Located right at John's Pass, Madeira Beach this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath has all the comforts of home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the beach front balcony with access from the living area as well as the master suite. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf of Mexico soothe your soul. Updated granite kitchen with newer appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or you can walk to many local restaurants. Free Wifi. Beach Place #208 has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place, however additional parking is available at the adjacent city lot.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with two queen sized beds. The second guest room also offers 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, flat screen televisions, high speed internet and one parking spot are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
