The guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, while the living area’s brand-new sofa sleeper provides space for two additional guests. "Needs a few updates
We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that need updating. The sliding door to the laundry area was old and difficult to close. In fact, it never closed complelty. This is the hallway making it diffficlt to move around. The garbage can was also on its last leg. The lid wouldn’t open when using the step. The outside table was an awkward size for the space, it was also difficult to move around it. The living room couch was dirty underneath the blanket used as a couch cover. Despite the small space, it had beautiful views! We had plenty of towels, and it was easy access to the beach. We appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Overall, it was a great stay. For the price, we simply expected some simple upgrades to make the place great! "

+ easy access, codes worked well, easy and different renting process (we did not contact/meet anobody in person in the whole process)

- second bedrooms bed was broken (sunken in one side) and it made a noise
- master beds headboard was loose and it was banging against the mirror
- master bedroom curtains did not stay closed
- there was no fitness area on the property (althouhg it should have been)
- shower floor and the property floors would have been more clean (in Finland we don’t use shoes inside the house)

Overall we would love to stay in Sandestin area again!

"Clean rental
Renting with Gibson was a great experience and I would rent from them again. I was very happy to get a First Reaponder discount, and everyone I interacted with was great. The process was very easy. This particular condo was clean, small but worked for just two of us. Master bed headboard wasn’t attached and clacked into the mirror wall behind me when I got in and out of bed, and the mattress is okay for one person if you find a small spot to cuddle into, it’s otherwise uneven. View was great from the balcony and I enjoyed sitting out there. I missed having a bathtub, and a view from the master. I would not choose to stay at Sandestin resort again due to the large crowds on the beach. I would have also preferred to have a hot tub, we had some chilly nights. Heated pool was clean and warm for evening swim. "

"Spring break beachfront fun!
Our family enjoyed this condo rental with the beautiful ocean view from 9th floor in a clean building on nice manicured grounds. Pool is heated and kids could swim even though the weather didn’t cooperate much. Parking is convenient and unit was clean. The only issue that we had was me figuring out all the several entry codes into building doors and gates. And the 2 beach chairs were broken but were replaced immediately upon my reporting. Impressive service! Location is quiet and away from any traffic madness. Lots of restaurant choices closeby too. The surf and sand is incredible!!! "

"Amazing Vacation
The condo had everything we needed plus extras that we didn’t know about. There were beach chairs and a cart in the closet. We didn’t need them but a nice option. Take advantage of the free activities. Our children loved the activities at Baytown, zip line, trampolines, ropes course. Beds very comfortable, good AC, small but efficient washing machine and dryer. Be conscious of hot water. Small tank and if four people need to shower allow enough time to reheat. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. Was dolphins playing in the surf from balcony. Great place great company to rent from. Highly recommend. "

"Great Area for a Family Trip
Amazing views, we actually saw dolphins jumping in the water in the early morning from our condo balcony. Right in the middle of all of the happenings. We parasailed, ziplined, jet ski, etc...The grocery store is 5 minutes away and is fully stocked. The rental was extremely clean and had a full kitchen with all pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, etc...The only reason why it gets a 4 overall is because of the condition of the beds.
The mattresses are very poor quality. Almost like sleeping on a board. I would beg the owner to please spend money on 2 good mattresses for the bedrooms. Other than that, our stay was great and we had a wonderful time. "

"4297 Beachside II is Wonderful!
The unit was very clean and well stocked and the view is so beautiful. The master bedroom is very roomy compared to other condos we have stayed in. My only complaint is that the sheets were very rough and scratchy, especially on sunburned skin. Aside from that we had the best time and would love to stay in this rental again. Awesome condo for the price. Great location and beautiful views with secure parking and entrance. Everything was clean and maintained. The kitchen was tiny, basically enough room for 1 person to be in it but we didn’t cook so it was fine. Lots of great restaurants nearby and we really loved Another Broken Egg Cafe in Baytowne Warf. I definitely recommend deep sea fishing on the Destiny boat too!"

The location of the rental was excellent . The furniture in the rental needs updating .we ended up buying an air mattress to use because the sofa sleeper was so worn you could feel the springs thru the mattress.our dryer was broken before we ever arrived ,we were never notified . Enjoyed the short walk to the beach ,but would recommend the furniture to be updated with items more comfortable. Bedding was also very worn and uncomfortable. "

"Relaxing beach house
We enjoyed everything about the condo and Gibson rentals. Unfortunately the San destin employees that setup and run the activities on the beach is under par. They are very rude and even got in a full argument with my husband because we setup, like everyone else, in front of their $50 rental chairs. That's the only reason I gave 4 out of 5. Gibson is amazing. I love the app! It was more over priced by double than what we pay for a larger condo in Panama City beach but we wanted to try a new destination. I'm not too fond of destin and won't be back by how overly crowded the roads are and the lack of different activities to do. One day every boat all the way to fort Walton was reserved so we couldn't do anything we wanted. This is nothing against Gibson as we loved Miramar beach area it was nice cam and family friendly. Thank you for allowing us to rent. "

1-person kitchen makes for an annoying meal time. Dated appliances. Coffee maker didn't work very well. Just gave up and bought instant coffee. TV in main room was literally like 12 inches. My laptop screen was bigger. Couldn't barely read the guide when sitting on the couch it was so tiny."

"Too Short A Stay
My husband, myself and a young friend from Tokyo stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We visited in March and could not go into the water due to winds and "red flag" days but enjoyed the beach nonetheless. This condo is situated right on the beach and has a lovely view. Its location makes it perfect for going to Seaside and/or Grayton Beaches or to go into Destin for more dining ,shopping and touristy events. We absolutely loved the check-in and check-out process. Our condo was clean and everything worked. Lots of good restaurants close by. So much to do and see. We had a fabulous time and would not hesitate recommending this condo. Hope to come back again."

"Beachside II review
My wife and I visited Beachside II for a few days. It was late August so the beaches weren't crowded and parking in the garage was nice also. The condo itself was one of the cleanest I've been in. Although small, it was perfect size for 2-4 people who are looking for a short get a way.

I did not enjoy the fact that this condo does not have a hot tub available for guests to relax in. Also, the pool closes at 10 which seems a bit early for some of the younger adults. Overall, was a good experience. "

"Shower Nightmare!!
The condo was small but pleasant. The shower head was horrible and needs to be replaced. It was like taking a shower with a garden hose. Terrible!! Also lighting in rooms could be better. It was very dim! "
