TV. Best part of the condo though was a separate study/TV room. Allowed me to work and have zoom calls without interfering with others activities. Living room was large and comfortable with a small dining area. Galley kitchen was more than adequate for our cooking needs. Lastly, the balcony was great. We ate breakfast and dinner out there most nights looking at the ocean. Property has a large pool, work out room etc. Simply a wonderful unit and property. We will be back."

"Christmas with family
Our family (3 kids - 18, 21 & 23) had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. When my son had an unfortunate issue with his wallet falling out of his backpack and needing a handy man to help retrieve it, Susan and John from the management company were very responsive. The storage locker has anything you would want. Spike ball was a family favorite on the beach."

"Great stay in Naples
This was our 4th visit to the property and we had another great visit. The owners of the property are easy to work with for booking and any questions or problems that come up. The unit is very well stocked, has a lot of space and great amenities. You have a great view of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. The pool is nice and extremely well maintained. We also like the onsite gym, parking is easy this time of year and Naples restaurants are easily accessible. We highly recommend it."

"second stay at Summerwinds
This was our second vacation at the Summer Winds unit. The unit is immaculate on arrival, everything you could need is there. Check-in is effortless. Pick up the keys at the gatehouse. Easy access to the many restaurants of Naples, Venetian Village is only a good block away. The pool is well maintained and the beach is glorious, just a short walk away from the buildings ground floor. The view from the balcony is amazing. Quiet and relaxing. Look forward to our next stay. "

"Elegant Condo with Breath-taking Views!
The moment we walked into the condo and saw the view, all we could say was, "WOW! The views from this 10th floor condo are unlike any place we have stayed. The condo was elegantly decorated and supplied with everything we could possibly need or want for a week on the beach.
The pictures and descriptions of the resort property and amenities were completely honest. Many times, this is not the case! Everything was well maintained, clean, and comfortable.
We shared with another couple and the layout was perfect for that. The second bathroom is right beside the guest bedroom giving privacy.
The lockers in the lower level with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a beach cart made our beach-time convenient and enjoyable.
The website provided many ideas on attractions and restaurants.
Thank you for a completely enjoyable week at Summer Winds. We hope to come back!"

"Beautiful condo!
Summer winds was a beautiful condo in naples cay! The location was the best! The amentites with the building were fantastic as well as the beach access area, from the pool to the beach cart with chairs and umbrellas. Having 2 small children with us (4 & 2) this condo had it all for us. The beds were so comfy. We will be back again! Also sue jennings was awsome to work with the whole time leading up to our arrival!!!! Thank you!"

"First Class, all the way...
John and Susan were great to work with when booking our stay. Very quick to respond and work with us to fit our needs. The condo itself was incredible. The location is perfect for SW Florida, the building, pool, beach, and common areas were great.
But the best this was the condo itself. You can tell no expense was spared in the renovation. Wood floors, marble counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. All new high-end stainless steel appliances, and I'd imagine professionally decorated throughout. Master bedroom is large and you can hear the waves on the beach with the balcony screen door open. The guest room featured 2 FULL SIZE beds which is an upgrade from the twin beds found in most places. Immaculately clean throughout, the entire condo and furnishings were basically all brand new. 4 units per floor meant that it was quiet and private. Unobstructed views on of Naples Cay, the beach, and sunset from the balcony are reason enough to stay here.
Highly recommend this condo or any other of John's in this building or otherwise. 5 stars!! "

"Awesome Place!
New, clean and a great view. Not too busy of a pool and the beach is very close. Everything was excellent. The only con was the place had a lot of rules. No ball playing or eating at the pool. No music. No alcohol. No rafts or floaties."

"Spring Break in Naples
The condo is exactly how it is shown in the pictures as we arrived. Beautifully furnished and appointed with nearly everything you need including beach towels, furniture, and a convenient beach cart for hauling the supplies the short walk to the beach. We used the grill on several occasions and the heated pool everyday. Good mix of weekly renters for spring break and very friendly seasonal and full time residents. Location is excellent situated in the private Naples Cay community. To the North is a nature preserve area full of wildlife, and to the south is nearly a mile stretch of high rose condominiums. The village on Venetian bay is within very easy walking distance for dining or shopping and the Waterside Shops are a bit further of a walk or short drive for some very nice high end shopping. Only recommendations would be a second lounge chair for the balcony, more Tupperware in the kitchen, and a Vacuum in the unit to pick up the inevitable sand that gets draggged in through the week. Overall would highly recommend this condo to anyone and will be booking our spring break trip here soon for next year. "

"First Class Accomodations
This condo was beautiful. Every feature was first class. It was very clean, new, well designed and a true joy to experience. The 10th story view was fantastic. We loved hanging out on the balcony to stare at the gulf or a passing storm. The kitchen was loaded with all the items you need to fix all meals in if desired. Work out facility was well stocked with high quality equipment. We would return without hesitation. It was a true blessing. We did have an issue with the thermostat. Someone used a heat lamp in the ceiling fixture right over the thermostat so it got pretty cool in the unit until I figured out why. We experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi with phones and tablets but worked well with the lap top. My wife and daughter loved the pool and beach. There was also a kayac to use (NC). Thank you to the owners for a great vacation."

"Exceeded expectations
Quiet and relaxing location with nearby shopping and activities. The condo was clean and well stocked with all necessary items. Just pack your clothes and food. There was some noisy construction on a nearby building which was a little annoying, but nothing too distracting. The grounds were immaculately maintained. Lease management was friendly and helpful. We're already planning to rent this unit and maybe a second or third for extended family next year. Couldn't be happier."
