If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Loved the location and the little lagoon formed from the tide. My boys loved fishing in it. We have been to a lot of beach towns and this was a favorite location wise. Traffic is well managed and there is tons to do off site. "

The unit was clean, updated and had the best equiped kitchen we ever experienced in our 30 plus years of visiting MB. In and out was easy and my daughter and son in law especially enjoyed the king size bed in the second bedroom. The mattresses, pillows and all bedding were comfortable, fresh and most pleasant. The view was spectacular and grounds beautiful, quiet with convenient parking under roof. "

"50th Birthday Trip
Beautiful Condo, beautifully decorated, great views, very clean. Nice furniture. Easy transaction to pick up/drop off keys. My only complaint was that they only gave us two (total) rolls of toilet tissue for a party of 6 who would be staying three days. Other than that, the experience was a 10."

"Not as happy as expected
The condo was not what I expected. I had stayed in the north tower previously and expected the south tower to be a better experience. Living room had a defective lamp which almost caused a fire when I placed a light bulb in the socket. The kitchen sink had a leak. The master shower had a lot of mold in it and the drain in the shower was sluggish. The plug in one of the bathroom sinks did not work properly. Overall the unit could have been better maintained and I kept finding flies in the unit that were getting in from the outside somehow. I ‘lol bet I killed at least a dozen flies a day. Although I was disappointed with the unit I still enjoyed Ocean Creek overall. It is a beautiful area and I loved being close to the beach. I would rent again in this community but just not this particular unit."

"Relaxing in Paradise
We had a wonderful week here. Our family of 5 found comfort and convenience in this beautiful unit. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The pool area was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the balcony is the best spot to watch the sunrise. It’s just a short walk to the beach. We made sand castles, gathered shells and played in the surf. Security was always alert and visible. Close to shopping and restaurants."

"Ocean Creek GG2
We love Ocean Creek, we have been vacationing there for the past 30 years. My daughter was married there 7 years ago and we were celebrating her 7th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed staying in the South Tower but the condo we stayed in could use a deep cleaning. It was a nice enough place but both of the showers had disgusting black mold and there was mold coming out of the air vents. I really wish I had requested a different condo because it made the time we spent inside very uncomfortable. I hated having to take a shower."

"Wonderful!
We stayed the entire month of November! This unit is very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen if you plan on eating in. We loved our daily walks on the beach, shelling, and enjoying the ever changing swash, and tides. Ocean Creek Resort is a wonderful location for convenience but also for enjoying the nature of the low country. The herrons are beautiful and you can enjoy them while relaxing on the balcony. North Beach Realty attended to our every need! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Apartment was clean, bright and nice layout. All the facilities and property were exactly as described. We loved proximity to the beach & shopping. Had everything we needed at the condo. Did not have to leave to enjoy a week of sun, sand and fun.

Great condo, great location, unsecured Wi-Fi (BAD)... Though we loved the condo in almost every way, the fact that the Wi-Fi was unsecured rendered our electronic devices mostly useless. A friend works with cyber security and we know unsecured access is easily hacked and info stolen. "

Wonderful vacation with our sons and their girlfriends! First time doing this and was concerned but it all was terrific! Condo was absolutely amazing, beautiful views, clean and comfortable! Something for everyone to do, Barefoot Landing was amazing went there a few times! Pirates voyage is a must for anyone!! Best part was the beautiful beaches and the water was so warm with awesome waves!! Loved everything about it even considering buying at this point!! Perfect for all off us, we will be back!! "

"Great Condo and Great Staff
First of all, we had perfect weather the whole week we were there, which made for an extra nice stay. I have never seen a better maintenance crew anywhere. They were constantly straightening chairs at the pool, picking up trash, and maintaining the grounds, friendly too. The view of the ocean is very nice from the balcony. The kitchen is nicely laid out and very spacious for cooking. Noise level inside is good, although there was some construction going on at times while we were there, no big deal. Very nice Master bedroom and bathroom, water pressure in the shower is very good. Overall we really enjoyed staying here. We were in during bike week, but it was no problem, because the condo is way off the street and the bikes stay in the front of the property which is nice. Management (Victoria is our agent), is very professional and helpful."

"perfect family vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed our week long vacation in Unit GG2 at Ocean Creek! Stayed with my parents and 2 toddlers and we all had plenty of room in this 3 bedroom unit. The kids' room even had 2 side rails to keep them safely tucked in their beds at night. I haven't stayed at Ocean Creek in almost 20 years and I have to say, it has only improved. We had a wonderful week of weather so we spent most days at the beach/beachside pool and enjoyed the convenience of the beach club bar/restaurant! Just across the street at Barefoot Landing we found an enormus (well shaded) playground for the kids. GG2 was clean, safe, a short elevator ride and offered beautiful ocean views! Very happy with this Unit and North Beach Realty made check-in and out VERY easy. Will be calling soon to book for next year! "

My family and I stayed 5 nights in August 2018 at Ocean Creek in Suite GG2. This was my third vacation in North Myrtle Beach in the last five years. We stayed at Ocean Creek for all of our visits (twice in Suite GG2). We loved all of our visits and will definitely come back a fourth time. "

"GG-2 review
The only things we can complain about is the tv remotes did not properly and there was construction going on the entire time we were there on the floor above us so there was allot of noise."
