The unit features two separate bedrooms and both bedrooms offer direct access to a full bathroom. The second bedroom, also furnished with a king-sized bed, has shared access to the other full bathroom and the expansive main balcony. House Parties and Groups: We do not rent to non-family groups unless all members are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation regarding group members’ ages will result in a forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
