Open spacious dining and living area opens to the beach front balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Everything was great except for the elevator. It was very hit and miss. 4 flights probably did me some good but for an older person probably not so good."

"Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Madeira Norte! The condo was perfectly situated on the gulf & it was clean & beautiful!
The pool was clean too. We were never sent the lock box codes for checking in late which caused us some stress upon arrival, but I was able to call someone about it who called to give us the code. So just make sure you get those codes if your arrival will be at night after the office is closed.
I want to stay there again next year. "

"Saw so many dolphins
My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. We could see the sunrise and sunset. And all of the dolphins were incredible. We saw them everyday. The unit itself is very nice. Well equipped with what you would need. It was clean except for rugs in bathrooms. Had to wash them. The pool area and grounds were very clean. John’s Pass is right across the street so we didn’t need a car. Plenty of options for dining and shopping. We will be back next year. "

Overall this was a great trip to the beach. The condo was really nice, and fully stocked with everything you would need. Location is great - right across from John's Pass. The first few days the weather was not good - very windy and cold. The last few days were very nice. Would definitely recommend this condo unit."

"Nice, quiet and relaxing

"Great time at Madeira Beach!
This is our 2nd time at this rental and love the location, lay out, and cleanliness. This was our first time dealing with Sun Host and was impressed at how quickly they responded to a problem with the dryer (the belt had slipped off...minor issue). We love having a refrigerator that makes crushed ice! The furnishings are a tad out-dated, but everything is comfortable and works. My only suggestion is that a vacuum should be furnished. There was a dust buster but it didn’t work, even after being charged. I ended up buying a small vacuum to use (I’m a bit of a clean freak) but did not leave it there.
There are several beach toys, coolers, chairs, and a beach umbrella in a closet that people have purchased and left. The new balcony furniture looked very nice and was comfortable. Just wish there would be 1 comfy chaise lounge to use. We love having ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The unit was very clean. We did have to go & pick up the fobs in an office at the Beach Place condos where you had to call them to send an elevator down for you. Since they have a Sun Host office right in front of these condos I don’t know why we couldn’t just pick them up there? Would be much easier.
Overall we love this condo and feel blessed to be able to rent it.....having the gulf to look at all day is very relaxing and soothing! "

"Madeira Beach
Overall, condo was very nice. Great location, AMAZING VIEWS! Had one issue which, unfortunately, made our stay less enjoyable. Based on the description and the pictures, I booked this unit with the understanding that there were tv's in each bedroom, as well as in the livingroom. When we arrived, we discovered that there was no tv in the guest bedroom. I called the office and spoke with Nicole. Once I explained the situation, she pulled up the listing and confirmed that, indeed, a tv was pictured in the photos of the guest bedroom. She was super nice and apologetic and arranged for a loaner tv; however, unfortunately, there was no cable setup in the guestroom. Nicole explained that she would try to get in touch with the owner to see what, if anything, could be done. When I called back to follow up, another Sunhost rep (who shall remain nameless for this review), answered and proceeded to be extremely rude about the situation, basically explaining to me that the unit was advertised incorrectly and that it has since been updated, but there was nothing that could be done about the inconvenience. She spoke to me in a very condescending and demeaning manner in front of my daughter, which was extremely upsetting. I am in the process of sending an email to Sunhost management regarding this unfortunate situation. However, again, the condo itself was beautiful and my interaction with every other Sunhost staff member (Nicole, Sara, etc) was extremely pleasant. It's just a shame that one person could ruin it. Hopefully, this will be addressed accordingly. "
