This condo sits right on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf. Easy access to the beach & pool areas. There is an exercise room, hot tub & sauna in the building. The entire Beach Manor property is very well maintained. Condo has lovely paint & recently updated decor, is spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Stunning views abound from this unit! The condo was great; you all were terrific except for one major problem. You all never told us about the fact that the beach is overtaken every day by expensive umbrella and chair set-ups and that folks who don't want to be forced to pay to see the Gulf are relegated to a small portion of beachfront. If you all had been forthcoming, we would not have rented this unit. Having to get up at 7 every morning just to be sure we could get a spot for chairs and umbrellas you supplied us with (Thanks) was a major drag and so disasppointing.

"A Beautiful Beach Condo!
We have rented a lot of condos over the years and this was by far one of the best! It was beautiful, It was recently remodeled, spotless and it was right on the beautiful white sand/green water beaches of Sandestin. This condo was also extremely well stocked. In fact, there was not one thing we needed that was not provided. A very thoughtful owner. And the location is close to everything you would want to do in Sandestin, Destin and the surrounding areas. I must also add that was great to work with. Every aspect of their involvement was very professional (reservation process, website, mobile app, check-in and check-out process, etc.). And Gibson was very responsive to phone calls and emails. Truly a win-win!"

"Near Perfection
The condo and the view were near perfection. It is in a great location with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We had a couple of unannounced interruptions from people who had come to pick up furniture and swap out some of the existing pieces. We were there for the Month of January and chose to do our own housekeeping but had to provide our own cleaning products since there were limited supplies in the condo."

A much needed second wind. Life is good. We loved everything about this condo and resort. The resort is located near a nature preserve. It is perfect for sunrise and beach walks. The sunset is pretty awesome from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are remodeled. The view from the picture window and twin swivel rockers is unbelievable. "Beautiful views, beautiful rooms
We recently stayed at Beach Manor for a wedding at Tops’l. We were in and out of the rooms of many family members, and I can say that our room was by far the most beautiful. Not only is the view spectacular, the decor and kitchen were obviously very recently updated. My only issue with the condo was the sofa bed: it was in such bad shape that I don’t think anyone over 40 pounds could sleep on it. Other than that, we highly recommend this unit. "

"Bare Minimal
Overall location, Grounds, pool area, beach area was great however the unit itself was very disappointing. The unit was very outdated from decor to included amenities such as beach chairs and umbrella. The umbrella had holes in it and spokes broken. We ended up paying 35.00 and renting one. The bedding in the King although clean there was stains on the comforter and the sleep number bed did not work.
The most concerning is the front door has no form of safety lock and we were traveling with a small child who let himself out Thank God we heard the door as he was 2 wondering the hallways.
It was a good review for us as we are interested in purchasing a condo but this personal experience was not desired and will not be returning to this unit. "

The unit has a wonderful view with a great porch to sit on at night. It’s a bit dated on the inside, and the master bed is a sleep number bed, which is either a positive or a negative depending on your preference. Easy access to the beach, which was not too crowded. Great pool and everything is family friendly. Rental company was readily available and accommodating. Would stay again. "

"The 1980’s rental
The condo was not what we expected at all. We’ve rented with Gibson Beach rentals before and expected better especially for the price. The condo had not been updated since atleast the 80’s. The pictures on the website made the condo appear larger. The master bathroom tub was stopped up. The master bed made creaking noises when you moved around on the bed. An electrical socket in the guest bedroom was about to fall out of the wall. When you sat on the couch you sunk. The striped wallpaper and decor was dated. If you love the 80’s this rental is for you. "

Let me start with the pros. View absolutely beautiful, grounds beautiful. Water & beach beautiful

Cons. When we arrived there was the quit large boxes 📦 in the dining area which the condo is small to begin with. The condo needs to be updated bad & needs new cleaning crew. But we made the best of it since we stayed on the beach most of the time. I would stay here again but just not in this condo & your balcony is very small as well. We have rented with GibsonBeach & couldn’t be happier with our service & will definitely rent from them again & may try the tides next time.

"Our Women only family trip to Destin
We really enjoyed the unit and the balcony. The picture windows gave us such a beautiful view of the ocean! All 6 of us would sit on the "veranda" and enjoy the beach sounds. (a squeeze but we all fit) The walk to the beach is a little long and there are steep stairs to access. For elderly folks, that is not so convenient. The only thing we didn't like: TOPSOL management does not allow any cash transactions (tiki bar, food, renting chairs on the beach, ice..etc) which was disappointing. You had to use an unit card(???) or credit card. "

"Wonderful View
Our condo has a wonderful view of the beach from the 7th floor. We could see dolphins each morning. The condo was nicely decorated and all the appliances ran well. I would give this condo a 9.5 rating out of 10. Our only complaint is the mattress on the master bed needs replacement - not very comfortable & has seen a lot of use.
Overall, we had a fabulous 5 days!"

"Great Four Days on the Beach
Our family of four spent four really relaxing days in Beach Manor 709. Great location above the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Clean and easy to feel right at home. Our two teenage boys especially loved the basketball court on the property and played every day for hours with new friends they met down there."

only problem was smell when you walk in I suspect it is the carpeting I recommend get rid of the carpet and get tile floor or give renters a big bottle of Febreeze also no hair dryer remind renters to bring their own"

Breathtaking view of the gulf when you walk in. Nice balcony connecting the living room and master bedroom. Extra room with two beds, and second bathroom, makes it perfect if you bring kids. Condo was clean and modern. "
