"Family Vacation
The condo could have been a little cleaner. It lacked dusting and the floors moped. it would have been nice if 2 beach chairs and the big umbrella came with condo.$62.00 a day is a little steep. The location was good and the fire works were awesome.
I probably would not stay there again because of the chair issue and the fact that unless you rented their set, you could not set up your own beach chairs and umbrella. we had to walk past there set up just to set ours up.

We enjoyed our stay and will return again.. the condo was clean and had stunning ocean views! The Gibson Beach rental staff were very friendly and courteous. Only exception to our stay was the bedrooms only had Queen size beds and daybed with a trundle extension....would have preferred a King size bed for one of the rooms however, otherwise great condo!"

The condo was nicely furnished, well equipped things needed . Views from the two balconies were the best! We spent much of our time sitting out there,soaking in the view. Dolphins came by every morning at 8:15 and again at 5:15 looking for schools of fish. I rate it 10 out of 10, and hope to stay there again."

Great overall experience. I don't know how you could find a better location. Great ocean view from the 11th floor. The property was in good condition and it has a nice layout with two gulf facing bedroom. One minor issue. The bath tub in the master bathroom is of a whirlpool design. To step into the tub/shower is very difficult simce the tub wall is so high. Probably 18-20" I'm 6' 6" and I could step in. My wife changed bathrooms "

"Clean and mostly comfortable
The property was clean and well decorated. It felt very homey, was in excellent location, and overall was very nice. My only complaint is that one of the two master beds had a very hard and uncomfortable. The third bedroom was really an office with a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the experience. "

The entire experience was incredible. First, the unit is beautiful and has awesome beach views. Everything about the unit was well-planned and the furniture was very comfortable.

As for the property team, they provide clear, helpful information. Every question was answered quickly.

This unit is one of the best we have stayed in over the years! Very well appointed yet comfortable for 6 adults. "Great Vacation!
2nd trip to the Destin-area & 1st trip to Tops'l Beach Manor. "Admiral's Quarters" has a great layout (3bd/3bath) & 2 private balconies w/ great beach views. Property matches the pics.
Location is great if you want more seclusion (last condo before 4 mile village)-I gave it a 4 because my family wanted to be closer to the action. Covered parking. Deadbolt was broken when we arrived, but was promptly repaired when notified - easy process. Some water pressure issues in one bath. Master bath is wonderful. Kitchen well stocked with cook/table/glass-ware.
Appreciated the free activities pass, which got us a free person on our fishing trip. 4 chairs on each balcony. 4 beach chairs included instead of the advertised 2, but one was broken. Teen loved the pool/hot tub in the evenings-and we could see from our balcony. PropMgtCo was great-checked in w/ us, good text comm, very responsive. Totally recommend."

"Beach Manor1110
This is a beautiful condo!
The staff at Gibson Rental were very helpful when several problems arose. There was a sub-tropical storm while we were visiting and they took care of storm preparations for the unit. They also coordinated the roof repair. Additionally, access to the Tennis Club was unexpectedly removed from this unit's amenities the week prior to our arrival. Gibson personnel rectified the situation for us. "

"Best condo ever
We are 2 senior females that very much loved our stay at Beach Manor 1110. The condo is everything as described and more. What we most love is it has two master suites that both have front views of the gulf so we didn’t have to flip a coin for the better room. The amazing views from the main balcony are unobstructed both east and west. The kitchen absolutely had everything you would need. All was very clean and comfortable. The rental company was also excellent. It was so easy and efficient to make the reservation, make payment, check in and out. The owner also has 2 beach chairs and umbrella you can use which is great cause the beach service you pay for is not worth the money. We will definitely put this condo at the very top of our list. Kudos to Gibson and to the owner. Please keep us on your VIP list cause we will be back.
