Everything was great about the condo and location the only down fall was we had to buy toilet paper they only had one roll in each bathroom and we had to buy paper towels and dishwashing liquid because there was non and there were no garbage bags either. "

"Thanksgiving in Destin
We have been renting at the towers for several years, always a good experience and always a had a nice rental. Not this time. We had to clean before we slept here. Our bare feet were black after walking around in the unit. There were cobwebs in the corners. Washer and dryer closet doors would not shut, so it was very noisy. This unit needs help!! Also we got locked out of our unit 2 hours before check out time. "

Views are outstanding and Gibson is phenomenal at communication and getting right back to your via text.
Condo itself was fine, great bones but needs a little refreshing but was more than adequate and how much actual time do you sit inside at the beach.
Master is great and the views cannot be beat.
Elevators were very quick which is awesome

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Very well stocked as far as the kitchen goes. It was right beside the elevator so that is very convenient. Did not have to wait on the elevator very long at all. Overall the condo is very very nice beds were very very comfortable. Be careful with the front door keypad the numbers get stuck. We had to use our car key couple of times to get the numbers unstuck."

This condo was very nice...especially the master bedroom! The only thing we didn't care for were the bathrooms with tub showers. Every condo should have at least one glass enclosed shower!!!!
The view from the balcony was fabulous. The furnishings were very nice too. We went from this condo to a one-bedroom condo and Gibson was so accommodating as to let us leave later in this condo and get into the next condo earlier so that we could preserve our cold food and not have to toss it as we would have normally waited 6 hours to get into the next condo. Kudos to for being understanding!!!!"

"Beachside I - Sandestin
Condo is conveniently located near the elevators.

Balcony is nice and condo is spacious.

The stackable washer and dryer unit inside of the condo is also convenient.

There is also adequate parking for the condo.

There is also an ice machine downstairs that is available, free of charge, so there is no need to run to the store each morning for ice.

The condo is excellent if you are looking for a low maintenance beach vacation!"

"14th year at Sandestin Resort-1st Year at Beachside Two
My wife and I stayed in Unit 4374 for January, February and part of March in 2018. The condo is on the 19th floor facing the Gulf. The view from the balcony is amazing. The bedroom is on the gulf side and has a wall of windows facing south. There is nothing better than waking up as the room fills with the morning sunlight. The layout is very welcoming and the high ceilings provide a spacious feeling. The walk-in closet is a feature that we love. The down side is that it could use an update. The master bedroom drapes don't open completely due to a damaged drapery rod. The master bathtub needs a grab bar for safety. Granite counter tops would go a long way to update the look. The second bathroom sink faucet leaks and the bathroom tub has chips in the porcelain making it look dingy. One large screen TV in the living room would be a great addition. The baseboards and trim need painting. The living room furniture is a little worn out. Even with its shortcomings we have re-booked it for the same period next year."

"Great Beach Rental
We have rented several units in the building over the years. This one was a good version. It is, however, a rental only, and as such, it was missing some of the "home" features I have come to expect when we rent directly from those who also use the rental for their own vacation spot. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but in owner-occupied rentals, you typically find things like salt and pepper, etc. Don't get me wrong, this is a great rental, just a bit different from others we have experienced."

Feedback is the condo smelled like a shrimp boil from last people who stayed. Loved the view from the condo. Would love to see ceiling fans in each bedroom. Also, the late night partiers on the beach ex. 2-5 a.m. yelling woke us up several nights even being on the 19th floor. They really need to beef up some type of security for the beach during the a.m. hours so you can sleep. Loved the location, resturants and shopping are great. Would recommend the place and it would be 5 star with just a few improvements. "

"Our First trip to the Ocean/Destin
The view was amazing! But as soon as we walked in the condo it smell so strong of fish, and the kids bathroom was dirty and smelled horrible!!! There was hair all over the kids shower, our master bath was cleaner and smelled but wasn't near as bad as the kids! I had to have them use our bathroom most of the stay. Other than that it was ok."

The rental experience itself was wonderful. It's the second time I had gone through Gibson and they are very easy to work with. The only downside is the condo itself. It could really use new carpet, appliances and some new furniture such as new twin beds. We paid a premium so I'm hoping the owners read this message. Also, whatever genius decided to inspect the elevators during spring break should be forced to walk down the 19 floors of steps like we did - unreal."

"Great Beach - not so much the Condo :(
The condo was ok overall - seems to need some updates. Elevators and parking were great! The beach was beautiful!! Biggest disappointment of the unit itself was the master bed. The mattress needs replacing. The right side is very sunken in and was so uncomfortable for the person sleeping on that side - we took turns so we could each have the good side half the time. Before booking, I made sure that construction would no longer be an issue. I was told that all items were finished and they were only painting the other side of the condo. In the middle of our week stay, we were awoken by a constant blaring sound very early in the morning - right at sunrise!
It sounded as if drills were coming through our walls - it was so loud we couldn't even hear what anyone was saying. It went on all morning! My husband is a
Dallas firefighter in a very busy part of the city. Part of this vacation was to allow him to catch up on some much needed sleep! There was no way to sleep in during the second half of our stay. It was miserable. I called your office and was told there was a project being completed right above us - on the 20th floor! The lady I spoke with good hear the extremely loud sound and said we would definitely be compensated. The office girls were friendly and helpful! "

"Great Vacation Condo!
Stayed for 6 nights with family of four in condo. Had plenty of space for us to spread out and the kitchen was equipped with anything we needed. The unit is located on the 19th floor so the elevator wait was sometimes long (especially when one elevator was broken). The condo is not as updated as others we have seen, but it is still very nice. There are a few areas in the condo that were showing wear/tear/maintenance needed, but overall it was still very nice. The view from the condo and the location right on the beach were awesome especially when it got really hot and the family needed a few hour break from the heat. There are a lot of grocery stores, shops and restaurants near by too. Would stay here again and refer to others. As an FYI, they are updating the building and were doing work outside the unit two days of our stay which included jackhammering the concrete steps outside the bedroom window!!! It wasn't continuous, but still not what you want to hear on vacation!"

"Good value, good condo
Overall we love staying in SanDestin and especially in Beachside II. The condo was clean and good overall, although it was a little dated and had a few flaws like leaking master sink faucet, some musty carpets, outdated brass hardware, small hole in master bath ceiling that needed repair. Nothing major and nothing that kept us unhappy in any way. The pillows need replacing (not comfortable at all-no down etc) but we enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and especially more room. We would definitely be willing to stay here again and were impressed with the security, overall noise level and convenience to Baytowne Wharf and the ocean."

The property is not what you expect for a top-notch condo in an upscale resort. The condo was not clean (dusty, dirt tubs). The paint and overall condition was not good. You could tell things are done on a budget with messy painting, dingy carpet. Stay somewhere else."

"Memorial Day Dissappointment
We had a great time. The condo was clean and everything was in order. The resort is in a great spot. It would be helpful to inform all future guest of the adult spring break over Memorial Day Weekend. We had rented an umbrella and two chairs for the 4 days. It was front row. The problem was with people that bring their own chairs and putting them right in front of us. It was a constant battle with those people and the young spring breakers being drunk and spilling alcohol and leaving beer cans all over the place. We have stayed in destin before and all umbrellas and chairs not rented were put in an area on the beach behind the renting customer. I would refer this to other people just not Memorial Day."
