Surf Song #114 is a quaint, adorable ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit just steps away from the relaxing, heated swimming pool and patio area. With tropical decorations throughout, this non smoking residence has been recently updated for added comfort to our guests. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The open floor plan includes a well laid out living area with large flat screened TV, and kitchen table for four guests. The bright and airy kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and fully stocked with utensils making your stay easy. Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the guest bedroom. Both have flat screened TV's as well. Parking space is conveniently located right by the unit. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Surf Song 114 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.
The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
