The good: check in/out easy, clean condo, the view
The not so good: this is a tired little condo in need of an update because the furniture is old and torn, the coffee maker didn’t work properly so we had to buy one, the can opener didn’t work so had to buy one of those too, there is water damage rot on a doorway baseboard, the kitchen is not fully stocked, the table is not usable since the base and top are not secure to each other."

This was a great place to stay. It was right on the beach. The condo unit was clean and had all the accommodations that you could want. The building itself was a little dated. There was construction going on, which we were told ahead of time. It did make things a little inconvenient, but the stay overall was great. Definitely would stay here again."

"Perfect escape to Paradise
We always book through and there is a reason why. The one time we didn’t, our vacation just lacked all the essentials (view, location, amenities). We always know what we are getting when we book through GBR. No surprise charges, no last minute cancellations making us scramble to find another property. I’ve seen that happen a lot to others. As for this unit specifically, our only complaints would be the furniture wasn’t as comfortable as we would have liked and when we arrived at the condo, we could hear sand crunching as we walked across the floor. Regardless, we are already planning our next Destin vacation and GBR will definitely be our go to rental agency! "

The location was great. Beach access was awesome.. however there were a few issues. The entire condo smelt like mold/ mildew. It literally hits you when you open the door it’s such a strong smell. Also they left one tiny blanket for the pull out and no extra pillows. With how great the location was and a reasonable price I’d say in this building again but not the room it legitimately was horrible smelling. "

"Tired Condo
I have stayed in this same unit over five times. It has a wonderful view of the beach and gulf. It is a perfect size for a couple. However, to be honest, the unit is getting tired and needs some tender loving care. There is a front door sweep that needs to be replaced, door frame molding that needs to be repaired/replaced, some deep cleaning on the couch and area rug in the great room. All of these can be taken care of, but needs to be done for this unit to be rented as a "premium unit at a premium rental price"."

The condo was in a great location and very secure. Very nice pool and close beach access. The elevators in the building were very fast so never had to wait long! The condo was clean with all amenities. My only complaint would be no hangers in the bedroom closet. I bought some and left them for the next renter to have. "

"We had trouble getting into the property.
The app that we were told to download crossed over with another property that we were cancelled from prior to this one. So we got let into the wrong room. Then we couldn’t get a hold of the management team and had to sit in the hallway for an hour with grocery and all of our luggage. I believe it was a glitch in the app but it still was not good. "

"Cozy Clean Condo In Sandestin
Our condo was a cut above the others that we have stayed in. The furnishings were clean and modern, the kitchen was great and easy to move around in and the bedroom had a wonderful view of the beach and the bed was easy to sleep in!!! The only drawback was that the fitted sheet was not made for that mattress and I kept tugging at it so it wouldn't pop off. The balcony was clean and bug-free. LOVED the glass enclosed shower in the fact, this is the major reason I chose this condo over others that had a bathtub shower. Check-in was seamless as was check-out. The free activities that they offer are GREAT! We only took advantage of the golf due to the tropical storm but my husband saved over $200 in green fees due to the Explorie program.We had a wonderful time on the beach and loved the covered parking that they offered. Sandestin is a low-key area and so beautiful! Because it is gated, you don't get all of the tourist traffic and you can walk, ride bikes or catch the trolley to anywhere on the resort. We will be back!!!!"

lovely decorating but several sm issues. Only 2 lamps in BR w/ 60w bulbs. After sunset you could not see into the closet. We bought a flashlight. The lamps had 3 way sockets but had 1 stage bulbs. Brighter bulbs and a third lamp on the dresser would have made a huge difference in our comfort. The glassware also mismatched and plastic. Bad for wine."

Gibson Rentals was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Our condo was right on the beach, immaculate, comfy sofas and beds, plenty of dishes and cookware. AC worked and there was even a stackable washer/dryer. I would suggest the owner get some placemats tobelp protect the glass table top. We used the dish towels. Really a fantastic experience!"

If you want to be near the amazing Hilton amenities, this is the best spot in Destin. Transportation to Baytown, great spot for an early morning walk, and pool area is perfect. Had a wonderful trip to Sandestin in August. This is a perfect unit for a single or a couple. Unit is decorated very nice. Excellent bed and nice walk-in shower with expensive fixtures. All kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is well equipped. All floors are tiled and appear new. Nice balcony with beautiful view of the white sandy beach. "Perfect place to relax!
We loved everything about this condo. There were only two of us so there were plenty of supplies (towels, kitchen items). The condo faces west so we sat on the deck and watched the sunset. Condo was extremely clean and Gibson contacted us on the morning of our trip to make sure we had our entry codes. Early March is a great time to visit - not crowded at all but warm enough to walk on the beach and wade in the surf. We rented bikes from Bikes-R-Us and Sherri is fantastic to work with. We rode over to Baytowne Wharf each morning for breakfast at Another Broken Egg cafe ... wish I was back there now! Had a great dinner at the Surf Hut on the beach in Destin."

We stayed in this 1br/1ba gulffront condo just last week. We LOVED it! Beautiful furnishings, very comfy beds/pillows, everything and more as far as the kitchen, breathtaking views from the bedroom and balcony, perfect distance from stairs/elevators to our room, covered garage parking, very nice staff...I could go on and on. It was an amazing, amazing week. I have absolutely nothing but positives to say about our experience and I highly recommend this unit!!!"

"Honeymoon Destin Stay
It was awesome. Gibson made the reservation process very easy. The condo was a great location (Beachside 2). A newly renovated property that was perfect for me and my hubby! We were married in Destin a few days prior, so we decided to stay a few extra days. They allowed us to check in a few hours early which was much needed after departing from our 60 relatives. It was an awesome experience. "

"Great unit and responsive mgt company
Hot water breaker was off so no hot water. Problem was fixed very quickly. No beach chairs or umbrella in unit. Problem was fixed very quickly. Overall very satisfied with responsiveness and enjoyed property."
