Minimum Age Requirement – The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.Family Rentals Only – Wavecrest rents exclusively to families and responsible family groups. No student groups or unrelated parties are permitted.
Maximum Occupancy – Occupancy limits are strictly enforced as listed in each property description. A charge of $200 per person, per day will be assessed for violations.
Smoking Prohibited – Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in any community/common areas. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
No Pets Allowed – Pets are not permitted in any Wavecrest property.
Vehicles – Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, and travel trailers are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise noted in property details.
Parties & Events – Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Property Care – Please treat the property with respect. Report any damages immediately to Wavecrest Beach Vacations. Guests are expected to leave the unit in neat condition.
Housekeeping – Daily housekeeping is not provided. A washer and dryer are available in most units for guest use during your stay.
Resort/Community Fees – Some properties may require additional resort or amenity fees, to be paid directly upon check-in at the resort or HOA office.
