"Anniversary Trip
We recently stayed here to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The condo was in a great location. We never had to wait long for the elevator. The condo was clean and nice. The views from the balconies were excellent. The included golf cart was a nice bonus allowing us to stroll the property including Baytown. Gibson rental company was easy to work with and responded to any communication very quickly. The condo could use an update to the washer and dryer unit however it did get the job done. Overall, very happy with this condo and would definitely stay here again!!"

"Amazing beach condo
We just enjoyed a week at this condo and could not be happier. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has great cookware and appliances. The views from both balconies are breathtaking. We spent every morning and even out there enjoying the view and watching the waves. The condo has chairs and a beach umbrella which is was a nice bonus so you don’t need to rent them. Can’t wait to stay again. "

"Fall Beach Trip
The location was great. All of the appliances worked properly including TV's..The threshold/entrance was disgusting and really needs to be deep cleaned. Overall the unit appears in need of a facelift primarily painting and caulking in bathrooms. Both sliding glass doors need to be cleaned including the track."

"Outdated
The property is very outdated, and had sand on floors and dust as we walked in. Master shower has been remodeled, other than that, there is mold in some places, broken cabinets, master bedroom ceiling dirty and poor ceiling fan installation , not enough if any containers to store food in fridge, beach chairs in bad shape, buggy boards broken. And beach : the beach chairs renters take the whole front with 3 rows of chair and umbrellas, so when u get to the beach u barely get a spot with good view The balcony view is amazing, and golf cart was a plus. If it wasn’t for that I would give 1 star. "

Good communication from Gibson. Nice condo with beautiful views, and two balconies. The golf cart is large and ran well. The only real negatives of the stay are the condo needs a deep clean, given the near continuous rentals. The master bath sink did not drain, there is mold on the master shower ceiling, and the throw rugs are very dirty from use. "

"Peaceful and Pure Joy
We have been snowbirding at Sandestin Resort for eight years and love the location. This rental at Beachside Two was wonderful. We loved both of the balconies with the nice furniture for listening and watching the waves. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the cookware and tableware that you would need. We appreciated the walk in shower. The golf cart was so helpful as my husband has knee problems. We are already signed up for renting next year. The management company was so helpful."

"Excellent view with a bit of dirt
The view is absolutely outstanding. The view alone is what makes this unit beyond breathtaking.

Pros: The views, the space, and has everything you need in the unit.
Cons: The place is clean on the surface but is dirt/dust under everything and basic surfaces seemed dirty (light switches, etc). Also, the unit seems worn/tired with items being near end of life (washer/drier, faucets, furniture, etc.). We fought ants the entire stay and the property management company just came and sprayed ant spray. We kept the can but it was futile as the ants kept returning so we just threw out food or put it in fridge. The worst was the ants loved the coffee machine for some reason which was not a good start."

"Excellent location Ana amenities
We booked this trip on a last minute whim. The golf cart included with the rental was a fun added bonus! We had plenty of room for us and our 2 kids (7 & 8). The elevators were a little slow only having 2 and quite a few other rude guests would walk right on by like there wasn't a line to take your elevator. They were doing construction we were not aware of until arrival on the outside beach access which made it a little harder to get to. The view was amazing from the unit however it would of been nice to have a ramp to get to the beach because those stairs were steep to try and carry our beach wagon up and down every day. The pool was very nice, cleaned every morning. There was no direct info on where the golf cart was allowed to go we had to ask a security guard so a map of some sort would of been handy in the unit and the 1 daily free pass for activities took us a bit to figure out how to obtain. It was July so the beach was very crowded but would definitely stay here again!"

The condo was okay. The area rugs needed cleaning and the washer/dryer combo was ancient. The beach service was horrible so I don’t recommend using it. The beach was more crowded than I thought it would be during the week so I will be looking to stay in a different area the next time I go on a beach trip. "

"Nice Place, but...
We Loved this condo, it was so comfortable and met all of our needs. Great views close to restaurants. HOWEVER!!!! This condo complex is the beach access for Sandestin. Those that stay on the bayside this is their beach. We payed for beach front for a reason, we rented chairs (got front row) for a reason, and there were so many people parking themselves from water back to chair we could not enjoy our beach experience. WAY TO CROWDED. we will NEVER stay in Beachside !! condo complex again. This condo is adorable and IS PERFECT if you are not a beach and water person. "

"In the thick of it!
15th floor with beautiful sunrise view. The condo is well equipped and nicely decorated. This condo states it comes with beach chairs and umbrella. That does NOT mean “the beach service chairs and umbrella” I inquired specifically and was told it came with the condo. Nope! The chairs and umbrella are in a closet in the master bdrm. Condo could have been cleaner, garbage disposal was not working and began smelling on the first day (not because of us). Maintenance came the next day. We love sandestin resort and will stay off season again simply because it remains to be in the thick of it all- beaching, shopping, dining, golf and exercising. "

This unit was very clean and well kept. The entire place was fully equipped from the kitchen with all pots, utensils, and glassware. The bathrooms had all linens and accessories needed.The rooms are very spacious!! The closet had beach chairs to use for the beach. Gibson rentals also had a lil nice treat awaiting when we arrived. I would recommend this rental company and this unit to anyone . Thanks for helping make our stay at Sandestin Beachside 11 unit 4351 a great one!!!"

"Amazing Views, Emerald Water, Great Experience
We had a wonderful time! We had one fridge issue the first night, reported it via the app and it was repaired first thing the next morning. The property was clean, the views were amazing and the beach was perfect."

"Not clean
When we got there the guest toilet had a mold ring inside, all the way around. We had to clean and sanitize before using.
The master bath shower curtain smelled mildewed and was not hanging completely on the rod.
The floors were sandy
The washer had at least a quarter inch of sand in it before we put a load in. We had to clean it out.
The ceiling fan in the master bath was so wobbly and loud we couldn’t use it, fearing it would fall.
We were disappointed in this unit. We have stayed in other units and they were excellent, but this one was below expectations. The unit could use upgrading significantly

"Very Nice Condo
We had a rough start, the first evening, roof in the bathroom leaked and flooded the bathroom, but Gibson took care of the issue the next morning and the rest of our stay was very good. The condo was great size for 3 adults and 3 kids. The view was very nice. The elevator had some service issues while we were there. But, overall we had a great stay. "

"Great location
Great location. The unit was well taken care of and comfortable. Super happy overall, short walk to the beach, and Sandestin is a lovely little resort community. Would stay here again.

Only criticism was that the guest bedroom has a window that looks out into the hall where there's a can light on the ceiling. This leaves the guest bedroom quite bright, all night long, to the point where I woke up numerous times thinking it was morning. But nope, 3 AM or so. Would highly recommend replacement of the curtain rod in the guest bedroom and putting up some blackout curtains. On our last night, we ended up draping a blanket over the blinds just to keep more light out, which helped, but was still far from ideal. This would be a small change that would help those in the guest bedroom to get a much better night's sleep. Thanks for considering!"

Perfect location right on the beach with stunning views. Gibson had great customer service and responded to our maintenance needs ASAP. The only problems we encountered were the floors hadn’t been mopped appropriately (feet get black when walking around without shoes on) and air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t work so it stayed very hot in that room even with door open and fan on "

"Beautiful condo and beach, complex lacking
Our trip began with an alarm alerting us evacuate the building at 7:00 AM the first day of our stay. We had to go down 15 flights of stairs with a young child. There was no security personnel in the parking garage to give instructions or directions. We we're stuck outside in our pajamas for over an hour with no explanation. When we could re-enter the building, only one elevator was working. Other people staying there who were out on their balconies reported that they didn't hear any sort of alarm. This was quite disconcerting because if there had been an actual emergency it would have been chaos. It needs to be addressed. On our last couple of days, the pool was filled with dead bugs. It had too much water in it so the filters weren't working. No one cleaned it for several days and we were unable to use it. The last night of our stay, the washer basin seemed to be off kilter and made a terrible noise. It was after hours, so we reported it the next morning, but the lady we told didn't even bother to write down our room number. We have stayed at this property for several years, but it seems to be poorly managed. Our individual unit was well maintained and beautiful, but if I were the owner I would want to know that my washer and property was being well maintained."

"Great Unit - Awesome Stay
We stayed in Beachside II 4351 and it was perfect! Right on the beach with excellent views! The unit was very clean and just at the pictures showed. It had two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs which were a HUGE plus. We were able to get to the beach early and get a spot. The kitchen was well stocked
and the beds were very comfortable. were excellent to work with. The keyless entry was the great. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would definitely use Gibson again."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great place to relax, especially the view of the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was the location of one of the bedrooms. It had a window in the bedroom that looked outside the entry way that shined a light in the room at night. We draped a sheet over the window to resolve. Also the mattress was a little soft. However, overall I would highly recommend this location."

The only thing that needs to change is the king mattress in the master bedroom. It is horrible! The mattress makes noise every time you move and it was not comfortable. The noise is really what made it so horrible."

Very glad we stayed here. Everyone was great. The only down side was my son got stuck on the elevator for about 10 min. And I missed a meeting the next day because of the elevator taking to long with only one elevator working,(35 min) to get down. All in all I still would go back. "

We had a great time! The view was amazing, and we could watch dolphins in the mornings. The condo was great, we have stayed at Beachside II for the past 7 years and always had great condos, but this one exceeded our expectations!!!! Kitchen was very roomy and the two balconies were great! My only complaint (and it is very minor) was the master bedroom mattress. It is extremely firm and I prefer softer, but we have already discussed renting this same unit next year!!! "
