Check out our Beachside 2 4356 vacation rental located in the prestigious Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Best known as "Shore Pleasure", this upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 16th floor, offering mesmerizing views of the Emerald Coast out your doorstep. Your master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and recently remodeled private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Your guest bedroom offers a queen bed, their own closet, TV, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The spacious, clean kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a great breakfast bar. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. The living room is the perfect place for you to relax while taking in those gorgeous water views. Both the master bedroom and living room have access to your private balcony. The owners include a washer and dryer in the unit.

(Property Management) has enhanced cleaning protocols in place. You'll enjoy our Rest Well linen package that allows you to sleep with peace of mind knowing all bed linens and spreads are professionally laundered between every booking.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.

(Property Management) Cancellation Policy

**Our private homes have different Payment and Cancellation Terms than our standard agreement lists below. Contact (Property Management) before booking for more information.**

a. For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.

b. For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.

c. Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The (Property Management) Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.

d. If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.

"Amazing stay at Breathe Easy
We had a great stay. The accommodations were amazing. High winds closed the beach for 2 days during our trip, so having a great room to still enjoy the views from a high floor was a great highlight."

16th floor condo with a nice ocean view. Property was a bit run down and dirty, especially the sliding glass door to the patio which was filthy. The property manager notified us one night that someone would come by the next day (at an indeterminate time) to do “scheduled dryer vent cleaning,” that should take about 20 minutes. We asked them to reschedule it after we checked out, to which they replied that they could not reschedule since it was building-wide and scheduled in advance. My question is, if it was pre-scheduled, why weren’t we notified about it before we checked in? This is a vacation, not an opportunity for us to deal with owner maintenance. It’s not like something broke. We pay a lot to avoid that kind of thing on vacation. They offered some complimentary gimmick activities after we told them we were disappointed with the last-minute notification, but we weren’t interested. What we wanted was to enjoy our vacation without being bothered."

"Beautiful Winter scenery
The rental was amazingly clean and the perfect decor for the setting. The views from the 16th floor were breathtaking. We have never had a management company that was so on top of every need as Breathe Easy was. The service was excellent. We toured most of 30A and did a lot of biking. "Nice and Funny Stay
My husband and I went down for Christmas and the south was suffering a deep freeze. Still it was a nice stay and we were able to get to the beach eventually. There is a grocery store near by so we bought comfort foods and huddle down with football and movies. The condo itself is a good size, comfortable and nicely furnished. We LOVED the master bath. Our last night there was no water in our condo probably because of the freeze but management gave us access to another one for showers, etc, and an extended check out time for the next day. There was a lot of texting back and forth but they were quick to respond, more helpful than we could have asked for and their great attitude with some humor from both sides kept what could have been miserable into a better experience than we could have had. It's a great condo and they have a great team!"
