Right across from the John’s Pass View, view the activity of boats, dolphins, fish, bridge going up and down, large boats passing under the bridge. All the lights at night on John’s Pass are spectacular. Very large 2 bedroom unit with 2 queens in one bedroom and king and futon bed in the master. Sleeps 8. This unit allows one night stays.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Enjoy the big screen TV in the living room, enjoy the beautiful large front porch that overlooks the bridge of John’s pass. All rooms have TVs. There are 2 full bathrooms, with tub and shower in both.
This unit was updated with paint, flooring, granite countertops, new cabinets facings, new microwave, new furnishings, including new memory foam beds for great sleep.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.
At 103 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. Just across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
