Property Rule:
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on patios, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.

Booking and Payment Policy:

A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold (not a charge) are required.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Starter amenities provided: paper goods, hand soaps, and one laundry pod.
