"Can’t beat the views
The resort location was great. The room location was even better. Quick easy access to the beach! The patio/balcony overlooking the ocean and pools, was very large and the family spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen seemed to be updated, and I love the no hassle check in/check out process. The furniture in the living room is very old and worn. The guest bed was so uncomfortable and squeaky, our 27 year old opted to sleep in the kiddie bunk bed because it was more comfortable. The kitchen is updated but the bathrooms are not. Ultimately, we threw sheets over the furniture, showered with water shoes and problem solved. The views and location were so great it cancelled out any negatives for us. We’d definitely still go back. No questions asked."

Great location, third time staying at Topsl. Property grounds well maintained, easy access loading and unloading vehicle.

"Great view!
The rental location was amazing. You can’t beat waking up to those amazing views. The amenities on site were very nice, and our youngest enjoyed the kids’ activities. The rental itself is in good shape. The dryer did not work. The rental company did offer to do a laundry service in exchange, but we couldn’t leave our towels or clothing for 24 hours, so we went without washing or drying which was a minor inconvenience. I do appreciate they responded quickly though.

The condo is spacious. The inclusion of folding chairs was nice to take to the beach with us. The master bed was very hard, but I know mattresses are often a personal preference and that others might like that.

Overall it was a good stay, and we’d come to Tops’l Tides again. "

"Home Away From Home
We rented this condo (and another next to it) for a family vacation. We loved the location. The views were spectacular! There were plenty of places to sit inside and outside; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week's stay. "Miramar Beach - Feb 2023
Overall the unit is dated and in need of upgrading. The location and view however are excellent. Kitchen floor is cracked in about a dozen places. Glasses, plates and silverware are mismatched and low in quality & quantity. Had to run the dishwasher 1/3rd full constantly. Dryer takes 2+ hours to dry a load - vent likely needs to be cleaned out. Extra paint cans and decor items need to be removed from closets. Furniture is dated but good quality. New patio furniture was a nice upgrade."

"Spring Break 2022
We stayed her for spring break and absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location, the view was amazing. We seen dolphins from our balcony twice. The shuffleboard and putt putt was a bonus for our family time. We picked this location so the k is a could play basketball BUT the one hoop was extremely busy at all hours of the day so we spent time learning shuffleboards and it was a great experience. We did have issues the first couple of days with having two elevators not working so there were lines waiting. Having the pools, and the restaurant near the pool was great. The condo itself was clean and roomy. It is a bit out dated and could use some new paint, tiles and an overall update. It was fine for us though. The management had great customer service. My daughter left a small bag of her jewelry in a draw and they messaged us asking if it was ours and are sending it to us. I must say that speaks volumes. "

The Condos view was amazing as soon as you walk in. Nice clean furniture and well stocked with kitchen amenities. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding even for the pullout sofa. All was good except for the sloppy painting job on the walls and doors, and the broken tiles in the kitchen need to be replaced. Beautiful condo and will stay here again for sure. "

"Family beach vacation.
We loved the Tides complex and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the tiki bar and the restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The grandsons enjoyed the pool and the daily activities for the children. We would definitely rebook at the Tides but not unit 805. The view was excellent but the unit should not charge the price we paid until they update the furniture and appliances provided. The mattress in the second bedroom was not comfortable. The chairs at the dining table were a very uncomfortable hard wood. The washer and dryer were very old and it took over two hours to dry our beach towels. We vacuumed out the dryer vent which was clogged and a fire hazard. We pointed this out to the maintenance representative. There was mold in the master bathroom. We saw bugs in the silverware drawer so we used paper plates and plastic utensils. Again, great overall property but I do not recommend unit 805. "

"Tides 805 did not disappoint
The condo was clean and pretty well kept up. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf and pool area below. The only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to use the TV in the bedroom. Could not get the controllers provided to interact with tv.

"Tides 805
Tides 805 was a great location. We loved having the balcony open and listening to the waves. In the morning we could see the dolphins swimming. The room master bed was firm and comfortable. The living room furniture is dated. The master bathroom shower is huge but also very dated. There only one small shelf for a bar of soap, the floor in the shower is slippery and there are no handles to hold on to in there. I think the shower is an accident waiting to happen. it was very nice to have a washer n dryer however, the dryer is old and should be replaced. Took way too long to dry clothes. The tile floor in the condo gets very slippery when you got wet feet. Our little girl fell several times when we got back from the pool with wet feet. The kitchen was fully stocked with silverware and pots n pans. There were beach chairs and umbrellas along with 2 boogie boards which our kids loved in the closet.
Overall the condo served our needs. We will book again at the tides for sure, but for the $$ probably not in 805."

"Tides 805
We love the Tides. Great location and easy to navigate. This rental left some to be desired. The furniture, couch, chairs, dining table chairs were uncomfortable. They seem to be just worn out. This condo was not as up to date as others at the Tides. The beds however were exceptionally comfortable. Probably wouldn’t have mattered as much but we tried to isolate due to COVID-19. I don’t think we would chose this unit again. Hope this helps."

"A great family vacation!
Our 3rd time at the resort but our first time using Gibson. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was working with them. They were really great! The condo was perfect for us. It’s master bed was very comfortable and the AC worked amazing. The other bed room needed a main light and the closet doors were very hard to open. "

The unit over all was nice but could use some updates. Specially the bathrooms.

Overall a good experience. Condo was clean but needed a few updates. The furniture was ok, but the dining room chairs were rather uncomfortable. I loved that they had a high chair and pack n play available for use. Wish I had known that ahead of time! A couple minor details to be addressed, but nice condo overall. A tad expensive, but we were there during peak season when prices are highest. Rental company was wonderful and the resort was beautiful. "

Don't plan on using them. The beach setup guy and the tiki bar on accept cards or amenity cards, which are not provided by the owners. "
