We enjoyed our week long stay in Pelican’s Landing 403. It was a beautifully appointed condo- pretty furnishings, laundry, well stocked kitchen, several beach items like chairs and boogie boards available in the laundry room, and two beach front porches. Other positives: pool, private boardwalk to the beach, quiet building, and parking under the building. One thing to note- Myrtle Beach has lifeguards who are very cautious AND you can only put up beach umbrellas, no tents or cabanas are allowed. "

"Great get away!
This was the second time we stayed at this condo. Both visits were a wonderful experience. We love the layout of the rooms. The rooms are very quiet so someone can get up early and everyone else could stay in bed and sleep. The balcony is just perfect. The location was very close to lots of things. Great places to walk on the beach and even to walk down the street. We will certainly be staying here again."

"Pelicans Landing 403
This is the second year we have spent our winter months in this condo. The fresh paint, well maintained furniture and comfortable furniture help us feel at home. We hadn’t stayed in this area before, but really enjoy this location. Upon arrival the condo wasn’t appropriately cleaned. The sheets hadn’t been changed, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, the countertops were sticky and full of crumbs and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed. We suggest that the cleaning crew be reviewed.
We have had a few minor issues during our three months which were promptly and effectively dealt with.

"Wonderful Vacation as a Family of 3!
We loved our stay at Pelican's Landing 403 and plan to return! The condo was spacious, clean, and the views were stunning! In October, it was a nice quiet area to be in and the beach was wide with plenty of room for privacy. The porches were great and the furniture on them was perfect! All the decor and furniture inside was very nice and comfortable. We can't wait for our next trip and may even bring more family! I will also say that the little touches of a nice toaster, blender, coffee maker, name brand utensils, and smart TV's in every room made it all the more comfortable because everything was very easy to use! "

"Family vacation at Pelican's Landing
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It is in a good location and the property is well maintained. Every morning there were people there cleaning the pool, elevators, hallways, etc. It is really nice to walk through a gate and be at the beach or to sit on the deck and watch the ocean. I won't recommend to friends because they might take the week I want to come back. Check in was easy and (Property Management) was responsive and professional. Thanks for a great week. "

Oceanfront condo with gorgeous, unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Super easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and tidy throughout. Location was perfect for our needs.
The living room furniture is comfortable and the master bedroom had everything we needed. Linens were included. We did not cook while there.
Easy check in and there was very little to do for check out (take out the trash and start the dishwasher). "
