"Great vacation!
My husband and I recently stayed at Tides 204 with our four kids (ages 8-18). We had a wonderful time. The condo itself was beautiful, immaculately clean, and had a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the convenience of the second floor unit - it still had a great view, and was only one flight of stairs from pool/beach access. It was also great for our kids having the basketball, pickleball, and mini golf just outside the building. We also loved that there was a restaurant/bar at the pool. Everything we purchased from the restaurant was good, reasonably priced, and the servers and bar tenders were all wonderful. Despite it being a busy time of year, there seemed to be plenty of space on the beach, at the pool, and more than enough parking spots. Overall we wouldn’t have changed a thing and would love to go back!"

"Fantastic Family Stay
We have visited Tops'l many times over the years but as our family has grown, we were looking for a bigger space. This lockout unit combination worked really well for us. Both units are beautifully updated with everything we needed, including pack & plays, high chairs, beach umbrellas and chairs. The kitchens were well stocked and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. We ate lunch and dinner out on the balcony several times. The location is great for accessing pools, beach, restaurant, pickleball & mini-golf with little ones. Gibson was easy to work with and we had no problems during our stay. We love the Tops'l location right next to the state park for uncrowded beach walks. Tip...get down to the beach early (6:00 a.m.!) if you want to save a beach front spot with your own chairs and umbrellas. There is a section just for that but it's not very large so go see the sunrise and take a chair!"

"Birthday trip
Beautiful resort. The condo is very clean, kitchen well-equipped, updated bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The view is perfect overlooking the pools and ocean with a very large deck with nice furniture. The living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Negatives: queen fitted sheet on king bed, one cup coffee pot. We were very disappointed with when we arrived early a couple hours and could not access even one minute before 4:00. Since your office closes at 5:00 and there are issues, it is difficult and aggravating to resolve. especially after a long travel day. There was no personal attention only text messages. It was certainly made clear that you must leave on time or be charged extra; however, you can’t give one minute on checking in...poor personal service! We would not rent another property managed by Gibson.

Overall really good stay. Great location and very clean. Easy in and out. The beds are quite firm, which is a plus or minus depending on your preference. Everything in the condo is dated — furniture, rug, bathrooms, kitchen. I saw other units that were much more current. "

"Great Experience
Tides 204 is very welcoming with a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was spotless which was very important to us. The king size bed was quite comfortable and also the master bedroom has a fabulous ocean view. Gibson Rentals was extremely accommodating and responsive. The few minor issues we experienced were handled promptly and professionally. All the Gibson staff are very helpful and pleasant. The resort location is handy to a Publix and Walmart and not far from some very good restaurants. This was our second stay at Tops’l Resort and first with Gibson Rentals. We hope to be back soon for a third visit using Gibson Rentals. "

"Beautiful Miramar beach location, nice stay
The condo was comfortable for our weeks stay. The master bed and pillows were wonderful, and the master bath was well laid out. The cleaning was not as good as we expected given the covid cleaning protocols stated. There was trash that was missed and the bathroom counters were not clean and had lots of water on them. The dishwasher did not have sanitized dishes in it. Note it is a 2nd floor, but is 2 flights of stairs to the parking lot. The large pool is just for this building, which was super nice as it was rarely crowded. It does sit back a bit behind the pools, limiting views up and down the beach and sunsets, but it does have a nice ocean view and good sized balcony. They also had some chairs and umbrellas for use. We enjoyed our stay! "

"The place to be!
Our experience with Tides 204 and Gibson could not have gone any better. The rental group is very commutative and responds to any concerns or need for information. Check in/out is a breezy, all information provided without issue. The condo itself is very well kept and maintained. Beds and sheets are comfortable, plenty of AC, and of course it is a great location. Will use again! "

GREAT location. We’ve stayed in this building before but not this specific condo. We had an amazing view even just one the second floor overlooking the pool and the ocean. And it was so convenient especially having an almost 1 year old to be able to go back and forth to the room from the pool/beach for naps, etc. condo was very clean/presentable. "

Everything was perfect. Was able to get in to our unit early everything was very clean and well laid out, and the arrival mini cooler and coupon books where a plus! Was able to use the free activities pass for both fishing and horseback riding! I caught over 25 fish on the princess. That crew did an amazing job and I highly recommended it."

"Good location, but needs furniture update
It was okay. The view and location was perfect, however there needs to be furniture updating and cleaned better before arrival. The guest bathroom shower had mold and the vents were covered in dust and mold in the living room area which also had spread to the ceiling. All extra blankets in the closets also need to be freshly cleaned before each new guest arrives."

"Pool and beach lover
My husband and I really enjoyed this immaculate and tastefully decorated condo.The living room sofa is uncomfortable so we didn't use it. We loved the ocean front view and the balcony. My favorite things were the travortine flooring (just gorgeous) and the marvelous pools that were the cleanest of any I have swam in. And, kudos to the person or person who cleaned this condo. WOW!!! Very impressive.The beds were comfortable but had too much comforter which made it hot but loved the ceiling fans. I realize you didn't ask about beach problems but I need to mention this since it has NEVER happened to us before and we have been coming to Destin for 10 years. On Tuesday after everyone went home Labor Day the insects (FLIES) were trying to have my husband and me for lunch.He was bitten about 5 times and they brought blood. He killed about 15 and I killed at least 5 flies and we gave up and didn't go back to the beach the next day. We wonder if the beach is ever graded with a front loader or tractor to push leftover snacks and drinks from beachgoers under the sand. We never had a problem in condos up closer to The Big Kahuna Water Park area. Sorry but I just needed to let you know so something maybe can be done before next Labor Day arrives.Other people complained also. We enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room and storage space. Loved the beautiful tiled bathrooms. There was a slight problem with the front door but it was promptly repaired. Thank you! Had great weather and no major complaints. Everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very pleased they were enforcing the rules and keeping everything clean and SAFE.Thank you for sharing your terrific condo with us."

"Perfect!
My husband, his parents, and our one year old daughter stayed in this condo for a week. Everything was perfect! It's difficult to find a condo that will accmodate 4 adults but this condo has 2 queen beds in the guest room vs bunk or twin beds. The view is gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed including super comfy beds. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was also extremely attentive to anything we needed."

"Paradise stay
This unit had an awesome view of the waters and easy access to the beautiful beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The tennis courts were close by and we were able to use it whenever we wanted. We just had to ask for the gates to be unlocked. Overall, a great stay and we would come back. "

The best condo we have stayed in. The pictures are good and the description is accurate. The end of the condo is glass, the view is the pool, and the beach. The place was clean, and ready for guest. We hope to go back. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the water, the beach access was great. The weather was great. Probably our favorite place to eat was Bayou's Bills, good sea food, good staff."

Love the room, but the mattress is way to firm. Recommend adding additional bath towels and a set of better kitchen pans. The grill on the property needs to be cleaned and the propane tanks were empty.
