We had a really good time and our condo was very nice and comfortable. We have stayed in this building several times and always enjoy the pools. Our only complaint to very small. Is that the toilet seat in the master bathroom would not stay on properly.5"

"Plumbing issues, not as clean, great location
The location is 5 star! The Tops’l property and up keep of the building cleanness is definitely 5 star. The condo itself has plumbing issues in the master bathroom. The condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been upon arrival. Refrigerator needed to be wiped down. There were 2 cockroaches in the washer machine. It was listed in the description that there were beach chairs and an umbrella to accommodate guest but the umbrella was broke and we didn’t know until we were on the beach setting up. Overall it’s was a great stay. My family have been coming to Destin for 12 years now and this was our first time at a Tops’l property.I would definitely be back but maybe book another condo. "

"Great Place - Excellent Views
This a great place for a family. The living room is bigger than expected, which we we're very happy about. It had all the amenities you would need for a week and views are incredible. You feel like you have your own private condo the way the balconies are designed and the view from the master bedroom window is incredible.

This was our first time staying in Beach Manor compared to the Tides. We we're blown away at the cleanliness of the whole building and the short walk to the private pool. The walk to the beach was also significantly shorter compared to the Tides as well. We enjoyed using the grills next to the pool for meals while the kids played.

Some simple upgrades can be done to make this place a 10/10. The master toilet seat was loose, and needs replaced. Also, the mattress closer to the closet in the guest bedroom was noticeably uncomfortable compared to the one against the wall. The patio furniture could use a power wash on the footrests but otherwise in fine shape. Those we're our only "issues" but that is nitpicking.

Would highly recommend to any family with children or elderly guests. "

"Beach Manor 908
Beach Manor has the absolute best ocean view in the area. Location next to the state park great for long walks on the beach without the crowds. Unit was very nicely updated.

Agent that booked our reservation was polite and informative. Received text with door code in a timely manner as promised.

Unit was clean except for the dishwasher and some dishes. The cleaning service apparently stopped before the end of the cycle. Dishwasher pod was not completely used up and dishwasher had an odor after two days. We ran thru a complete normal cycle and everything was fine."

"Beautiful views
The rental was exactly as described. The views from the living room and master were exceptional. Very nice and beautifully landscaped property. Security gates were located into the property and at each pool area. We felt safe. Grocery delivery abatible from Wal mart was a great bonus.
Great place to stay, beautufully updated and decorated. Very clean overall except for the master shower.
Only recommendation would be to have the master shower deep cleaned. There were a few dark spots on the shower tiles and the shower floor felt oily.
We did make a few calls to the property manager due to our car battery dying. She was very prompt to help and always very friendly.
Highly recommend this condo. The location is perfect. Close to shopping and dining."

"What a view!
This was a very nice unit with an exceptional view. This was our third trip to Tops'l, and we absolutely love it. The unit has LVP floors throughout, which isn't super homey, but handy with sand and cleanup. The unit could use a new rug in the living room and a few touchups from a handyman here and there, but nothing major. The appliances are nice and everything was serviceable. The location is prime and the view is unmatched. We would go back for sure. "

"Not a better view to be found
The condo was lovely with million dollar views from main room and master bedroom. My teens plus cousins also visiting in another condo on site loved the pools and hot tub. Super safe area! The hotel down the beach had fireworks on the beach twice when we were there and the balcony of our condo gave us the perfect vantage point. Gibson is amazing. They answer there phones promptly with reservation questions! Rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Think it is dolphin beach service. Do it early and get front row.
Bring your own hand soap body wash coffee filters (basket kind). No spice oil etc. 4 knifes in drawer. Kitchen definitely could use a restock. This was an annoyance for me because we had gone to grocery on way and had never stayed somewhere without some bar soap to wash hands. "

"Beach Manor Condo
Great Condo! Very nice view. Basic supplies but adequate. Only thing that really needs replacing is the toilet seat in the master bedroom. It slides to the side when you sit on it like it is loose. We would certainly stay there again!"

"Excellent Beach Front Condo
Beach Manor unit 908 was an excellent value and beautiful condo for our recent spring break getaway. The condo was clean and very well-equipped with linens, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, easy to use TVs, Wi-Fi, balcony furniture and even beach chairs. Located close to the elevator on ninth floor was convenient and the unit was spacious. We have rented from Gibson for many years, and they are really the best, easy to work with and responsive anytime we have needed anything. Until we're ready to rent the 14th floor penthouse, we would easily stay in 908 again on future visits. "

"Great location to beach! No extras provided!
This location has great access to the beach and beautiful view from bedroom. The pools and hot tubs were great. We also used the Explorie to book a fishing trip. I would have liked it to feel more like a home/condo feel than a hotel. You only get bare minimum supplies 1 roll of paper towels, no Kleenex, no extra trash bags for the two 13 gal trash cans which was I was disappointed in being that we were on the beach and how harmful trash can be to wildlife. I understand in todays world ppl steal things and ruins it for the honest people. However, I would recommend leaving at least one trash bag in the trash can. You do get 1 laundry soap packet for 1 wash and 1 dishwasher soap and 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. "

"Wonderful Week
I really enjoyed working with Gibson Beach Rental. Check in and check out very easy with App. If I had any questions or requests, they were prompt and friendly with answers. Will definitely use them again.
Beach Manor 908 was just as pictured. Perfect for us, updated, clean, beautiful view from balcony. Tops’l complex is located close to everything we wanted to do. Grounds are well maintained. Beach chair rentals ended Oct. 31, so you could sit anywhere you wanted to on beach, that was wonderful, weather was perfect whole week.
I will definitely keep Tops’l, Beach Manor, and Gibson on my list for a return visit."

"Great Get Away!
This is our 2nd time staying at Beach Manor. Before it was the Tides (2) and the Summit. Beach Manor is the best place to stay when at the Topl's Resort . Unit 908 was near perfect. The view was perfect and is the best height to enjoy the beach view! The master bed was very comfortable. The tv in that room had netflex to watch, which was nice. Vert clean unit. Kitchen had the basics. The unit had beach chairs and boogie board to use. On a personal note, call ahead and reserve beach chairs and umbrella, request the front row. There is a fee but well worth it to get a spot on the beach. That way you do not feel the pressure to get out early to get a spot. The only negative is the Tops'l would not let Gibson rental guests use their big gym. We had to use the Beach Manor small (very). The other rental company was allowed to. We very much liked the communication Gibson had with us via, text, emails and on their app. We will definitely use again.

"Just Like the Others Have Said
The views are great - 9th floor overlooking the beach. The beach and water are beautiful. Not the best for sunrise or sunset due to angles (April sun - probably better in the fall/winter). But great places in Destin/San Destin that are on the water for dinners and sunsets.

Everything was clean and as advertised. Plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, etc. We didn't cook much but pots/pans were probably adequate. (The places to eat are so numerous and usually very good. You'll have trouble deciding where to eat in Destin, San Destin, 30A, etc.) The furnishings are as noted in the pictures.

The master bed was very soft, to the point of difficulty sleeping, but the twins and sofa are more firm. One twin does block the closet as others noted.

Had some issues with the main tv and the 5 remotes but maintenance fixed that (used after hour email and fix it form and fixed the next morning); some lights were out and they were fixed promptly. The hot tub wasn't real hot, but it still hit the spot. The weight room was OK; the elevators worked well (no long waits); the pool was clean and nice (skimmed by maintenance every morning. Parking was a little tight in spots (and we were in a small sedan, not our large SUV). Covered parking was a big plus.

I would rent this place again, or even some of the others we saw in Beach Manor. Good price, easy reservation process, courteous people (Gibson and Tops'l) to deal with."
