We travel to the Destin area every July 4th week and I would rate this location as the best one we have been to in several years. Furniture was a little dated and was a little loud at nighttime being next to a busy intersection, but we still had a great time and will def be back."

"101 Emerald Waters
The condo was great! The condo was clean and roomy for our stay. The location was great close to shopping and restaurants. The pool/hot tub was nice and plenty of room. The property management staff was helpful and were accommodating to all our request in a very timely manner.
The only downside for us was the beach access across the street. The access is super close and convenient but there were a lot of stairs to get to the beach. Also this portion of the beach does not allow canopy shades or tents. This didn't work for us so, just a heads up if you like having a big shad tent. The public access is a nice walk or short drive (we did both on different occasions with parking a car with beach stuff in it and walking pack to condo)

Some minor repairs could be made to make the place better. Water damage in one of the bedrooms next to the shower/behind toilet, master bed a bit uncomfortable, sofa and loveseat aged.

"Favorite beach rental in the last 8 years
We have been traveling to Destin for the last 8 years over fall break and this was our favorite rental so far. Great location within walking distance of pompano joes, Alvin’s, Bad *** coffee, and our favorite Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream! The rooms each had a private bath, the kids bedroom was perfect for our kids, including our 2 year old that slept on the trundle bed. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Awesome stay!
We had a great time at this condo. It was super close to the beach! We were provided with all necessary items a condo usually provides. The kids loved the bunk beds room. The decor is super cute! We loved having a bathroom for each room so no need to share. There’s lots of yummy restaurants walking distance which is a huge plus bc traffic is insane!! The only thing I’d suggest they do is figure out how to make the back door a little easier to slide open, it was super heavy and hard to open and close. The property management was always responsive, our parking passes weren’t inside the condo but they got our info and made sure we didn’t get towed. The next morning we had our passes. "

The condo was in a nice location for eating and shopping. Since it was December, weather is unknown, not being able to use pool, there were many other activities to do. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Just a note to cleaning company to double check under furniture and beds for small items. Otherwise we all loved the place and will be coming back to visit."

A pleasant experience from the beginning. Property management company was excellent, condo was spotless and beautiful, and although there is no beach view, the patio area was nice and relaxing. "Perfect!
This condo was perfect for us. Not near any high-rise developments, so beach wasn’t overly crowded at all. It took about 3 minutes to walk down the sidewalk and cross the street and then you’re on the beach! Also not too far from grocery stores.

Condo was very clean and had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Plenty of room to relax and play games and had enough TVs for everyone!

We would definitely stay here again!!

"Terrific!
This condo is wonderful! It was very clean and spacious! We loved the quick walk to the beach and easy access on the first floor. The only negative part of our vacation had nothing to do with the condo. We were unfortunate to be there during a red tide and Hurrican Michael. The rental company was super informative about the weather and gave us plenty of time to evacuate. We were also informed when we could return. The red tide was gone and the rest of the week was wonderful! I will definitely choose this exact condo again if at all possible!"

"Family Stay July 2018
Our family had a great visit at Emerald Waters 101. The location is great, easy access to pool and beach. The unit has all the necessities.

Only downfall was you are not able to bring a "tent" to the beach you have access to - umbrellas only. In addition, rented umbrellas now line the beach, so if you are not wanting to spend $45 a day to rent...you are seated with a blocked view.
