"Casa Maria" is a luxury villa with a lush, tropical garden, right in front of a huge, uncrowded beach. The basic price includes two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. The third bedroom is locked up and included for a modest extra fee if you need it.

There is a long, un-spoilt beach with surfing waves coming in from the Pacific. The water temperature is 80 Fahrenheit all around the year, and the landscape is lush, tropical green. The river is just one mile inland from the beach, so you can paddle a canoe in the mangrove swamp and swim in the ocean surf on the same day. You usually have the beach for yourself, and a private pool and garden. The villa is perfect for a couple, but if you rent the whole property, it can accommodate a family of twelve. The villa also has an upstairs with hammocks, ping pong table and magnificent views. It's a safe, secluded place for kids and family vacations, with no big tourist establishments in the vicinity. We include security and a night watchman.

The owner's house is located at the other end of the one acre beach front property. Each house has its own pool and garden, and is rented separately. For special events, both houses can be rented. . There are some shops within walking distance, and restaurants in Monterrico, 4 miles away.
