* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)

* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.
Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high.

Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

2026: A parking fee $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by . Please call our office for monthly parking rates.

2026: Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first-come, first-served basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year with the exception of the months of June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on the property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day, and each Motorcycle - $10 per day

"A bit disappointed
This experience changed my view on staying in properties. The pictures don’t really show what kind of property it is. Although the ocean view and access to the beach were good, the unit needs some better cleaning. The floor was dirty and sticky. The tub does not drain immediately while taking showers. I prepaid for the parking pass, but I had to get it once I arrived. I think that the parking pass should be provided by email prior to arrival. But that’s not a big problem. I appreciate the use of the unit, we slept comfortably. It just wasn’t as nice as I expected. "

"Close to beach
The unit was close to the beach and pools. It was clean upon arrival and the instructions were easy to navigate. Prior to our stay communication was very delayed in a response to questions. I know it’s at the beach and sand is everywhere but the use of area rugs in the bedrooms would have been nice to dampen noise between bedrooms. "

"Great room, great place, great stay!
Our family had an amazing time at the Myrtle beach resort and in room a420. The compound remained in a clean state and had many places to help keep it clean by throwing out our trash. We loved the view from the room and spent many hours on the balcony listening to the ocean. Plenty of items were left for us to have fun with including boogie boards. The resort itself had many things to do other than the beach, there was a pool with snack shack right next to the beach entrance where we would cool off after coming back from hours at the beach. We also had the option for a lazy river and fun sprinkler for the kids. The management team provided everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay and have fun, they were even quick to respond to any questions I had about getting into the room. Overall a great stay, we have found our new spot for family vacations!!"

" Old have been better
It was ok we didn’t have hot water it would get like warm for 2 mins then turned call witch was hard with 5 people the lock on out door was nessed up it also looked like it was kicked in you could see damage vents were rusted sink sponge was used and left for us. It was convenient because it was on the beach but the room overall was not what I expected. It said no pets allowed but I bnoticed several people with small dogs in the. Lido g I was in and a lot of stray cats"

"Bedbugs, Fireworks, and broken Elevators
One of the rooms had bedbugs. They showed up after the floor was fumigated. I called and emailed the management company with pictures and video and to this date no one has EVER returned my call or email from the management company. My special needs son who stayed in that room was bitten so badly that it required a doctor's visit and antibiotics and steroids' to clear it up. Illegal fireworks were shot off most night from the RV parks and right on the beach sometimes until 1:30 am. One or both elevators were down every day and we were on the 4th floor. I had high hopes for this resort and come to Myrtle Beach most summers. The amenities are nice, location is good(if you discount trying to enter and leave the resort itself through the traffic of the RV park next door), and the families staying there were very friendly and nice. Sadly, I will have to look elsewhere for accommodations our next visit and cannot recommend this resort to anyone."

"Sadly disappointed...
While the complex was rather nice itself, loved the oceanfront pool and strong security & the balcony, this particular condo was very dirty upon arrival. The floors were filthy. There was dirt and grit all over them in every room. While sweeping with the very old and useless broom and vacuum, in an attempt to make it livable, we found half eaten crackers under an end table, as well as, an apricot with MOLD growing on it under the couch? It IS CLEAR that staff is NOT even adequately doing their job cleaning, let alone make it spotless and germ free?! Dust visibly caked the dining ceiling fan as well as all the curtain toppers on every window. It was gross to say the least. We did not call anyone bcuz it’s expected that it would be clean to begin with?? I should not have to do so and will not be staying here ever again:(. Not to mention that only 2 of 3 elevators worked and according to a condo owner we spoke with in one of said elevators, the 2 that were operating, were extremely slow and usually run more efficiently?! The recliner was filthy as well stained with who knows what and outdated as were most of the decor and appliances. "

"Myrtle Beach Resort A420 condo
Stayed many different times at the resort in various condos in the different buildings. This rental had a decent view and was well furnished however the unit needs a major cleaning.The sliding glass door were streaked with a white fog. Walking through the unit in the evening made the bottoms of our white socks completely black. Needless to say after this discovery we did not walk anywhere in our bare feet. Also after picking up several dead roaches we didn’t get a good feeling when turning off the lights to sleep."

"Extremely Disappointed
upon arrival we noticed the linoleum was squeaky, the carpet was dirty, there is tripping hazards, the wall paper is coming off the walls, the toilet rocks, the easy chair has stuff in it, the stove has not been cleaned in ages under the burners, the owners left their stuff everywhere. The place was not ready to rent. We are a military family and this was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. "

"Ok for a weekend stay
The place was was clean but very mentioned in other reviews the outlets were minimal and very loose. The TV in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work so I had NO TV while there Maintenance could not fix, I was locked out key wouldn’t work maintenance was wonderful came sprayed with WD-40 gave extra key. Enjoyed ocean view and fact gated community very quiet and a minute walk to beach. Overall it was a nice to stay for two days but longer would need more updated property ! "

"Would like to stay there again
Place was clean. Very quiet. Great location. Laundry room and elevator were super close which was great, and you never heard any outside noise. We flew in, so we had no beach chairs and most places have ones there to use from previous visitors. This one did not and stated do not leave any. So we had to go buy some and had to give them away on our last day. The master bedroom is really bright at night due to the window not being darkened like every single window in the hallway of the building, so I hung the curtains upside down to help hide some of the light. "

This condo is in a great location, color scheme is nice, wall decor is nice. Condo needs lots of updates such as wallpaper peeling off, needs real crown molding, floors should be all hardwood, tile, etc., carpet holds to many germs.
I had to call to complain because housekeeping didn’t do a very good job, hallway had sand in it, carpet wasn’t vacuumed very good. Master bedroom needs updated, bedspreads need updated. I guess when I go stay by the beach I like the condo to have the same feel. "

Overall great experience. Location is great, pools were amazing for my grand baby. Only beef I have is the need to run off whoever dictates the beach rules. This is Surfside beach, not Myrtle and should be governed that way. The no tent rule that Myrtle has, has traveled to this resort as well as the campgrounds that neighbor it. Come on hoa’s, get it together. Had a small 7ft 3 walled tent for my grand daughter I had to take down. This is a ridiculous rule. Horry county was on the beach patrolling and Surfside fire dept came to the resort for a fire alarm. Never did I see a Myrtle beach police vehicle. Run the lifeguards off if that follows them down. Other than this great stay and will probably return if they change the beach rules. "

Location was great. Could use some update on property. Some drawer knobs came off, master bath shower needs drain cleaned out as it was slow to drain. Needed some cupboard space for groceries. Owner has several locked cupboards (fine), but also was missing a shelf in closet and used other cupboards for storing all the extra paint, tools, carpet remnants."

"Stay with MBM for about 22 years
I love MBR the amenities are well maintained but the condos are showing their age. Room A420 Has good furniture except the twin beds.But everything felt damp and smelled musky. My family wants to stay at the newer resorts I hope MBR updates the condo as it feels like home to me."

I was satisfied with building A until I visited my sisters condo in building B.her condo was modern and updated and much bigger and she paid 100 less than I did. I was charged for parking and I did not have a vehicle . I would suggest getting building a for modern living and a larger condo. "

"Myrtle Beach Resort vacation
The experience was excellent, the condo was very clean and felt welcoming. The proximity to the beach, and all the family friendly pools were excellent. We only had one issue, with construction on the sundeck above our condo, which was extremely loud and disruptive, but one phone call to Patrick Walsh and he put a stop to it. He was very courteous and apologized, and I appreciated that very much. We look forward to staying again next year.

"Perfect Vacation!
I have stayed at MBR for years and I have to say that this unit was the best ever! The condo was spotless and I mean spotless! It was located so close to the beach and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The elevator and laundry are right across the hallway from the condo. The management company was very easy to work with. I will definitely stay at this unit when I come back to Myrtle Beach. Thumbs up all around!!!!!"

Loved the condo one off the better ones we have stayed in. Everything was just like the web site stated. Easy access to beach no waiting on elevators. Really had a good lazy relaxing week would definitely recommend and stay there again the only one thing was the work they were doing right above the condo from around 10 am to 4/5pm which was loud most of the day I didn't mind bc I was in the beach all day but some of the family had to endure it when they went back to the room like my grandson for his nap. Overall though had a good stay."

"Great family vacation
The resort was great, it had everything we needed and then some to keep all three of our boys occupied and happy. The prior reviews were accurate about both the resort and the condo. The cleaning left alot to be desired by the management company,the furniture was covered in sand, the microwave was full of bacon grease, and found long black hairs in 2 of the freshly made beds. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed but definately could use some updating and a good cleaning is a must. The roof sundeck above was an issue a few times with groups of teenagers making noise after hours but after going up and speaking with them it got better. Would definately go back to the same resort, might think twice about the unit. To finish on a positive note the pics of the unit's beach view doesn't even begin to give it justice, it definately helped with the few issues we had."
