Perched on the 9th floor, this highly sought-after retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it a perfect choice for families, couples, or friends.

The master suite is a private sanctuary with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom features a large whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds and its own flat-screen TV, providing plenty of space for everyone.

"Second Stay in Tides 901
We just completed our second stay in Tides 901 and third overall with at the Tops’l resort. This is the best unit we’ve stayed at in Miramar Beach. It has great views of the beach and ocean, it was clean, and it has nice furnishings, including everything needed in the kitchen. Our only complaint, and it’s very minor, is it would be nice to have a secondary lock on the door. When it’s time to book our spring trip next year, we will definitely look to see if this unit is available. "

"Perfect Beach Getaway at 901 Tides!
Our stay at 901 Tops'l Tides was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by . They went above and beyond when we found out that canopies weren’t allowed on the property but quickly offered us two extra beach umbrellas to ensure our comfort. Their attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience.

The amenities at 901 Tops's Tides are fantastic! The large, clean pool was a perfect spot for relaxation after a day at the beach. We also loved having free access to mini golf, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball—there was never a dull moment!

Overall, this place is ideal for families and anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic Getaway
This was my first time to this area and this resort. If you are looking for a relaxing week, this is it. Two pools, poolside bar and restaurant with some good food. Finally, the beach and the water are fantastic. White soft sand and clear water on the gulf that was warmer than the pools."

"wonderful stay
the unit was above the normal.Furnished better than any we have stayed in the 20 plus years that we have been coming to the Tides. the only negative issue I had was with the housekeeping staff not putting the right fitted sheet on the master bed I didn't call them so It was really my falt, The sheet would NOT stay on the mattress I won't make that mistake again. "Second year with a Gibson rental. This play was GREAT!
Clean and ready to go when we arrived. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all pots/pans/etc that were required. The view was great with the corner unit. It is adjacent to the stairway and the trash chute, so it was convenient. The bonus with the stairway in case of emergency, and we got our steps in daily! It was very quiet, though.
We had an issue with the dryer not working (guessing sand in vent area from prior renter?) and it was remedied in reasonable time.
I would definitely recommend this unit again.
Gibson is an easy process of booking, check in/out as well."

This condo is beautifully updated with a gorgeous view of the beach and pool decks below. The oversized and well furnished balcony provided the perfect spot to share our morning coffee as well as cocktails with friends at sunset. We stayed in this condo for a month during the off season. It was in a great location - so close to the beach that we listened to the waves rolling in while we slept. We have stayed at several condos over the years, and never have we had one that was fully appointed. No matter what kitchen utensil you needed - whisk, wine opener, cheese grater - it was all there. "Outstanding!
We had a great time! The condo was beautiful and just perfect for us. It was right on the beach, oceanfront and the balcony was so roomy! It ran the length of the condo and wrapped around the corner so we had a lovely view of the ocean and of the natural park reserve. It was the first time we had stayed in a high rise and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and short drive to Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach areas."

My family and I had such a great time at Tides 901. The condo was very clean and had all up dated appliances and furniture. The layout of the rooms was very planned out and worked great for families. Only negative things was being a nonsmoker the resort is not nonsmoking or have only smoking areas. Having small kids it would be better for smoking areas ."

This condo has a beautiful view! It was clean and the decor was nice. The applicances are in desperate need of updating. We couldn't use the dryer because it was so loud. The dishwasher would not efficiently clean the dishes. I felt like a few small kitchen items were missing that would have been nice, such as salt and pepper and complimentary coffee. "
