The master suite is a private sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private entrance onto the spacious balcony—perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset. The ensuite bathroom offers spa-like relaxation with a large soaking tub and a separate tiled walk-in shower.

"Tides 405 Wonderful
This is our new favorite condo at Tops’l. The unit has been fully updated, tastefully furnished and decorated. The pool and beach views are amazing. The condo was clean, but areas like the fan blades, vents and behind dressers were neglected. The property management team were professional and responsive. We did need to rent beach service umbrellas and chairs because the provided items inside the unit were rusty and fragile. Overall, a wonderful stay at Tides 405!"

"Great beachfront condo with a view
405 Tops’l Tides was a great unit. The unit has been remodeled/updated and was super clean! Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit is perfect. On the beachfront side and close to the elevators. (Our only “issue” with the condo was the water pressure in the shower. More like a light rain than a strong shower. But that’s a personal preference I guess) This was our 4th time staying at Tops’l and our 3rd with Gibson management. We did not have to contact them for anything. But my mom was staying in a unit as well and when she tried to get in her room the batteries to the lock had died. Gibson was on site in 10 minutes and had her ready to go. So I know their customer service is great. We love staying at Tops’l Tides because of the location and amenities offered. Having 2 pools and the poolside bar is amazing. Don’t want to go out for lunch dinner or drinks? They have you covered!! Being located between the craziness of Destin and 30A means you can go either direction for plenty to eat or do. Or right across the street to Baytowne Warf!
Check-in/out on the app makes staying with Gibson and Tops’l a breeze!

"Simply Perfect!
The condo was beautiful and clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and the 2nd bedroom having three beds for our three kids was perfect! The pool and bar were perfect and so was the beach! Loved the location in that this is the last high rise right before a long stretch of private beach. Didn't feel so crowded and you could take a long, peaceful walk without stepping over all the sunbathers. Loved the extra amenities of putt putt, shuffle board, etc. the condo facility offered for free!"

The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. It came with everything you could possibly need except any kind of cleaning supplies. Every other vacation rental I've ever stayed at has those things included. I was also disappointed in the fact that the nice big umbrellas and chairs directly in front of the resort were to rent only. Again, every other resort I've ever stayed at has them available for guests to use at no charge. After spending the amount of money you do to stay at this place, I think it's a little ridiculous that you are literally charged extra for EVERYTHING.
Also, we were sent codes for the pool, neither of them worked so we weren't able to get in. And the wifi information that was in my email was completely wrong, I had to call to get the correct info. All in all we had a great vacation but I can't say that we would stay at this place again. Too expensive and a lot of disappointments."
